My Background Stephen P. Giulietti, CFP, CIMA Senior Investment Consultant First Vice President Wealth Advisor At the outset of 2000, Stephen joined Salomon Smith Barney, a precursor to the current Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. He provides wealth management and retirement plan consulting services, which takes a comprehensive approach to develop and implement investment, liability, and risk management strategies to help his clients build and preserve wealth that can be passed on to future generations. Since joining the firm, and in addition to his numerous accolades and achievements, he has obtained the Certified Financial Planner (CFP ) designation after meeting specific ethical requirements and successfully completing a rigorous examination administered by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. Furthermore, he also earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA ) degree after extensive graduate-level coursework and examination at The Wharton School of Business of The University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, he was a turnaround consultant for Buccino & Associates, Inc., a New York-based business strategic revitalization firm. Stephen graduated Saint Michael s College with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Economics, summa cum laude. He invests personal time into his community through involvement as a board member for both The Discovery Museums and as a project committee member of Connecticut Children s Medical Center.
