Meet the Professionals Ted Davis Managing Director Wealth Advisor Senior Portfolio Manager Ted has a long and accomplished history in the financial services industry that extends more than 30 years. As an advisor, he is passionate about trying to help his clients enjoy a financially secure retirement by focusing exclusively on what matters to them. Ted wants all of his clients to engage in regular on-going financial planning. He personally prides himself on giving his clients sound advice that is practical and real. Ted regularly speaks in the community about retirement planning, Social Security, health care in retirement, estate planning, LTC insurance, the state of the current investment climate and other financial planning topics. Ted earned his Certified Financial Planner designation from the College for Financial Planning in 1997. Ted has been selected by Barron s as one of the Top 1,000 Financial Advisors in the U.S. from 2009 2013 and as a Top 1,200 Financial Advisor in 2014 and 2015. He was also selected among the top 50 advisors in Illinois for the last six years by the Barron s state by state ranking. Ted was a member of the UBS Chairman s Council in 2005 and in 2013, was promoted to the title of Managing Director. He currently is a member of Morgan Stanley s Chairman s Council. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, skiing, exercising and loves nothing more than spending time with his wife, Wendy, and their three daughters, Stephanie, Andie and Kelsey. Alan Panozzo, CFA Wealth Management Associate Alan joined Morgan Stanley as a Wealth Management Associate in 2016 and has over 16 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Alan was a financial advisor at UBS Financial Services. Alan has a particular focus on security analysis and portfolio management which entails analyzing, monitoring, and rebalancing client accounts. He also assists clients in constructing goal based financial plans. Alan helps analyze the financial plans and assists in aligning a client s financial goals with investments to help them achieve those goals. Alan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Benedictine University and graduated with magna cum laude honors. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA ) charterholder and has been a member of the CFA Society of Chicago since 2004. Alan and his wife, Cheryl, have two sons, A.J. and Joey. Alan enjoys going to Bears games, exercising and collecting sports memorabilia in his free time. Jason Darfler, CRPC Wealth Management Associate Jason has been with the Davis Wealth Management Group since 2004. The heart of what he does revolves around helping families prepare for their transition to retirement. Given that every situation is unique, Jason takes time to speak with and educate clients to help ensure they are adequately prepared for their next chapter in life. His background includes 401(k) planning, retirement income analysis, corporate pension plans and evaluation of Social Security benefits. He earned a B.S. in finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor SM designation in 2012. His interests include riding his Harley, playing hockey and being involved in numerous projects at Willow Creek Community Church. Jason and his wife, Cheryl, have two beautiful daughters named Sage and Sloane. 6 MORGAN STANLEY

Tex Nayak Registered Associate Namik Beganovic Registered Associate Michelle Jennings Senior Client Service Associate Tex s career began at UBS as an intern in 2006 while he was completing his bachelor s degree at the University of Illinois-Chicago. Tex focuses on many of the behind-thescenes areas that are vital to both our group and our clients. His main areas of emphasis include creating financial plans, assisting in the orchestration of our various speaking engagements and conducting research for our portfolio managers. Tex enjoys playing sports and traveling in his spare time. He and his wife, Sheetal, were married in 2012. They welcomed their first child, Ettan, in 2014. Namik began his career at UBS Wealth Management working as an intern in 2013. Upon graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a B.S. in finance and international business, Namik joined the Davis Wealth Management Group. His primary areas of focus include investment research and security analysis for our portfolio managers. Namik also assists in financial planning and providing service to clients. Namik enjoys reading, traveling and spending time in downtown Chicago. Michelle began her career in the financial services industry after earning her bachelor s degree in finance at Governors State University in 1999. She works closely with our clients assisting them with account opening, transfers and distributions. Being a veteran of the wealth management industry with additional experience in the banking field, Michelle is able to assist clients with all of their service needs. Ashley Trompeter Client Service Associate Ashley became a Client Service Associate for the Davis Wealth Management Group in 2007, where she has played an integral role in helping clients with their account needs. Ashley strives to achieve outstanding customer service with all client interaction. Ashley specializes in coordinating client dinners and events. She assists Ted in organizing quarterly conference calls and managing his schedule. She graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor s degree in communication studies. Ashley and her husband, Bob, live in the Chicago suburbs. They welcomed their first child, Taylor, in early 2017. They enjoy regular get togethers with their friends & family, cooking and spending time outdoors. Marina Kawamura Client Service Associate Marina joined The Davis Wealth Management team full time in November 2015, after participating in the internship program for eight months. Marina strives to create close personal relationships with clients, while servicing them with their account needs on a day to day basis. Clients typically find Marina most helpful when they are looking to open or transfer retirement and non-retirement accounts. She also assists clients with withdrawing and depositing funds when needed. Marina received her B.S degree in Finance from DePaul University. She enjoys trying new restaurants, watching movies, and spending time with her family, friends and dog Capri. Marina Daka Client Service Associate Marina Joined the Davis Wealth Management Team in January of 2017. Marina provides individualized service and support to clients by anticipating needs and following through to ensure an exceptional experience. In June of 2016, she graduated from DePaul University with a B.S. in Finance. Prior to joining the group, she was a part of the strategic partnership team with a local Chicago Tech start-up. She also spent time interning with MillerCoors in their space planning Division before realizing her passion was in the financial services industry. In her free time, Marina enjoys cooking with friends & family as well as traveling. 8 MORGAN STANLEY

Andrew Gorordo Client Service Associate Andrew began his financial services career in the summer of 2016 as a financial planning intern with UBS. Upon earning his BBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago, Andrew joined the Davis Wealth Management Group. His primary focus is to ensure that families are well-prepared for their transition to retirement by setting them up with a personalized retirement plan. Furthermore, Andrew also assists in the orchestration of Ted s speaking engagements, and plays an integral role in the development of the team s digital media initiatives. Andrew currently resides in Mount Prospect. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf and pond hockey, attending sporting events, and traveling.
