In this connection you shall pay attention to the provisions stated in Article 3 of the draft contract (Appendix 2 to the ITT). In case you consider that you and/or your Subcontractor(s) will remain subject to payment of taxes or custom duties, you shall indicate separately the applicable rates, the corresponding estimated amounts, and the reason why exemption from such taxes or duties cannot be obtained. c) Currency and conversion rate: For any tenderer or proposed Subcontractor located in countries outside of the Euro zone, the exchange rate used to quote their prices in EURO shall be indicated by the company (or institute) in its costing form PSS-A2.
