Our biggest wish: Fulfilling your wishes Bank for institutional clients Raiffeisen Privatbank Liechtenstein is your partner which understands your concerns. A well-organised, expert bank that still offers a personal touch. Our partnersinclude independent asset managers along with fiduciaries, insurers, pension funds and family offices. We assume the entire securities account keeping on behalf of these specialists, together with settlement, reporting and controlling. Upon request the asset management and the consultancy can also be outsourced to us. We provide major institutional investors with bespoke product solutions, and operate in the background as advisors. At the same time, we also benefit from the fact that we have ourselves operated as asset managers since 1998. This means we have personal experience and understanding of the markets as well as of the needs of investors. In addition to being located in Liechtenstein s financial centre, we are also characterised by a high degree of individualisation. Each partner receives a service that is carefully tailored to meet his particular needs. The advantage is that he does not need to work with standardised processes that he does not actually require. Lean processes are one of our key trademarks we operate flexibly, expeditiously and with a focus on service. The fact that the human touch is and remains an essential part of our operations is linked to our origin: We are the first and only Raiffeisenbank in the Principality of Liechtenstein. Service with personality The roots of our bank lie in Austria, to be precise in Kleinwalsertal. This is where our parent company, Walser Privatbank AG, has been based for over 120 years. To this day, it remains one of the leading providers of high-end private banking services. The subsidiary Walser Privatbank Invest S. A. with registered domicile in Luxembourg is responsible for product solutions within the Group. Its investment fund strategies have won numerous awards from international rating agencies. The determination to achieve the highest quality is therefore in our genes. In Liechtenstein we also nurture a very personal form of private banking. Our asset consultancy focuses first and foremost on asset preservation, addressing the individual security needs of investors. The independent bank testers at Fuchs-Report have repeatedly commended this form of consultancy and support. In the so-called all-time best list, which rates consistent top performances over the years, we occupy first place amongst all asset managers within the Swiss franc zone. This is a seal of quality from which you will also profit as our partner.

Partnership with perspective at the heart of Europe.

Liechtenstein financial centre stability with a future Raiffeisen Privatbank Liechtenstein has operated in the Principality since 1998. We offer a second home for assets in the Liechtenstein capital Vaduz. Outside the EU, yet nevertheless closely integrated in the European Economic Area. Modern double taxation conventions exist with important partner countries, including Germany and Austria. Liechtenstein shares the strong franc currency with Switzerland. The difference relative to Switzerland lies above all in the free movement of services within the EEA. This means we are able to advise you everywhere within the European Union, and can also operate there on your behalf. There are many further grounds that speak for a custodian bank in Liechtenstein. The Principality is characterised by political, economic and social stability extending back many decades. There is also no sign that any aspect of this situation might change. For example, the country was hit much less seriously by the financial, economic and euro crisis of recent years than other economies. Added security that will also impress your clients. Liechtenstein the safe banking centre International AAA rating No government debt Political stability Secure currency zone in CHF Stable banking system without government subsidies Flexible and cost-effective structures Greater product structuring freedom Traditional financial centre: extensive know-how through decades of accumulated expertise
