THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 1. Eligibility: The 2018 Atlanta United Great Clips Great Experience Sweepstakes (Hereafter, referred to as Sweepstakes ) is open to U.S. residents at least eighteen (18) years of age with principal residence in Atlanta, Georgia or 100 mile radius of Atlanta, Georgia at time of entry. All employees, officers, directors and agents and their immediate families or any members of their households, regardless of relationship, of Sponsor or any advertising agency or other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate in the program or to win any prize. In addition, employees, officers and directors [including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related] of Atlanta United Football Club, LLC ( Club ), Major League Soccer, L.L.C. ( MLS), and Soccer United Marketing, LLC ( SUM and collectively with Club and MLS, the MLS Entities ), are not eligible to enter. 2. Sponsor and Administrator: Great Clips, Inc. 4400 West 78 Street, Suite 700, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55435 (Sponsor) is the sole Sponsor of this Sweepstakes. Trademarks and trade names used are for the purposes of prize description only and remain the property of their respective owners who do not endorse Sponsor products and who are not affiliated with the Sweepstakes. Atlanta United FC logo and the Major League Soccer trademarks and copyrights are proprietary to the MLS Entities. All rights reserved. 3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 4. Sweepstakes Period: One (1) sweepstakes winner per household. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) June 20, 2018 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) August 10, 2018 ( Sweepstakes Period ). Administrator s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, unsent, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this entry, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the transmittal of any entry or the processing of any function on the participant's mobile device. Participant must notify Sponsor of any changed mobile device number within the Sweepstakes Period to remain eligible. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the
operation of the entry; to be acting in violation of these rules; or to be acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same telephone account, the authorized subscriber of the telephone account used to register at the actual time of the entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. 5. One (1) entry per internet protocol (IP) address. Your participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to the Sponsor s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed by visiting www.greatclips.com, as well as the Administrator's Privacy Policy, which can be viewed by visiting www.winscorewin.com. Limit: One (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses. Devices, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that participant s entries and that participant may be disqualified. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that participant. 6. Prizes and Selection of Winner: There will be fifty (50) prizes per Atlanta United home match where the 300 level is open, on four (4) pre-selected dates. 6/30/18, 7/15/18, 9/22/18 or 10/21/18. [Total of two-hundred (200) prizes and winners]. Participants will need to enter via one of the methods above by the Entry Dates specified below to be eligible for a chance to win tickets for the coordinating match. Participants can only enter once during the Sweepstakes Period. All Non-winning entries will roll over to the next Drawing Date.

Great Clips Great Experience Prize: Two (2) Sweepstakes winners and one (1) guest per Atlanta United home match where the 300 level is open (6/30, 7/15/18, 9/22/18 or 10/21/18) will receive: The Great Clips Great Experience: Must be present at Match to receive the upgraded prize. Upgrade to 100 level seats. Be escorted to the field, post-match, where they will have the opportunity to shoot penalty kicks. Approximate Retail Value of each Prize is $31 per Match Tickets, $250 per Great Clips Great Experience. Total ARV of all prizes: $7,952 The following applies to all prizes: exact seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor is not responsible if game or any other scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed. Tickets may be subject to issuer s standard rain-check policies and procedures. All expenses, travel and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of winner. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. By accepting ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of match. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution of prizes is permitted. Prizes are not transferable. Winners will be selected from random drawings no later than August 13, 2018. Club or designee will notify each winner individually by phone, text, or email. Winners must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and another participant chosen. Winners must complete and submit the Winner Documents (defined below) to Club. Each winner must satisfactorily complete an affidavit of eligibility showing compliance with these rules, and each winner and any guests accompanying winner must also sign a liability and publicity release, except where prohibited by law, allowing Sponsor and MLS entities and their designees to use participant s name, prize information, likeness, biographical information, city and state of residence for Sweepstakes purposes in any media without further consideration. ( Winner Documents ). Failure to complete these forms may result in forfeiture of the prize. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. If timing does not permit selection of an alternate winner in Sponsor s sole discretion, then the applicable prize will not be awarded. Prize recipients are responsible for transportation to and from Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state or provincial, and local taxes and any expenses associated with any prizes. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of any prize is permitted, except by Sponsor due to prize availability and then with a prize of equal or greater value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend this program should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor s control corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the program. The Sponsor is not responsible for any human or technological error that may occur in the processing if the program nor are they responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, communications line failure, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, delay in operation, transmission, or distribution of, or alteration of, challenge locations, entries, submissions for points credit, whether caused by the sender, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this, or otherwise. 7. Publicity Release: Participants and winners agree that the Sponsor, the MLS Entities and their designees may use participant s name, voice, city/state of residence, biographical information, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification. 8. Release and Limitations of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator and the MLS Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, Sweepstakes partners, prize partners, agents and agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of each of them (the Released Parties ) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to cellular networks, computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of registrations and game plays; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Participant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney s fees. Participant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If for any reason an participant s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, participant s sole remedy is another Sweepstakes entry, if it is possible. If the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth herein to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. 9. Dispute Resolution: Except where prohibited, each participant and winner accepting a prize agrees that: (a) all issues and questions concerning these rules shall be governed by Georgia law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in
equity arising out of or relating to this program or any prize awarded shall be (i) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (ii) filed only in the state courts situated in Georgia, and participant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (d) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-ofpocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. 10.
