The Prosperity Plan is designed to benefit the exfuze Independent Distributor ( EID ) every step of the way of their journey as they build their parttime or fulltime business with exfuze. The foundation of the Prosperity Plan is truly a hybrid model, implementing the best qualities of several popular types of compensation models. It incorporates the stability of a strong Fast Track program, based on a unique Unilevel, creating the ability to earn from initial sales quickly. Next is a powerful Binary Team feature that allows you to increase your earning potential by creating and receiving spillover Business Volume (BV). For residual earning potential, there is a powerful Director Check Match Bonus (DCM), where Global Business Volume, not allocated to the Binary Team bonus, goes into a pool and is distributed to all Director Rank EID s and above, based on their qualifications. The DCM provides Generational earnings and an EID s pay rank will determine how many generations they may earn in depth. HOW DO YOU GET YOUR PRODUCT FOR FREE *? Getting your own Personal Monthly Order FREE* is easy. Just follow these simple steps, and exfuze will send you your personal exfuze Autoship Order FREE* each month as long as you remain qualified! 1. DIRECT SALES RETAIL EARNINGS & ONLINE RETAIL CUSTOMER COMMISSIONS As an exfuze Independent Distributor (EID), you can purchase exfuze products from your personal virtual office at Distributor cost prices and then sell them directly to Retail Customers at the Suggested Retail Price which creates Retail Profit for you. exfuze has also provided a personal replicated retail website for Distributors. It is located at (www.exfuzenow.com/ yoursite) where you can have Retail Customers purchase directly from the Company at a Suggested Retail Price and you may earn a Retail Bonus Sales Commission on those sales. CHALLENGE CUSTOMERS BUILD YOUR BUSINESS Oftentimes as Distributors, people try to fit a person, who would really just prefer to buy products, into the Distributor Box. Not so at exfuze; we have built our Challenge Customer Program to make it more profitable for you, and better for your Prospect, to have them be a Customer. A Challenge Customer does not pay a registration and back office systems fee. If they opt to go on Autoship, they can buy their product for the same price as a Distributor! The Challenge Customer cannot earn any commissions, but they do get a limited back office and may refer friends to the exfuze products and qualify for the 4PNM program! Anyone they refer, you the EID will receive the bonuses and commissions paid. This is better for you as the EID as well because, in addition to earning Binary Volume for these Customers, you will also receive a Challenge Customer Bonus for not only the first order from the Challenge Customer, but every single subsequent Autoship order thereafter! EXFUZE STAR EXECUTIVE PROGRAM EXECUTIVE CUSTOMER BONUS PROGRAM The exfuze Star Executive Customer Bonus is only available to qualified exfuze Distributors who reside in the USA. CHALLENGE CUSTOMER PAYOUT For each Challenge Customer order, the enrolling Distributor will receive a Direct Sales Bonus (DSB), of $5 per item, with full personal volume and partial business volume. STAR EXECUTIVE BONUS PAYOUT This Program is applicable for both Customer Enroller and Sponsor of Enroller. Each month after business close, the Star Executive Bonus qualification levels are determined by looking back 31 days and determining the sum total of all of the Challenge Customer enrollments or autoship orders processed in that period. The Bonus is based on the DSB and the Current Star level of the Distributor; the DSB is multiplied by the Bonus percent and this bonus is paid in the pay period following the month s business close. EXFUZE STAR EXECUTIVE PROGRAM EXFUZE EXECUTIVE STAR PROGRAM RULES Must be an active exfuze Distributor with an active autoship and a minimum of 50PV. To qualify for this program the Distributor must have a minimum of 4 Challenge Customer enrollments or active Challenge Customer autoship orders to proceed. This Bonus will be paid out the first pay week of the following month in which you qualified. Distributors may vary in current pay level for their Star qualification as the level will be calculated at the end of the month based on the previous 31 days of all Challenge Customer enrollments and autoships. Distributors will have a live tracker in their backoffice to see progress of their level. Star Level will change daily, as exfuze processes autoship orders daily. So make sure you check your tracker on the last day of the month. The Bonus paid out amount will be determined by calculating the total amount of Customer Bonus paid to the Distributor that month and paying the corresponding percent from the Star level for which they qualify. Recognition will be based the highest Star Executive level achieved. Any new Customer, both those you add, or those added by your Customers, count toward your Star Executive recognition level and bonus (Star Executive Network). If that Customer ever decides to become a Distributor, the people they introduced will count toward their Star Executive Network. The Company reserves the right to modify, change or eliminate the Executive Star Customer Program as is deemed necessary to stay competitive in the marketplace. EXAMPLE 1: EID John qualified at Star Level 5 (28 Customers) and was paid $280 in Customer Bonus for all his customers that month. He will receive 50% of what he earned, so he will get an additional $140 in Executive Star Bonus. EXAMPLE 2: EID Linda personally enrolled EID John. Linda qualified at Star Level 3 (14 Customers). Linda will be paid 30% of John s $280 Customer Bonus ($84.00) in addition to her own Customer Bonus for that month. FAST TRACK & MIDTERM EARNINGS FAST START BONUS & FAST START MATCH BONUS FAST START BONUS When you personally enroll a new distributor with an Optional Pak, you have the potential to earn a Fast Start Bonus (FSB). The Fast Start Bonus pays 20% on the PV of the optional pak to the direct personal sponsor. There is no limit to the FSB you may potentially earn. For example: You personally enroll a new Distributor on the Optional 1000 pak; you will earn 20% of the PV which is $200. FAST START MATCHING BONUS The Fast Start Matching Bonus (FSM) rewards you with a 25% match on the Fast Start Bonuses that your Personally Sponsored Distributors earn. It is an incentive to help your Distributors duplicate product sales. For example, when one of your Personally Sponsored Distributors earns a Fast Start Bonus of $100, you will match 25% of that Fast Start Bonus or $25. To qualify for this bonus, you must be personally active with 200 PV. There is no limit to the number of Fast Start Matching Bonuses you can earn. BINARY TEAM BONUS The exfuze Dual Binary Team model, commonly referred to as a Binary Team, is a distinguishing feature of the exfuze hybrid compensation plan model; it encourages Teams to work together. Unlike a pure Unilevel, which is what the Fast Start and Director Check Match Commissions are based on, the Binary Team Bonus (BTB) embraces sharing of Team members; the Binary Marketing Organization (BMO) allows people to benefit from one another s efforts resulting in spillover of Business Volume. This truly builds a spirit of teamwork and shared benefit that is not found in a pure Unilevel only compensation plan. Your Binary Marketing Organization has two legs or sides. When you enroll a new Challenge Customer or Distributor, you have the option of placing them in your Binary Marketing Organization on either your right or your left leg. Distributors both upline and downline, within your Binary Marketing Organization, may also place their personally enrolled in your Binary Marketing Organization, which creates the shared benefits as sales within the Binary Marketing Organization generates Business Volume (BV). When you become Binary Team Bonus Qualified (BTBQ d), you can potentially earn bonuses based on Business Volume driven by the efforts of your Binary Marketing Organization, which consists of all Challenge Customers and Distributors who are placed below you, by either yourself, or others above or below you in the Binary Marketing Organization. Your entire team can qualify to be paid on the same shared volume! LEFT LEG YOU RIGHT LEG EXFUZE DUAL BINARY TEAM BONUS QUALIFICATION 1. Your Personal Sales Volume (PV) is 100 within the past thirty days by Business Close Day each week. BINARY TEAM BONUS EXFUZE DUAL BINARY TEAM MODEL As your Binary Marketing Organization grows, and as Challenge Customers or Distributors in your organization purchase products, the Binary Business Volume (BV) that each of them generates, translates to Business Volume (BV) credit for you. Binary Team Bonus is triggered when you have met the Binary Team Bonus Qualification (BTB Qd) and when you achieve a minimum of 300 BV or more on the left Binary Leg and 300 BV on the right Binary Leg of your Binary Marketing Organization. Once you reach 300 BV on the lesser Binary Leg, a 5% Binary Team Bonus is generated on the BV in that leg as well as a 5% Binary Team Bonus from the matching BV on the greater leg. This pattern continues in increments of 300 BV based on the Binary lesser leg volume for total potential earnings of 10% Binary Team Bonus on your lesser volume leg. The total amount in Binary Team Bonus you may be eligible for is determined by your Sales Pay Rank achievement level each week. For example, if your Sales Rank is Pro300 and your right Binary Leg has 300 BV and you have 500 BV on your left Binary Leg, you are eligible for 10% ($30) on the lesser 300 BV right Binary Leg. That would leave 200 BV remaining on your left Binary Leg, which remains and continues to accumulate with your BV in the following week s commission payout if you are qualified. If you maintain a minimum of 50PV in the previous 30 days by Business Period Close each week on Tuesday midnight (USA Central Time), your BV will not flush and will continue to accumulate. DIRECTOR CHECK MATCH (DCM) WEEKLY COMPANYWIDE PAYOUT BASED ON GLOBAL SALES The Director Check Match (DCM) is part of the 55% rule guarantee that exfuze pays weekly companywide based on global Binary Business Volume (BV). The DCM is paid weekly and is based on a floating percentage Pool. The percentage is determined after the other bonuses, such as the Binary Team Bonus and Ambassador Leadership Bonus ways of earning in the Compensation Plan are calculated. If you qualify for the DCM, you may earn a percentage match on the Binary Team Bonus paid to Distributors in your Personal Marketing Organization (Personal Enrollment Tree of all distributors enrolled below people that you personally enrolled). The DCM can pay up to eight Director Generations deep in your Personal Marketing Organization. The DCM percentage is based on how much money goes into the pool each week and how many people are participating in the pool that week and, as such, there will be weekly fluctuations. The DCM is paid on generations in your Personal Marketing Organization. A generation is completed in your organization when you have a qualified Director with a Sales Achievement Rank of Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Pearl, Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, Caribbean Diamond or Ambassador Pearl. This is unlike levels, because a generation could encompass many people before a Director ends that generation, or pool of people you are paid on. The number of generations on which you may earn is dependent on your Pay Rank achieved by Business Close each week. The higher your Pay Rank; the higher your earning potential. AMBASSADOR LEADERSHIP BONUS BONUS POOL UP TO 1% OF ALL GLOBAL BINARY BUSINESS VOLUME As an acknowledgement of our exfuze Leaders commitment to achieve the top ranks of Ambassador and to continue supporting the Company and their Personal and Binary Marketing Organizations, they may become eligible to participate in the Ambassador Leadership Bonus Pool consisting of up to 1% of all Global Binary Business Volume.
