Women & Child Development Mission Annapurna:- Livelihood Financing to 1 Lakh Rural SHGs Through Bank Linkage Programme since the year 2000. Mission Ashra for Mentally Ill:- Rehabilitating 1500 Road Side destitute, mentally Ill Women since the 2003 Across Pan India. Mission Ashayein:- Working towards anti human Trafficking focusing on adolescent Girls towards their hope & belief for a secured and dignified life. Aama Ghara:- A Mission Where No child is Orphan One Stop Centre:- A first ever & Model program in the state of Odisha to support women in crisis under one roof.
Youth & Adolescent I am Indian Agent:- A Programme designed for Youths of India where teaching duties for their Mother & Motherland and generating more Human Being amongst the youths. Skill Development:- 1) Vocational & Occupational Training 2) Professional Skill Up-gradation.
Agriculture & Food Security Annapurna Anand Bhandar:- Where feeding is a Passion Operating in two Districts in School under Mid-Day Meal Programme (Khurdha & Nayagarh), serving in 65 schools to 7000 children Feeding to Unfed:- A programme towards a hunger free Smart City - Under designed. 200 Farmer Clubs in Place in Boudh, Dhenkanal & Sonepur Districts. 8 Seed Village, Organic Farming, & Agri-Allied Activities covered in two districts.
Health Mental Health:- Pioneering in Mental Health in the State of Odisha. Community Health:- A Program designed for urban Slum Dwellers and outdoor patient for cataract treatment & other general health issues. Mission Ashra for Mentally Ill (MAMI):- A programme designed for the Mentally Ill Population of India which now became the largest rehabilitation centre in the Eastern Region of the country. Drug de-addiction center:- 15 bedded drug de-addiction center at jharsuguda with all basic facilities like counselling hall, Yoga hall, meditation center
Environment & Renewable Energy Water & Sanitation reach out to 10,000 households of the state. Solar Energy for the Non-Electrified & Inadequate Electrified areas of the state.

Programme Associate-Development Functions and the responsibilities Skill Requirements To lead a multi disciplinary development professionals and ensure smooth execution of the various sectoral projects. To develop various projects as per organizational mandate and seek fund raising from appropriate sources. To oversee all the projects and monitor and following the Staff and Project activities from time to time. To prepare the annual budget and team planning and seeking necessary approval for the year. To provide back up support in project formulation or training related activities to Microfinance unit of the organization. Quarterly and six Monthly reviews of the staff and activities. Inward and outward communication including government and donor liaisoning on behalf of the organization
