Matt is a proud supporter of FAM- ILY Connections, a nonprofit community-based counseling and family service agency. Matt resides in Morristown, NJ. In his free time, he enjoys working out at the gym, especially his Boot Camp regimen, attending sporting events and playing golf. He also enjoys traveling and never misses an opportunity to explore other countries. Nicholas Conturso, CFP, ChFC Executive Financial Services Director Vice President - Wealth Management Financial Advisor Nicholas Conturso is a CERTI- FIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP ), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC ), and an Executive Financial Services Director. Nick has over 14 years of industry experience and takes a holistic approach to understanding the entire financial picture. As a CFP, he utilizes his extensive training in financial and estate planning, insurance, investments, taxes, liability management, employee benefits and retirement planning. Nick has been selected as a NJ Monthly Five Star Wealth Manager in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Nick was born in New Jersey, and attended Seton Hall University where he acquired his Bachelor s degree in Finance with a minor concentration in International Business. Upon graduation, he accepted a position as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Nick is a member of the Montville Chapter of UNICO National, the country s largest Italian-American Service organization. UNICO is dedicated to the education and support of individuals, families and other charitable organizations within the community. Nick also supports FAMILY Connections, a nonprofit community-based counseling and family service agency. Nick resides in Montville, NJ with his wife Melissa and their son P.J. Steve Bellog Financial Advisor Steven Bellog is a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley. He is a lead advisor within the team and is involved with portfolio analysis, strategy implementation, business development and relationship management. In addition, Steve works with various internal and external partners in developing customized investment solutions for clients. Steve graduated from Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ with a Bachelor s degree in Finance. He currently resides in Nutley, NJ where he is an active participant in the fitness community and helps volunteer at local events. In his spare time, Steve enjoys traveling across the country in search of the best ski/snowboard resorts available. He also enjoys lake/deep sea fishing, golfing, and attending sporting events. Mark Ruggiero Financial Advisor Mark Ruggiero is a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley. He is a lead advisor within the team and is involved with portfolio analysis, strategy implementation, business development and relationship management. In addition, Mark works with various internal and external partners in developing customized investment solutions for clients. Mark attended Ramapo College of New Jersey in Mahwah, NJ where he was a member of the varsity baseball team for four years and Treasurer for the finance club for two. He remains very active in the local baseball community in northern New Jersey spending time with young athletes to improve their skills and working with local teams to better prepare in the off season. Mark currently resides in Fairfield, THE MILLER CONTURSO GROUP 7

NJ where he often spends time outdoors. If he is not working with young ballplayers to better their skills on the field, he can usually be found as a spectator at their local games. In his spare time, Mark also enjoys growing his music collection, reading, and playing golf. Dawn P. Stedronsky Portfolio Associate Dawn Stedronsky is a Portfolio Associate, and has been with the firm for 18 years. Through her tenure, Dawn has made many key contacts and relationships within the firm, which adds to our team s internal depth. Dawn provides monthly reporting and analysis in all aspects of portfolio management. Dawn provides support for all client matters relating the day-to-day operations. Dawn currently resides in Union with her husband and two daughters. She is a Girl Scout troop leader and also participates in both daughters school PTA committees. Carmel McPartland Registered Client Service Associate Carmel McPartland is a Client Service Associate with 15 years of industry experience. She recently joined us from Wells Fargo Advisors. Carmel provides operational support in all aspects of the client relationship. She assists with onboarding of clients, reviewing statements, provides monthly reporting and analysis in all aspects of portfolio management. Carmel is a graduate of Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ with a Bachelor s degree in Political Science. She currently resides in Bedminster, NJ. In her spare time, Carmel enjoys traveling, cooking, skiing and spending weekends at the beach with her family.

If you prefer to invest in individual securities, we can help identify specific stocks, bonds and other securities that may be suitable for your portfolio. Whatever approach we decide on, the team will help you keep your strategy on track. 4 Reviewing your performance You will receive a quarterly review that outlines your portfolio s performance, helping you track progress toward your objectives. Moreover, when your personal situation or market conditions change significantly, we can suggest appropriate adjustments to your portfolio to help it remain aligned with your goals. 11

5 Concerns for Every Executive to Address 1. A majority of your net worth may be concentrated in various complex Corporate Benefit Plans Corporations typically institute complex benefit plans that, if properly utilized, allow employees to save and invest for their future. These benefits include your 401k, stock options, restricted stock units, performance share awards, supplemental executive retirement plans and deferred compensation plans. We can help you understand the various benefit options available to you and help you make decisions about each opportunity. 2. The assets you own in your company sponsored accounts may not be invested to complement the assets you hold outside of your company plans. In fact, they may be working against each other. Generally, your stock awards may not be as easily liquidated as you think. Stock awards can be in the form of Restricted Stock Units, Nonqualified Stock Options, and Incentive Stock Options. These various awards all have different characteristics and tax treatment.
