Saga Investments Online THE SAGA SIPP APPLICATION FORM Please use this form when applying for a Saga SIPP. The Saga SIPP is provided, operated and administered by Pershing Securities Limited with BNY Mellon Pershing Trustees Limited acting as trustee. This application is subject to the Pershing Saga SIPP documentation and the Saga Investment Services Terms of Business, which you should read carefully and ensure you understand fully before completing and signing this form. Please talk to us if there is anything in the Terms or this application which you do not understand or about which you require further clarification. 8. CANCELLATION RIGHTS When you set up your SIPP, either by investing cash as an initial contribution or through a pension transfer, Pershing Securities Limited as Scheme Administrator will send you a cancellation notice. If you change your mind, you will have 30 days from the date you receive the notice to cancel your SIPP. Any payments received into the SIPP bank account will be immediately passed to your SIPP account and will be available for investment, whether this is within the cancellation period or not. A cancellation notice will also be issued in relation to each and every subsequent pension transfer received by your SIPP, and you will have 30 days from the date you receive the notice to cancel the transfer. 8.1 On the establishment of your SIPP or on making a transfer in, your cash contribution will be held in accordance with Section 7 'SIPP Banking' of the Pershing SIPP terms and conditions. No interest is payable on cash contributions held during the cancellation period. You will waive your cancellation rights if you request that your cash contribution is invested during the cancellation period. This means that it will no longer be possible for you to exercise your right to cancel your SIPP. 8.2 Provided that you have not waived your cancellation rights (in accordance with paragraph 6.3 or 6.8) if you cancel your SIPP within the cancellation period, the Scheme Administrator will return any contributions to their original source. The Scheme Administrator will not deduct any charges from your contribution if you cancel your SIPP within the cancellation period. 8. 3 Provided that you have not waived your cancellation rights (in accordance with paragraph 6.3 or 6.8) if you cancel a pension transfer within the cancellation period, the Scheme Administrator will return the transfer payment. The transferring scheme may not be willing to accept the transfer back. In this situation, you will need to make a request to transfer to another pension provider. 8.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that a transfer of pension benefits is in your best interests. You should take independent advice from a suitably qualified adviser. Neither the Scheme Administrator nor the trustee give or are authorised to give advice, nor do the Scheme Administrator or Tilney Bestinvest, Pershing Securities Limited or BNY Mellon Pershing Trustees Limited check your transfer application for suitability. Where you are taking benefits as a drawdown pension for the first time or you notify the Scheme Administrator that you wish to convert your drawdown pension fund to a flexiaccess drawdown fund, the Scheme Administrator will send you a cancellation notice. You will have 30 calendar days from receipt of this notice to notify the Scheme Administrator in writing that you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. 8.5 Where the Scheme Administrator had agreed to facilitate the payment of Service fees from your SIPP, if you cancel your SIPP within the cancellation period the Scheme Administrator will seek to recover from any Service fees already paid to Tilney Bestinvest and will then return the contribution in full. You may be liable to pay any outstanding Service fees directly to Tilney Bestinvest. If the Scheme Administrator cannot recover the Service fee, the Scheme Administrator will return the contribution less the amount of the Service fee. 8.6 8.7 You may waive your cancellation rights by writing to the Scheme Administrator at any time during the cancellation period at the address provided in Section 26 of the Pershing Sipp Terms & Conditions 'How to contact us'. Your rights of cancellation are in addition to and do not affect your right to terminate your membership and SIPP in accordance with paragraph 22.7 of the Pershing Sipp Terms & Conditions. DECLARATION & SIGNATURE I agree to the following statements in relation to my application for the Saga SIPP a selfinvested personal pension scheme provided, operated and administered by Pershing Securities Limited with BNY Mellon Pershing Trustees Limited acting as trustee ("the Scheme"): The Scheme is established as a registered pension scheme as defined in Part 4 of the Finance Act 2004. The Scheme was established by Pershing Securities Limited, who act as Scheme Administrator and BNY Mellon Pershing Trustees Limited who are the trustee. I apply for membership of the Scheme and declare that: I agree to be bound by the Trust Deed and Rules governing the Scheme as amended from time to time and any of the provisions that may at any time apply to my membership. By confirming this declaration, I confirm that I have been provided with the Pershing SIPP Key Features, the Pershing SIPP Terms & Conditions, the Pershing SIPP Charges Schedule, the Pershing SIPP Permitted Investments Schedule and the Saga Investment Services Terms of Business; I also confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the terms set out in these documents, and that I have had any questions arising answered satisfactorily. I have relevant UK earnings chargeable to income tax, or general earnings from overseas crown employment subject to UK tax, in this tax year (Pershing Securities Limited will reclaim basic rate tax on personal contributions up to 100% of relevant UK earnings or the maximum personal allowance, whichever is the lower) I agree to inform Pershing Securities Limited, the Scheme Administrator, by writing to Saga Investment Services within 30 calendar days, should any of the following occur: My permanent residential address changes, I cease to be UK resident, I cease to have relevant UK earnings, My relevant UK earnings start again, My employment status changes, I contribute in total in any tax year more than 100% of my earnings to my SIPP Account and any other registered pension schemes, I register for an enhanced lifetime allowance in respect of a pension credit or a transfer from an overseas pension scheme, Any enhanced protection I have is invalidated, Any fixed protection I have is invalidated, I hereby agree to appoint Bestinvest (Brokers) Limited, which is part of the Tilney Bestinvest group of companies ("Tilney Bestinvest") as Introducer for the purposes of my SIPP. I shall be solely responsible to myself and my dependents for the choice of investment provider and I shall hold Pershing Securities Limited, the Scheme Administrator, and BNY Mellon Pershing Trustees Limited, the trustee, fully indemnified against any claims in respect of such decisions and/or investment management appointments. I consent that Pershing Securities Limited, the Scheme Administrator, will process my personal information in accordance with the relevant Data Protection legislation. I agree that my personal information may be used by Pershing Securities Limited, its associated companies and their agents, for the administration of my SIPP. To the best of my knowledge and belief, all of the information I have provided on, or with, this application is accurate and complete. If I discover that I have provided incorrect or incomplete details, I will provide the additional information to Pershing Securities Limited by writing to Saga Investment Services. I understand that fees payable for the Saga Investment Services and the Saga SIPP will be collected from my SIPP account. I also understand that any Fund Rebates will be paid into my SIPP Account held with Saga Investment Services. I authorise that cash deposited in the bank account of BNY Mellon Pershing Trustees Limited, once cleared, should be made available to me for investment via my Saga SIPP account. I understand that it will normally take three days for the funds to clear. This will leave a zero balance in the bank account of BNY Mellon Pershing Trustees Limited, apart from when funds are needed to pay benefits and/or taxation. 6 of 8

DECLARATION & SIGNATURE (continued) In order to comply with Money Laundering Regulations, I understand that Tilney Bestinvest and/or the Scheme Administrator may use the information I have provided to check my identity and may undertake a search with a credit reference agency for the purposes of verifying my identity (who will record that an enquiry has been made). I also understand that the credit reference agency may check the details I have supplied and that Tilney Bestinvest may request additional evidence of identity from me before my application is processed. In order to comply with relevant tax regulations, where required, Bestinvest will share information about my/our financial account (s) with the relevant tax authorities. It is my/our responsibility to be aware of any tax requirements in my/our country of permanent or tax residence and in the country in which I/we intend to open a financial account and to take any independent tax or legal advice where required. I confirm I have declared all my citizenships and/or tax residence(s) to Saga Investment Services (using this online form for my primary citizenship, and where I have additional citizenships, I have contacted Saga Investment Services by telephone to inform them of all my additional citizenships). I understand this is required for Saga Investment Services to comply with UK and international tax legislation. When you set up your Saga SIPP, either by investing cash as an initial contribution or through a pension transfer, you will be sent a cancellation notice by the Scheme Administrator, Pershing Securities Limited. You will have 30 days from the date you receive the notice to cancel your Saga SIPP if you change your mind. If money resulting from a pension transfer is paid to your Saga SIPP at any time, the Scheme Administrator, Pershing Securities Limited will also issue a cancellation notice and you will have 30 days to cancel the pension transfer. You will waive your cancellation rights if you request that your cash contribution is invested during the cancellation period. I also understand that if I subsequently cancel the transfer during the cancellation period, you will attempt to repay the transferring scheme and that the transferring scheme may refuse to accept the repayment, or only accept it on different terms from those applying prior to the transfer, in which case I will give you my instructions on whether to pay the amount to another registered pension scheme. As a result, the value of the repayment may be higher or lower than the amount originally invested. Any fees or costs incurred prior to cancellation will be payable proportionately for the relevant period and I will remain responsible for any transactions entered into prior to cancellation. By confirming this declaration I understand this is an execution only service and confirm I have not received any advice from Saga Investment Services, Tilney Bestinvest or Pershing Securities Limited on the suitability of this product and/or the investments I choose to hold within it. I also understand that Saga Investment Services, Tilney Bestinvest or Pershing Securities Limited does not retain any obligation to determine whether the product and the investments held within it remain suitable for me in the future.
