PB CREDIT CARDS: ZERO-INTEREST INSTALMENT PLAN (ZIIP) PROMOTION V 1. This Promotion is valid from 15 June 2018 to 31 August 2018 ( Promotion Period ). 2. This Promotion is open to all Public Bank and Public Islamic Bank Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardmembers including employees of the Public Bank Group, Public Bank s Subsidiaries, Public Bank's advertising agencies and their immediate families ("PB Cardmembers"). 3. PB Cardmembers can enjoy the following offers/ privileges during the Promotion Period: Get 1 month rebate for PB 12-month 0% Instalment Plan on selected Huawei smartphones from Tri E Marketing Sdn Bhd (825150-M). All payments must be made through PB Credit Card /-i during the Promotion Period. 5. This Promotion is not valid with other discounts, offers, loyalty cards and other promotional programmes, vouchers or privilege cards. 6. The PB Cardmembers shall be bound by Public Bank Berhad s / Public Islamic Bank Berhad s ( the Bank ) Terms and Conditions governing the use and operation of the Credit Card Account in addition to the terms and conditions herein. 7. The Merchant appointed by the Bank as the Principal Merchant(s) are responsible to make available all the ZIIP items featured in this Promotion and are responsible for the sale and delivery (where appropriate) of the respective item(s). 8. The Bank shall effect the necessary periodic payments by charging the PB Cardmembers PB Credit Card /-i for all payments pursuant to this Promotion to the respective Principal Merchant(s). The Bank disclaims any liability or duty relating to the item(s). The item(s) is/are sold and supplied to the PB Cardmembers by the Principal Merchant(s) who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the supply, sale, merchantability, warranty and all ancillary services in respect of the item(s). 9. The details and particulars provided by the PB Cardmembers in the ZIIP Mail Order Form shall be deemed final and conclusive. 10. The ZIIP item is subject to stock availability, sufficient Credit Line in the PB Cardmembers Card Account and acceptance of the ZIIP by the Bank and the Principal Merchant(s). 11. Upon acceptance of the ZIIP, the Bank shall debit the available Credit Line in the credit card for the purchase price of the item(s) which shall be charged to the PB Cardmembers Card

Account. The transaction details will appear on the PB Cardmembers credit card monthly statement of account. 12. PB Cardmembers will pay for the selected ZIIP items offered by Tri E Marketing Sdn Bhd in 11 monthly instalments and balance of the 1 month instalment will be waived as provided by the Principal Merchant(s), subject to merchant offer. 13. The instalments, if not settled on or before the payment due date, shall be subject to the standard tiered Finance Charge/ Management Fee of 15% - 18% per annum, calculated on daily rests imposed on all outstanding balances from stipulated due date. 14. For payment of the item(s) by instalments, upon acceptance of the ZIIP, the PB Cardmembers hereby agree as follows: 14.1 The Bank is authorised by the PB Cardmembers to make payment to the Principal Merchant(s) immediately on acceptance of the ZIIP; 14.2 Each instalment payment shall be charged monthly by the Bank to the Card Account; and 14.3 In the event that the PB Cardmembers available Credit Line is exceeded when the instalment payable is charged to the Card Account as aforesaid, the PB Cardmembers shall take all necessary actions to regularise the PB Credit Card /-i Card Account before next monthly instalment is due. Failing which, all outstanding instalments or balance of monies owing under the arrangement herein shall immediately become due and payable by the Cardmember and shall be charged to the Card Account without further reference to the Cardmember. 15. In the event of a default of payment of any monies due under the Credit Card Account or breach of any provisions of the PB Cardmembers Cardmember Agreement and/or any of the terms and conditions herein by the PB Cardmembers and/or cancellation of the Credit Card Account and/or termination of the Credit Card Account for any reason whatsoever, the PB Cardmembers agrees as follows : 15.1 All outstanding instalments or balance of monies owing under the arrangement herein shall immediately become due and payable by the PB Cardmembers and shall at the absolute discretion of the Bank be charged to the PB Cardmembers PB Credit Card /i Card Account where upon the terms and conditions in the Cardmember Agreement shall apply to all the said instalments or balance; and 15.2 The Bank reserves the right to terminate the monthly instalment arrangement. 16. For delivery, the PB Cardmembers MUST stipulate the full details of his / her address. Confirmation of receipt of the ZIIP item(s) by an authorized person shall be deemed as CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE. There is strictly no trial period available/extended for the item(s) purchased. The item(s) will not be delivered to addresses bearing a Post Office Box number and/or overseas address.

17. The Bank shall not take delivery of the item(s) returned by the PB Cardmembers for any reason whatsoever. The Bank shall further not be responsible for any item(s) that is lost, stolen or damaged. 18. PB Cardmembers are advised to check with the Principal Merchant on the conditions of the warranty and the warranty period. A Warranty Card is provided with the item(s). The Bank makes no representation or warranty in respect of the item(s) in particular, its merchantability, quality, suitability for use and all ancillary services. For services and repairs, the Cardmember shall contact the Principal Merchant(s). 19. For returned parcel, Cardmember will be held liable for the delivery charges should he/ she requests to courier and resend the parcel, and thus, the Cardmember undertakes to authorise the Bank to debit the Card Account for the cost of delivery. The Cardmember understands fully that this will be on a best-effort basis and the Cardmembers must accept the item(s) in whatever conditions and absolve the Bank from all responsibilities should the item(s) be damaged in the delivery processes. No replacement item(s) will be allowed under any circumstances or for any reason whatsoever. 20. Delivery will be arranged within 3-4 working weeks from the receipt of the ZIIP Mail Order Form by the Principal Merchant(s) subject to the availability of stocks. 21. The terms and conditions herein are in addition to the terms and conditions in the Cardmember Agreement applicable to the Card Account and in the event of inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the said Agreement, these terms and conditions shall prevail in so far as they apply to the ZIIP programme and the purchase of the item(s) by the PB Cardmembers. 22. The Bank reserves the exclusive rights to change, amend, delete or add on to these Terms and Conditions from time to time with at least (21) days prior notice at www.pbebank.com website. 23. Item(s) offered herein are subject to change and/or upgrading of product specifications and price without prior notice. 24. If there is a discrepancy between the Bahasa Malaysia and English version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

TRANSLATION KAD KREDIT PB: PROMOSI PELAN ANSURAN SIFAR FAEDAH (ZIIP) V 1. Promosi ini sah mulai 15 Jun 2018 hingga 31 Ogos 2018 ( Tempoh Promosi ) 2. Promosi ini dibuka kepada semua Ahli Kad Kredit Utama dan Ahli Kad Tambahan yang baru dan sedia ada Public Bank dan Public Islamic Bank termasuk pekerja Kumpulan Public Bank, subsidiari Public Bank, agensi pengiklanan Public Bank dan keluarga terdekat mereka ("Ahli Kad PB"). 3. Ahli Kad PB boleh menikmati tawaran / keistimewaan berikut semasa Tempoh Promosi : Dapatkan rebat 1 bulan untuk Pelan Ansuran Sifar Faedah 12 bulan untuk telefon pintar Huawei terpilih dari Tri E Marketing Sdn Bhd (825150-M). Huawei P20 Pro Huawei P20 Huawei Nova 2 Lite Huawei Nova 3e RM259 x 11 bulan RM204 x 11 bulan RM54.90 x 11 bulan RM110 x 11 bulan 4. Semua pembayaran hendaklah dibuat melalui Kad Kredit PB /-i semasa Tempoh Promosi. 5. Promosi ini tidak sah dengan diskaun, tawaran, kad loyalti dan program promosi lain, baucar atau kad keistimewaan. 6. Ahli Kad hendaklah terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat Public Bank Berhad / Public Islamic Bank Berhad ( Bank ) yang mengawal penggunaan dan pengendalian Akaun Kad Kredit selain terma dan syarat di dalam ini. 7. Saudagar yang dilantik oleh Bank sebagai Saudagar Utama bertanggungjawab dalam menyediakan semua barang ZIIP yang disediakan dalam Promosi ini dan bertanggungjawab bagi jualan dan penghantaran (mana yang berkenaan) barang-barang berkaitan. 8. Bank hendaklah melaksanakan pembayaran berkala yang perlu dengan mengecajkan kepada kad kredit PB /-i Ahli Kad PB bagi semua pembayaran mengikut Promosi ini kepada Saudagar Utama. Bank menolak apa-apa liabiliti atau tanggungjawab berkaitan dengan barang-barang tersebut. Barang-barang tersebut dijual dan dibekalkan kepada Ahli Kad PB oleh Saudagar Utama yang bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya ke atas semua obligasi dan liabiliti berkaitan dengan bekalan, jualan, kebolehdagangan, jaminan dan semua perkhidmatan sampingan berkaitan dengan barang-barang tersebut. 9. Butir-butir dan maklumat yang diberikan oleh Ahli Kad PB dalam borang ZIIP hendaklah dianggap terakhir dan muktamad. 10. Barang ZIIP ini tertakluk kepada terdapatnya stok, Kemudahan Kredit yang mencukupi dalam Akaun Ahli Kad PB dan penerimaan ZIIP oleh Bank dan Saudagar Utama.

11. Selepas penerimaan ZIIP, Bank akan mendebit Kemudahan Kredit bagi Kad Kredit yang sedia ada bagi harga belian barang-barang yang akan dicaj ke Akaun Kad Ahli Kad PB. Butir-butir urus niaga akan dicatatkan dalam penyata akaun bulanan kad kredit Ahli Kad PB. 12. Ahli Kad PB akan membayar untuk barangan ZIIP terpilih secara ansuran yang ditawarkan oleh Tri E Marketing Sdn Bhd dalam 11 ansuran bulanan dan baki ansuran 1 bulan akan dikecualikan seperti yang diperuntukkan oleh Saudagar Utama, tertakluk pada tawaran oleh saudagar berkenaan. 13. Ansuran tersebut, jika tidak dijelaskan pada atau sebelum tarikh pembayaran perlu dibuat, akan tertakluk pada caj kewangan/ fi pengurusan bertingkat biasa sebanyak 15% - 18% setahun, dikira atas baki harian yang dikenakan atas semua baki tertunggak dari tarikh Perlu Dibayar yang ditetapkan. 14. Bagi pembayaran barang-barang tersebut secara ansuran, apabila penerimaan ZIIP, Ahli Kad PB dengan ini bersetuju seperti berikut: 14.1 Bank diberi kuasa oleh Ahli Kad PB untuk membuat bayaran kepada Saudagar Utama sebaik sahaja ZIIP diterima. 14.2 Setiap bayaran ansuran hendaklah dicajkan secara bulanan oleh Bank kepada Akaun Kad; dan 14.3 Sekiranya Kemudahan Kredit sedia ada Ahli Kad PB telah melebihi hadnya semasa ansuran yang perlu dibayar dicajkan kepada Akaun Kad seperti yang tersebut di atas, Ahli Kad PB hendaklah mengambil tindakan yang perlu untuk mengemaskinikan Akaun Kad Kad Kredit PB /-i tersebut sebelum ansuran bulanan yang berikutnya perlu dijelaskan. Sekiranya tidak, semua ansuran yang tertunggak atau baki belum jelas di bawah perjanjian ini akan serta-merta menjadi perlu dibayar oleh Ahli Kad dan akan dicajkan kepada Akaun Kad tanpa merujuk lagi kepada Ahli Kad. 15. Sekiranya berlaku kemungkiran pembayaran apa-apa wang yang perlu dibayar di bawah Akaun Kad Kredit atau pelanggaran apa-apa peruntukan dalam Perjanjian Ahli Kad Ahli Kad PB dan/atau mana-mana terma dan syarat di dalam ini oleh Ahli Kad PB dan/atau pembatalan Akaun Kad Kredit dan/atau penamatan Akaun Kad Kredit atas apa juga sebab, Ahli Kad PB bersetuju seperti berikut: 15.1 Semua ansuran yang tertunggak atau baki belum jelas di dalam perjanjian ini hendaklah dengan serta-merta menjadi perlu dibayar oleh Ahli Kad PB dan hendaklah mengikut budi bicara mutlak Bank dicajkan kepada Akaun Kad Kad Kredit PB /-i Ahli Kad PB yang terma dan syarat dalam Perjanjian Ahli Kad hendaklah terpakai bagi semua ansuran atau baki tersebut; dan 15.2 Bank berhak untuk menamatkan perjanjian ansuran bulanan tersebut. 16. Untuk penghantaran, Ahli Kad PB MESTI menetapkan butir-butir penuh dengan alamat Ahli Kad PB. Pengesahan penerimaan barang ZIIP oleh orang yang diberi kuasa hendaklah dianggap sebagai PENGESAHAN PENERIMAAN. Tempoh percubaan tidak diberi sama

sekali bagi barang-barang yang dibeli. Barang-barang tidak akan dihantar ke alamat Peti Surat dan/atau alamat luar negara. 17. Bank tidak akan menerima barang-barang yang dipulangkan oleh Ahli Kad PB atas apa jua sebab. Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap apa-apa barang yang hilang, dicuri atau rosak. 18. Ahli Kad PB dinasihatkan supaya menyemak dengan Saudagar Utama mengenai syarat-syarat waranti dan tempoh waranti. Satu Kad Waranti akan diberi bersama-sama dengan barangbarang tersebut. Bank tidak membuat representasi atau waranti berkenaan dengan barangbarang tersebut terutamanya dari segi kebolehdagangannya, kualiti, kesesuaian untuk kegunaan dan semua perkhidmatan tambahan. Untuk perkhidmatan dan pembaikan, Ahli Kad hendaklah menghubungi Saudagar Utama. 19. Bagi bungkusan barang yang dipulang semula, Ahli Kad akan dipertanggungjawabkan atas caj penghantaran sekiranya beliau meminta untuk menghantar melalui kurier dan menghantar balik bungkusan barang tersebut, dengan itu, Ahli Kad mengaku janji untuk memberi kebenaran kepada Bank untuk mendebit Akaun Kad tersebut bagi kos penghantaran. Ahli Kad memahami sepenuhnya bahawa langkah ini adalah berasaskan usaha terbaik dan Ahli Kad mesti menerima barang-barang tersebut walau apa jugapun keadaannya dan melepaskan Bank daripada semua tanggungjawab sekiranya barang-barang tersebut rosak semasa proses penghantaran. Tiada penggantian barang akan dibenarkan di bawah apa juga keadaan atau atas apa juga sebab sekalipun. 20. Khidmat penghantaran akan diurus dalam tempoh antara 3-4 minggu bekerja daripada penerimaan borang ZIIP oleh Saudagar Utama tertakluk kepada terdapatnya stok. 21. Terma dan Syarat di dalam ini adalah tambahan kepada terma dan syarat dalam Perjanjian Ahli Kad yang diterima pakai bagi Akaun Kad dan sekiranya terdapat tidak konsisten antara terma dan syarat ini dan Perjanjian tersebut, terma dan syarat ini hendaklah diterima pakai setakat ia terpakai bagi program ZIIP dan pembelian barang-barang oleh Ahli Kad PB. 22. Bank mempunyai hak eksklusif untuk mengubah, meminda, memotong atau menambah kandungan dalam Terma dan Syarat ini dari semasa ke semasa dengan sekurang-kurangnya (21) hari notis terlebih dahulu pada laman web www.pbebank.com. 23. Barang-barang yang ditawarkan di dalam ini adalah tertakluk kepada perubahan dan/atau peningkatan dalam spesifikasi produk dan harga tanpa notis terlebih dahulu. 24. Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan dalam terma dan syarat bagi versi Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris, versi Bahasa Inggeris hendaklah diterima pakai.
