Pricing Terms & Conditions Tariff of standard charges regarding services for Financial Institutions and Banks
These Pricing Terms and Conditions are applicable as of 1st april 2011 and supersede all previous Pricing Terms and Conditions regarding services for financial institutions and banks. They may be amended in accordance with the provisions of the Standard Terms and Conditions of BNP Paribas Fortis, unless special agreement thereupon. All the rates mentioned below are payable by our correspondents and should be regarded as minimum rates, unless agreed otherwise. Correspondents must also pay postage, telex and other charges, as well as any expenses incurred in transactions executed by other correspondents. We reserve the right to charge our correspondents for any transaction that required exceptional processing. Operations between BNP Paribas Fortis and its correspondents are subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions of BNP Paribas Fortis, unless and to the extent agreed otherwise by the parties, and to the applicable ICC rules, as the case may be. Documentary credits Advising commission (1) EUR 100.- Confirmation commission (1) on request Amendment commission (2) EUR 50.- (3) In addition, the following commissions will be charged when the credits are utilised: Commission for taking up documents for sight credits EUR 55.- + 1.25 (min. EUR 30.-) per set of documents Deferred payment or acceptance commission on request General remark If our commissions and/or charges and/or those of third parties are for account of the beneficiary and cannot be recovered from the latter, the issuing bank has to bear all these commissions and charges. (1) This commission is due in full, whether the credit is utilised or not. (2) If the amendment increases the amount of the credit or extends the validity period, an additional confi rmation commission is due, whenever applicable.
