3 Planning of evaluations 1) The 6-year evaluation cycle for expenditure measures foreseen in Article 30 of the Financial Regulation 2) Reporting obligations under article 110 of Regulation 1306/2013 (for 2018 and 2021) 3) Requirements for evaluation laid down in specific legislation 4) Requests from DG AGRI units 5) Requests from the European Parliament or the Court of Auditors 6) CAP reform commitments or other COM commitments Improve relevance and timing of evaluations, in view of their use in impact assessments and reporting
4 Planned evaluations Increasing need to report on the performance of EU policies: Article 110 of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013; First results on the performance reported no later than 31 December 2018; Second report including an assessment of the performance of the CAP shall be presented by 31 December 2021. Evaluation of the CAP in relation to its general objectives: Use of framework contracts to reduce time needed by procurement procedure; These framework contracts will be preceded by a mapping and first analysis of CAP implementation in 2015.
