All applicants (including roommates) must provide verifiable proof of monthly income of at least 3x the amount of the monthly rent.. 1. Complete all portions of the application. Then send us only those pages that require your information and/or signatures. We will process only those applications that are both FAXED & DELIVERED to our office. Faxing allows us to expedite this process. Our office hours are M-F 9am-5pm. We are closed on weekends and legal holidays. 2. All applications must include a clear copy of each applicant s driver s license. 3. Application fees are $45 per each adult (over 18) applicant. Each adult applicant must complete and submit a separate application. For example, if 2 applicants are apply to live in the same unit, please submit 2 applications and 2 application fees.
