THE FACILITATOR Mr Lok Char Lee holds a Bachelor of Accounting Degree (Hons) from Universiti Malaya and a Masters Degree in Information Technology from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He obtained his Accounting / Finance experience while working as Statutory Auditor, Business Advisor and Tax Consultant. His working experience encompassed various Accounting, Auditing, Costing and Taxation aspects for clients ranging from small and medium companies to multinational companies which consist of manufacturing, property development, construction and financial institutions. He is currently a partner for an auditing firm in Penang. Mr Lok has conducted many professional and degree courses such as ACCA, AIA and Australian University programme at Kolej Damansara Utama and TAR College, and he is currently appointed as Lecturer for Management School of USM. His training experience includes areas such as Malaysian and International Accounting and Auditing Standards, Income Tax Act, Taxation, Costing, Budgeting, Information Technology, Financial Management and Management Accounting. Mr. Lok is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and an Associate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation (MIT).
