This rate sheet is for information only and does not constitute a Personalised Key Facts Illustration. Representative Example A capital and interest mortgage of 2,000,000 payable over 10 years initially on a fixed rate of 2.09% for 2 years and then our tracker rate at 3.49% above the Bank of England Base (currently 0.50%) for the remaining term would require 24 monthly payments of 18,575.83 and 96 monthly payments of 19,990.06. The total amount payable would be 2,365,140.68 made up of the loan amount plus interest and 10,000 (product fee, added to loan), 275 (final repayment charge).
