First: Individual Corporations and Establishments Table (A) A copy of valid commercial registry. A copy of the resolution issued to appoint the board of directors. A copy of the board resolution approving the process of account opening and authorizing their representative for signature. A list of names of the persons authorized to manage the account in accordance with the statements of commercial registration abstract and copies of their valid IDs. A list of company owners whose names mentioned in the articles of association and a copy of their valid IDs except for the joint stock companies of which names are listed in the Capital Market Authority. If the activity of company requires obtaining a license from another governmental authority, a copy of such a license should be submitted. to manage the investment account.
