THE 2017 HONDA HOME OPENER CR-V EX VEHICLE GIVEAWAY (the Contest ) OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 1. SPONSOR: The sponsor of this Contest is Honda Canada Inc., 180 Honda Blvd., Markham, ON L6C 0H9 ( Sponsor ). 2. ELIGIBILITY: (a) The Contest is open only to residents of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who have reached the legal age of majority in the province/territory in which they reside at the time of entry. (b) The following individuals and their household members (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter the Contest: employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, successors and assigns of each of (i) Sponsor, (ii) Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership ( RBJBP ), owner of the Toronto Blue Jays Major League Baseball team (the Team ), (iii) the MLB Entities (defined below), (iv) each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and (v) any and all other companies associated with the Contest. The MLB Entities shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (the BOC ), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ( MLBAM or MLB.com ), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, BAMTech, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (the Clubs ), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. (c) Sponsor and RBJBP shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to enter the Contest. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of Sponsor and/or RBJBP may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied for the purpose of the Contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. Sponsor and RBJBP reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information. 3. HOW TO ENTER: (a) There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest as more particularly described below: (1) via the instadium method; or (2) via in-person ballot. No other method of entry will be accepted. i. Via the in-stadium method: To enter the Contest via the in-stadium method, you must: (1) hold a valid admission ticket to the regular season home game played by the Team that is scheduled to be played on April 11, 2017 (the Game ) at the Rogers Centre stadium in Toronto, Ontario (the Stadium ), or, if you are using an access card or your smartphone to gain admission to the Game, a valid locator slip; and (2) have your admission ticket, access card or smartphone, as applicable, scanned by Stadium staff and enter into the Stadium by 6:45 p.m. Eastern Time ( ET ) on April 11, 2017, as determined by RBJBP at its sole discretion. PERSONS WHO ENTER THE CONTEST VIA THE IN-STADIUM METHOD MUST RETAIN THEIR ADMISSION TICKET OR LOCATOR SLIP, AS APPLICABLE, IN

OR ORDER TO PROVE ELIGIBILITY. THE HOLDER OF A SELECTED ADMISSION TICKET OR LOCATOR SLIP, AS APPLICABLE, WILL BE DEEMED TO BE THE ELIGIBLE ENTRANT. ii. Via in-person ballot: If you do not wish to enter the Contest via the in-stadium method outlined above, you may enter the Contest for free by filling out a ballot in full and depositing it between 5:00 pm ET and 6:45 pm ET on April 11, 2017 in the ballot box located at Gate 13 of the Stadium. Ballots will be provided by a RBJBP representative at Gate 13 of the Stadium, starting at 5:00 pm ET on April 11, 2017. In-person ballot entries become the property of RBJBP and will not be returned. To be eligible to win a Contest prize, you must remain near Gate 13 of the Stadium until the end of the (1 st ) inning of the Game to see if you are selected as a Potential Semi-Finalist (defined below). Failure to comply with the foregoing requirement shall cause the automatic disqualification of the ballot entrant and the forfeiture by such ballot entrant of any right or claim respecting the Contest or any Contest prize. If a ballot entrant is selected as a Potential Semi-Finalist, he/she will be escorted into the Stadium by a RBJBP representative. (b) Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry. If it is discovered that any person has attempted to enter the Contest more than one (1) time then, in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, such person may be disqualified from the Contest. (c) All information submitted by entrants in relation to this Contest is being collected by RBJBP and will be available to both RBJBP and Sponsor. All such information will be treated by RBJBP in accordance with its Privacy Policy at www.bluejays.com/privacy, and by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor s privacy policy at www.honda.ca/privacy. Sponsor s and RBJBP s treatment of information is subject to each entrant s stated preferences from time to time. 4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: (a) Grand Prize: One (1) eligible entrant will win one (1) grand prize (the Grand Prize ), consisting of one (1) 2017 Honda CR-V in EX trim (approximate retail value/msrp CDN $34,888.75) including freight and applicable taxes. All other costs associated with the Grand Prize, including licence, insurance and registration fees, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Colour and other specifics of the Grand Prize will be at Sponsor s sole discretion. Manufacturer s warranty applies to the Grand Prize. Upon notification, winner, or if winner does not have a valid driver s licence and evidence of insurance, winner s designated agent with a valid driver s licence and evidence of insurance who accompanies the winner, must personally take delivery of the Grand Prize from a Sponsor dealership within Canada reasonably close to the winner s place of residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) within three (3) months of being confirmed as a winner in accordance with these Official Rules. The Grand Prize will not be released unless the winner or the winner s designated agent, as applicable, first shows proof of having a valid driver s licence for the province/territory in which he/she resides and provides evidence of insurance satisfactory to Sponsor in its sole discretion. For greater certainty, the driver s licence presented at the time of the Grand Prize release must be a full (non-learner s) licence, equivalent to the Class G Licence available in the Province of Ontario. The Grand Prize will not be released without the winner being present and adequately identified to the satisfaction of Sponsor. The winner is solely responsible for all expenses which are not expressly stated as being included in the Grand Prize description above, including but not limited to: registration and licence fees, insurance, additional accessories and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the Grand Prize. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with any upgrade or option packages the winner may request and which Sponsor, in its sole discretion, is willing to provide or has provided respecting any vehicle. Sponsor at its discretion may substitute a model year 2017 vehicle of the same or like

model and style in the event of lack of vehicle availability due to limited production or for any other reason. (a) Secondary Prizes: Two (2) eligible entrants will each win one (1) secondary prize (each, a Secondary Prize ), consisting of one (1) Honda Lawnmower, model #HRR2169PKC (the Lawnmower ) (approximate retail value/msrp CDN $569), including freight and applicable taxes. All other costs associated with each Secondary Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. For clarity, each winner is solely responsible for all expenses which are not included in the Secondary Prize description above, including but not limited to registration fees, additional accessories and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the Lawnmower. Each winner is responsible for all costs associated with any upgrade or option packages the winner may request and which Sponsor, in its sole discretion, is willing to provide or has provided respecting any element of the Lawnmower. Sponsor at its discretion may substitute a Lawnmower model other than the model noted above due to limited production or for any other reason. Colour and other specifics of each Lawnmower will be at Sponsor s sole discretion. Manufacturer s warranty applies to each Lawnmower. Upon notification, each winner will personally take delivery of the Lawnmower from a Sponsor dealership within Canada (as selected at the discretion of Sponsor as being reasonably close to the winner s place of residence) within three (3) months of being confirmed as a winner in accordance with these Official Rules. The Lawnmower will not be released without the winner being present and adequately identified to the satisfaction of Sponsor. 5. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: (a) Any and all Contest prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any stated prize (or portion thereof) with an alternate prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion, for whatever the reason. Prizes may not be exactly as advertised, and except as expressly warranted herein, any prize is provided as is without further warranty of any kind. (b) Any and all additional costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of each individual winner. (c) The approximate retail values of the Contest prizes are current as of February 23, 2017. Under no circumstances whatsoever will any difference between the actual retail value of a Contest prize as at the time of prize fulfillment and the approximate retail value of that Contest prize as noted above be awarded. For the avoidance of any doubt, each prize will consist of the product noted above and not the actual value of that product. 6. SELECTION OF SEMI-FINALISTS AND FINALISTS: (a) Prior to the start of the Game (i.e. prior to the official first pitch), ten (10) potential semi-finalists (each, a Potential Semi-Finalist ) will be randomly selected by a representative of Sponsor and/or RBJBP as follows: (i) A representative of Sponsor and/or RBJBP will conduct a random draw from among all instadium entrants whose tickets are for seats located in the 100 level of the Stadium (all such entrants, the First Draw Bracket ). Three (3) eligible entrants will be selected at random, each such selected entrant to be deemed a Potential Semi-Finalist.

(ii) A representative of Sponsor and/or RBJBP will conduct a random draw from among (A) all instadium entrants whose tickets are for seats located in the 200 level of the Stadium and (B) all in-person ballot entrants (all such entrants, the Second Draw Bracket ). Three (3) eligible entrants will be selected at random, each such selected entrant to be deemed a Potential Semi- Finalist. (iii) A representative of Sponsor and/or RBJBP will conduct a random draw from among (A) all instadium entrants whose tickets are for seats located in the 500 level of the Stadium and (B) all in-stadium entrants whose tickets are for seats in a Stadium luxury suite (all such entrants, the Third Draw Bracket ). Four (4) eligible entrants will be selected at random, each such selected entrant to be deemed a Potential Semi-Finalist. (b) Each Potential Semi-Finalist selected in accordance with the foregoing will be notified as follows: (i) If the Potential Semi-Finalist entered the Contest via the in-stadium method, the Potential Semi- Finalist will be visited by a RBJBP representative in his/her seat sometime after the top of the first (1 st ) inning but before the start of the bottom of the first (1 st ) inning of the Game. In the event that a Potential Semi-Finalist (i) is not present when the RBJBP representative visits his/her seat, (ii) in the sole discretion of the RBJBP representative appears to be (A) intoxicated or otherwise inebriated, (B) wearing apparel that displays offensive imagery or displays the trademarks and/or logo of a Club other than the Team and does not remove this apparel upon being given a reasonable opportunity to do so, and/or (C) likely to exhibit inappropriate behaviour on-camera, or (iii) declines to participate in this Contest for any reason, then he/she will be disqualified, any claim to a Contest prize will be forfeited, and at RBJBP s discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential semi-finalist may be randomly selected using the foregoing process by a representative of Sponsor and/or RBJBP, via a draw from among remaining eligible entries received in respect of the disqualified Potential Semi-Finalist s applicable Draw Bracket. (ii) If the Potential Semi-Finalist entered the Contest via in-person ballot, the Potential Semi- Finalist will be visited by a RBJBP representative at Gate 13 of the Stadium sometime after the top of the first (1 st ) inning but before the start of the bottom of the first (1 st ) inning of the Game. In the event that a Potential Semi-Finalist (i) is not present when the RBJBP representative visits Gate 13 of the Stadium, (ii) in the sole discretion of the RBJBP representative appears to be (A) intoxicated or otherwise inebriated, (B) wearing apparel that displays offensive imagery or displays the trademarks and/or logo of a Club other than the Team and does not remove this apparel upon being given a reasonable opportunity to do so, and/or (C) likely to exhibit inappropriate behaviour on-camera, or (iii) declines to participate in this Contest for any reason, then he/she will be disqualified, any claim to a Contest prize will be forfeited, and at RBJBP s discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential semi-finalist may be randomly selected using the foregoing process by a representative of Sponsor and/or RBJBP, via a draw from among remaining eligible entries received in respect of the Second Draw Bracket. A maximum of ten (10) Potential Semi-Finalists will be confirmed in accordance with the foregoing process. Once so confirmed, each such Potential Semi-Finalist will be deemed and is hereinafter referred to as a Semi-Finalist. (c) At the end of the top of the second (2 nd ) inning of the Game, a random drawing will be held by a representative of Sponsor and/or RBJBP to randomly eliminate four (4) Semi-Finalists from among the ten (10) Semi-Finalists.

(d) At the end of the bottom of the fourth (4 th ) inning of the Game, a random drawing will be held by a representative of Sponsor and/or RBJBP to randomly eliminate three (3) Semi-Finalists from among the remaining six (6) Semi-Finalists. Each of the three (3) Semi-Finalists who are not eliminated will be deemed a potential Contest finalist (each, a Potential Finalist ). (e) Between the start of the top of the fifth (5 th ) inning of the Game and the end of the bottom of the fifth (5 th ) inning of the Game, each of the three (3) Potential Finalists will be contacted by a representative of RBJBP and/or Sponsor and required to (i) correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question, and (ii) sign and return a Liability form and, except where prohibited by law, Publicity Release form. If any Potential Finalist fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question and/or does not sign and return the Liability form and, except where prohibited by law, Publicity Release form, such Potential Finalist will be disqualified and any claim to a Contest prize will be forfeited, and a representative of RBJBP and/or Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among the three (3) previously eliminated Semi-Finalists and the foregoing process will repeat until three (3) Potential Finalists have been confirmed. Once so confirmed, each such Potential Finalist is referred to herein as a Finalist. (f) The odds of being selected as a Semi-Finalist and participating in the Prize Ceremony, as more particularly detailed below, depend on the total number of eligible entrants in each of the First Draw Bracket, Second Draw Bracket, and Third Draw Bracket. The odds of a Semi-Finalist being selected as a Finalist are 3:10. The odds of a Finalist being the winner of a Secondary Prize are 2:3. The odds of a Finalist being the winner of the Grand Prize are 1:3. 7. THE PRIZE CEREMONY AND DECLARING A WINNER: (a) Between the end of top of the six (6 th ) inning and the start of the bottom of the sixth (6 th ) inning of the Game, each of the three (3) Finalists will be required to participate in a prize ceremony (the Prize Ceremony ) to determine the eligible winner of the Grand Prize and the eligible winners of the Secondary Prizes. Finalists who are not present or who have not responded to an in-game announcement or prior direction to present themselves at a specified time and location for participation in the Prize Ceremony will be immediately disqualified and deemed to have forfeited any claim to a Contest prize and, time permitting, a representative of RBJBP and/or Sponsor may conduct a random drawing from among the previously eliminated Semi-Finalists who were not confirmed as Finalists in order to select another Potential Finalist to take the place of the disqualified Finalist; such newly selected Potential Finalist to be confirmed as a Finalist in accordance with Section 6(e) of these Official Rules. (b) The Prize Ceremony will consist of an animated race (the Animated Race ) displayed on the Stadium s Main Video Board between avatars of Troy Tulowitzki, Jose Bautista, and Russell Martin (each, a Player ). Each Player avatar will represent a Finalist. The order in which the Finalists will commence participation in the Prize Ceremony will be determined immediately prior to the Prize Ceremony at random, as follows. Each Finalist will be prompted to pick a baseball from a secure bag that contains three (3) baseballs, each numbered distinctly as 1, 2, and 3. The Finalist who selects the baseball numbered 1 will select one of the three Player avatars to represent the Finalist in the Animated Race. The Finalist who selects the baseball numbered 2 will select one of the remaining two Player avatars to represent the Finalist in the Animated Race. The Player avatar that has not been selected will represent the remaining Finalist in the Animated Race. Each of the Finalists will receive from RBJBP a jersey with the name and number of the Player whose avatar will be representing that Finalist in the Animated Race. One (1) Player avatar will randomly win the Animated Race and the Finalist who is represented by such Player avatar

will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner. The remaining two (2) Finalists will each be deemed a potential Secondary Prize winner. (c) To be declared a winner and claim the prize awarded, each potential winner must be eligible according to these Official Rules and meet all the conditions set out in these Official Rules. 8. WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE (a) By participating in the Contest, each entrant (i) agrees to be legally bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, (ii) agrees that the decisions of Sponsor and RBJBP are final and without appeal, (iii) remises, releases and forever discharges Sponsor, RBJBP, the other MLB Entities, each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Contest (including prize suppliers and suppliers of materials or services related to the Contest), and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the Released Parties ) from any and all actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, dues, accounts, claims, damages, liability, losses, harm, costs or expenses, including without limitation any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrant or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, arising out of, or in any way related to, directly or indirectly, the Contest, including without limitation the entrant s participation in the Contest, any breach of these Official Rules, the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Contest prize (or any portion thereof), and any travel or activity that is related to the receipt or use of any Contest prize, and/or the violation or infringement of any intellectual property rights or of any publicity, personality or privacy rights, and agrees to fully indemnify the Released Parties from any and all claims by third parties relating to the foregoing. (b) By accepting a prize, each winner authorizes Sponsor, RBJBP, MLBAM, the other MLB Entities and each of their respective designees to use in any related publicity, such winner s name, city and province/territory of residence, photograph, image, likeness, voice, and any statements he/she may make regarding such prize for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in perpetuity and in any form of media now or hereafter devised worldwide (including the Internet), without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law; and waives any rights that may exist in respect of materials produced pursuant to the foregoing. 9. GENERAL CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS: (a) The Released Parties are not responsible for (i) stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due or garbled entries, transmissions, email or mail; (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider, website, or other connections including those through and/or by any website; (iii) availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (iv) failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems, (v) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, processing, or communication; (vi) nondelivery of any communication or entry; (vii) misdirected, blocked, or delayed email notifications; (viii) printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Contestrelated advertisements or other materials; (ix) any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, telephone, mail, typographical,

printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of any prize in any Contest-related materials, or the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition, (x) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; or (xi) any injury or damage to the computer of any entrant or other person related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of any website. (b) Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor s or RBJBP s representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor and/or RBJBP, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor, RBJBP, MLBAM and/or their respective agents. Sponsor and RBJBP shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules (as determined by the Sponsor and RBJBP in their sole discretion) or any applicable laws relating to the Contest, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. The Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. The failure of Sponsor, RBJBP or MLBAM to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All disputes will be resolved in the Province of Ontario under applicable Ontario and Federal laws. (c) Sponsor, RBJBP and MLBAM reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or otherwise modify the Contest (or any portion thereof) and/or to amend these Official Rules at any time and in any way, without prior notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to incidents where a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Contest (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify eligible winners and award the prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation. (d) CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT, AND SPONSOR, RBJBP, MLBAM AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. (e) Sponsor and/or RBJBP reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Official Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or entry with these Official Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of Sponsor and/or RBJBP, in their absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Official Rules, or for any other reason.

(f) The Released Parties are not responsible for, and accept no liability in relation to, any Game being cancelled, postponed, delayed, rescheduled or otherwise affected in any way. (g) In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to, point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. (h) The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws, rules and regulations and is void in Quebec.
