Sean W Hosty, CFP Portfolio Management Director Senior Vice President Financial Advisor Sean is a Senior Vice President with Morgan Stanley. He began his career in finance in 1998 with Legg Mason and currently leads the investment strategy for his group at Morgan Stanley. He is responsible for analysis of stocks, ETF s, mutual funds, fixed income and alternative investments and manages the investment portfolios to achieve client specific goals. His services include retirement income planning, 401(k) reviews, asset management and comprehensive wealth planning. Sean received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Finance from George Mason University. He earned his Certified Financial Planner designation in 2002. He is an active member in the community serving as Chairman of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce in 2006, is currently on the Board of Directors of the Chamber and the Vice President of SCAN of Northern Virginia (Stop Child Abuse Now) an organization created to help promote the well-being of children, improving parent-child relations and preventing child abuse and neglect. Elena M Kochman, CFP Financial Planning Specialist Associate Vice President Financial Advisor Elena joined Morgan Stanley and The Monument Group in 2009. Prior to that, she worked for a boutique wealth advisory firm in New York City that focused on high net worth individuals, including Corporate Executives, Business Owners and Entrepreneurs. Her primary responsibilities are working with families and individuals to develop tailored financial plans to meet their personal goals. In addition, she leads the analysis and management of 529 plans and is integral in executing core strategies for the team. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and earned her Certified Financial Planning designation in 2011. Elena is a member of the Junior League of Washington, an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities. Jackie Huynh Client Service Associate Senior Registered Associate Jackie began her career at Morgan Stanley in 2005. She joined the Monument Group in 2006. Jackie focuses on our client s administrative needs and strives to provide a high level of client service. Her responsibilities include opening and updating client accounts, preparation of client reviews, processing service requests and extensive operational support.
