Activities are moving ahead across all components, although inevitably some activities are progressing faster than others. The implementation team within the Ministry of Industry and Commerce's Page 1 of 9
National Implementation Unit has grown considerably in strength and confidence over the last year and is starting to focus more and more on how activities and outputs will transfer into the desired project results. Key areas of focus going forward will be to complete the number of large procurement transactions that are currently in the final stages, and continue efforts to integrate trade-related technical assistance into a coordinated program or trade SWAp.
