GENERAL PROVISION EL PUEBLO DE LOS ANGELES HISTORICAL MONUMENT AUTHORITY DEPARTMENT REVISED CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE SCHEDULE "B"- DISCLOSURE CATEGORIES A designated employee is required to disclose that he or she is a director, officer, partner, trustee, employee or holds any position of management in a business entity if he or she would be required to disclose income from that entity. Income includes loans and gifts. CATEGORY I A. Any investment in, income from, or business positions with any person or business entity which: 1. currently sells, proposes to sell, or within the past twelve months sold goods or services to the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Authority; 2. is, within the past twelve months was, or proposes to become a tenant, concessionaire or licensee of the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Authority; 3. is or within the past twelve months was a competitor of any person or business entity in any of the above. B. Any interest in real property located within a quarter mile of the boundaries of the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Authority; any investment in, income from, or business positions with any person or business entity which owns real property within a quarter mile of the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument. C. Any investment in, income from, or business positions with any person or business entity which during the past twelve months, has, proposes to, or currently issues health, accident or liability insurance to the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Authority. D. Income from a person who is or during the past twelve months was registered or was required to be registered as a municipal lobbyist or lobbying firm pursuant to the L.A.M.C. Section 48.01 et seq., with respect to advocacy before the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Authority or officers and employees of the Department. E. Any investment in, income from, or business positions with any person or business entity which provides consulting services and/or contractual services to the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Authority including, but not limited to, the following disciplines: business, arts/culture, law, community service, Los Angeles history, banking and finance, and architecture.
CATEGORY 1 (contd.) F. Any income from any organization which during the past tw~lve months attempted to influence any action of the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Authority. G. Any investment in, income from, or business positions with any person or business entity that has within the past twelve months, proposes to, or currently participates in department-sponsored grant funded programs. H. Any investment in, income from, or business positions with any person or business entity that has within the past twelve months, proposes to, or currently manufactures, distributes, designs or sells equipment, materials, or supplies in the fields of maintenance, landscaping, construction and repairs, and public and employee safety to the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Authority. I. Any income from any person who, during the past twelve months was employed or applied for employment by the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Authority. J. Any investment in any business entity, or income from any business entity or individual, which provides any service in communications media. CATEGORY2 A. Any investment in, income from, or business positions with any person or business entity which: 1. currently sells, proposes to sell, or within the past twelve months sold goods or services to the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Authority; 2. is, within the past twelve months was, or proposes to become a tenant, concessionaire or licensee of the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Authority; 3. is or within the past twelve months was a competitor of any person or business entity in any of the above groups. B. Any interest in real property located within a quarter mile of the boundaries of the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Authority; any investment in, income from or business positions with any person or business entity which owns real property within a quarter mile of the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument. C. Any investment in, income from, or business positions with any person or business entity which during the past twelve months, has, proposes to, or currently issues health, accident or liability insurance to the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Authority Department.
