THE DISCLOSURES PURSUANT TO REGULATION 14 OF THE SEBI (SHARE BASED EMPLOYEE BENEFITS) REGULATIONS, 2014 READ WITH SEBI CIRCULAR DATED JUNE 16, 2015 ON ESOP DISCLOSURES Sl.
