Terms and conditions for Easy Payment Plan (EPP) Programme The terms and conditions herein shall be read together with and supplementary to the standard terms and conditions of AmBank (M) Berhad (8515-D) (" the Bank") and AmBank Islamic Berhad (295576-U) ( the Bank ) Card Agreement ( Card Agreement ). In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between this agreement and the Card Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail in so far as applicable to the Programme. Definition Card means any MasterCard and Visa credit card issued by the Bank. Cardholder means the holder of an AmBank and AmBank Islamic Credit Card-i which shall include the Principal and/or Supplementary Card. EPP means the 0% Easy Payment Plan made available by the Bank to all payment made using AmBank Credit Card and AmBank Islamic Credit Card-i. GST means any tax payable on the supply of goods, services, or other things in accordance with the provisions of GST Law. GST Law means the Goods and Services Tax Act 2014, subsidiary legislations, statutory orders and regulations governing the application of GST, as amended from time to time. Valid Tax Invoice means an invoice containing the elements of a tax invoice as required under the GST Law and indicating the price of Product(s)/Service(s) and GST payable. Programme means the Easy Payment Plan programme Product means goods/services offered under the Easy Payment Plan programme Supplier means any distributor authorized by the Manufacturer of the Product. Manufacturer means the producer, brand principal of the Product. Payment Option means the number of installments available under the EPP for the purchase of the Product. Website refers to ambank.com.my Product Promotion 1. Promotion prices and Recommended Retail Price (RRP) advertised are in RM (Ringgit Malaysia) and inclusive of 0% GST. 2. All Products are offered on while stocks last basis. In the event of unavailability of stocks after you have placed your order, the supplier shall notify you to offer an exchange for another product of the same value or a full refund. The Bank shall not be held responsible or be liable as all products are supplied by independent third parties companies. 3. In the event of a discrepancy between the price, quantity offered, specifications, package content and general offer featured in the AmBank Website and other forms of communications such as leaflets, emails, SMSes or print advertisements; the price,

quantity offered, specifications, package content and general offer on the AmBank Website will be used. 4. The products/services and any accessories offered in the package along with the sale of the products are supplied by the respective Supplier. The Bank is only providing a means of payment for these goods and services via the usage of the Card. 5. Product images used are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual Product delivered. The Cardholder is advised to check with the respective Supplier on the condition of the warranty and the warranty period. The Bank makes no representative or warranty in respect of the product(s) in particular, its merchantability, quality, suitability for use and all ancillary services. For any query regarding services and repairs of the products, the Cardholder shall contact the respective Supplier directly. 6. Recommended Retail Price quoted (if available) is correct at the point of print and Website update. 7. Due to strong demand and popularity of some Products, we may impose restriction on the number of items that you may purchase by indicating this term on whichever form of communications used. Order Placement Channels and Payment 8. Orders can be placed through online, fax or mail-in or Cardholders can contact the respective Supplier s hotline number. 9. The acceptance of telephone and mail/fax-in orders by the Supplier shall be deemed binding after the 10 working days cooling off period. 10. Purchase of the product(s) is subject to the availability of the credit limit of the Cardholder card account. The Bank reserves the right to reject the purchase orders without giving any reason thereof and the Bank s decision is final and conclusive. 11. Payment must be made with any AmBank Credit Card and AmBank Islamic Credit Cardi. 12. The Cardholder s signature on the Order Form serves as an acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Easy Payment Plan programme and the Cardholder Credit Card Agreement. 13. A valid Tax Invoice shall be furnished by the respective Supplier for all taxable Products under GST law. Easy Payment Plan 14. Upon approval of the order, the Cardholder s credit limit will be provisionally reduced by earmarking an amount equivalent to the Purchase Amount of the Product, which will not be available to the Cardholder to use but will be progressively restored on a monthly basis as payment of each installment amount is made. 15. The Bank will debit the Cardholder s Card Account with the monthly installment amount payable on a monthly basis effective from the date of order approval, for the duration as stipulated in the programme offer.

16. In the event the Cardholder choose to make only 5% minimum payment of the outstanding amount or fail to make the full payment on the monthly installment amount, the outstanding amount shall be subjected to the prevailing credit card interest rate/ management fee rate. 17. The Bank at its sole discretion will demand the Cardholder to settle the full outstanding amount including but not limited to the installments and all monies due under the EPP if the Cardholder default in payment of any amount due, breaches any terms and conditions herein/or the Card Agreement; or Card Account is voluntarily cancelled or terminated by the Bank for any reason whatsoever or if it becomes impossible or unlawful for the Bank to make available or continue to make available the EPP to the Cardholder. Refund and Exchange 18. Cardholders are allowed a one-time change or cancellation within the 10 working days cooling-off period. This option is only applicable if Cardholder have not checked the cooling-off Period box in the Order Form. 19. For exchange or cancellations, please contact Customer Service at +603 2178 8888. 20. In the event the Product received is faulty, defect or incomplete, kindly notify our Customer Service via e-mail (please use the Contact Us function on the Website) or call +603 2178 8888 within 2 working days. The Bank shall deem the delivery is in order and correct after the 2 working days period. 21. The Bank reserves the right to enforce the following conditions: Products can only be exchanged or returned following approval from the Supplier. All or any re-shipping/handling cost incurred when returning non-faulty Products will be borne by the Cardholder. This return policy does not apply to Products which have been stated as strictly Non- Exchangeable and No-Return. In the event Cardholder failed to receive delivery of the Products within 30 days from the date of order approval/final courier notification letter/reminder email date for any reason whatsoever, the order is deemed withdrawn or cancelled and a refund will be given to you. The Bank will however, reserves the right to charge any delivery/handling charges incurred. In cases of refund, please allow up to 45 days from the date of cancellation approval for credit refund. The credit refund amount will be equivalent to the price of the product and GST imposed. No refund will be made on any delivery charges. Fulfillment 22. All orders will be processed after the 10 day cooling-off period from the date the order is placed. For faster delivery, Cardholder may provide the Supplier the permission to exclude the period of suspension by checking the tick box on the marker box of the Order Form or by informing when making an order via telephone.

23. The Supplier will ship the Product to the delivery address provided within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of order approval. No delivery will be made to P.O. Box addresses and delivery is within Malaysia only. 24. Unless stated, fulfillment of the Product includes door-to-door delivery only and excludes unpacking/ installation services. 25. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable if the Product cannot be delivered within the stipulated period for reasons directly or indirectly including but not limited to inaccurate, invalid or incomplete personal information, any acts of God, strike, riot, labour unrest, accident, breakdown of transportation or any matter beyond our control. 26. All items must be opened and inspected upon receipt. The Bank shall not accept any liability for damages once duly acknowledged by Cardholder. After Sales Service and Warranty 27. All or any warranties and/or terms and conditions in connection with the Product shall be between the Cardholder and the Supplier. The Bank will not be a party thereto and shall not be held liable directly or indirectly for any loss, claim, damage whether in contract, tort or otherwise to any property, injury to any person or persons, expenses or cost in connection with his or her participation of the promotion or as a result of using the Product and/or any breach of duty, action, omission or obligation of the Supplier. Limitation of Liability 28. The Bank shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, expenses, costs or any other liability whatsoever due to or arising out of any act or omissions of the Supplier howsoever caused or suffered including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing any liability due to any defect or deficiency in the Product. The Product sold is under warranty by the Supplier and the Bank shall not be held responsible or liable on the defect or deficiencies of the Product. 29. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal or invalid under future laws or regulations effective and applicable during the term of this Agreement, such provision shall be fully severable and this Agreement shall be construed as if such illegal or invalid provision had never comprised a part of this Agreement and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the illegal or invalid provision of by its severance from this Agreement. 30. The Cardholder has read and understood all the terms and conditions specified herein and the Bank reserves the right to terminate, amend or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time with at least 21 calendar days notice to Cardholders before the new terms and conditions take effect. Terma dan syarat untuk Program Pelan Pembayaran Mudah (PPM) Terma dan syarat yang terkandung di sini mestilah dibaca bersama dengan dan sebagai tambahan kepada terma dan syarat di dalam AmBank (M) Berhad (8515-D) ( Bank ) dan AmBank Islamic Berhad (295576-U) ( Bank ) Perjanjian Kad ( Perjanjian Kad ). Jika terdapat berlakunya sebarang percanggahan atau ketidaksamaan di antara perjanjian ini dan Perjanjian Kad, maka Perjanjian ini akan digunapakai selagi ia berkaitan. Definisi Kad merujuk kepada mana-mana kad kredit VISA / MasterCard yang dikeluarkan oleh Bank. Pemegang Kad merujuk kepada Pemegang Kad Kredit AmBank dan Kad Kredit-i AmBank Islamic yang meliputi Pemegang Kad Prinsipal dan/atau Pemegang Kad Tambahan. EPP merujuk kepada Pelan Pembayaran Mudah 0% yang disediakan oleh Bank kepada semua pemegang Kad Kredit/i AmBank dan AmBank Islamic. CBP merujuk kepada apa-apa cukai yang kena dibayar ke atas pembekalan barang-barang, perkhidmatan, atau perkara-perkara lain mengikut peruntukan-peruntukan undang-undang CBP. Undang Undang CBP merujuk kepada Goods and Services Tax Act 2014, perundangan subsidiari, perintah berkanun dan peraturan yang berkuatkuasa bagi permohonan CBP, sebagaimana yang dipinda dari semasa ke semasa Invois Cukai merujuk kepada invois yang mengandungi unsur-unsur invois cukai seperti yang ditetapkan oleh undang-undang CBP dan menunjukkan harga produk/ perkhidmatan dan CBP yang perlu dibayar. Program merujuk kepada Program Pelan Pembayaran Mudah (PPM). Produk merujuk kepada produk yang ditawarkan di bawah Program Pelan Pembayaran Mudah (PPM). Pembekal merujuk kepada syarikat yang dibenarkan oleh Pengeluar untuk memasarkan Produk. Pengeluar merujuk kepada pemilik Produk. Pilihan Pembayaran merujuk kepada tempoh ansuran yang ditawarkan di bawah PPM bagi pembelian Produk. Laman Web merujuk kepada ambank.com.my Promosi Produk 1. Harga promosi dan Harga Runcit yang disyorkan (RRP) yang diiklankan adalah didalam RM (Ringgit Malaysia) dan termasuk 0% CBP. 2. Segala Promosi yang ditawarkan adalah sementara stok masih ada. Pihak Bank atas budi bicara mutlaknya berhak untuk mengeluarkan mana-mana Promosi yang diiklankan dan tidak akan bertanggungjawab atau menanggung liabiliti yang diakibatkan oleh kehabisan stok kerana stok tersebut adalah dibekalkan oleh Pembekal pihak Bank.

Sekira stok kehabisan setelah anda membuat pesanan, Pembekal kami akan menghubungi anda untuk membuat penukaran atau membatalkan pesanan tersebut. 3. Sekiranya terdapat perbezaan pada harga, kuantiti yang ditawarkan, spesifikasi, kandungan pakej dan tawaran umum pada Laman Web kami dengan komunikasi lain seperti risalah, emel, SMS, iklan; kuantiti yang ditawarkan, spesifikasi, kandungan pakej dan tawaran umum yang terdapat di dalam Laman Web akan digunakan. 4. Produk/Perkhidmatan dan aksesori yang ditawarkan di dalam pakej adalah dibekalkan oleh Pembekal. Bank hanya menyediakan kemudahan pembayaran bagi produk/perkhidmatan melalui penggunaan kad sahaja. 5. Imej produk yang dipaparkan hanyalah untuk tujuan ilustrasi sahaja. Anda dinasihatkan supaya menimbang dengan teliti sebelum membuat pesanan kerana pihak Bank tidak dapat menjamin yang Produk tersebut menepati keperluan dan jangkaan anda serta memberikan keputusan yang sama sepanjang masa. Untuk pertanyaan berkaitan perkhidmatan dan pembaikan produk, anda boleh terus menghubungi Pembekal. 6. Harga Runcit Yang Dicadangkan (jika ada) adalah betul sewaktu cetak serta dimuat naik ke laman Web. 7. Atas permintaan dan populariti sesetengah produk, pihak Bank berhak menghadkan kuantiti pembelian dengan menggunakan terma ini di mana-mana bentuk komunikasi yang digunakan. Saluran untuk membuat pesanan dan kaedah pembayaran 8. Pesanan boleh dibuat dengan menghantar borang pesanan melalui faks atau pos atau boleh menghubungi Pembekal. 9. Penerimaan pesanan melalui telefon dan faks/pos oleh Pembekal adalah dikira terikat selepas tempoh bertenang iaitu 10 hari bekerja. 10. Pembelian produk adalah tertakluk kepada hak kredit akaun kad Pemegang Kad. Bank berhak menolak pesanan pembelian tanpa memberi sebarang alasan dan keputusan Bank adalah muktamad dan tidak boleh dipertikaikan. 11. Pembayaran boleh dibuat dengan menggunakan mana-mana Kad Kredit/i AmBank dan AmBank Islamic. 12. Tandatangan Pemegang Kad pada borang pesanan adalah sebagai tanda penerimaan terma dan syarat Pembekal, terma dan syarat Program Pelan Pembayaran Mudah (PPM) dan Perjanjian Kad Kredit Pemegang Kad. 13. Invois Cukai yang sah akan diberikan oleh Pembekal untuk semua Produk yang dikenakan cukai dibawah undang undang CBP. Pelan Pembayaran Mudah 14. Apabila pesanan diluluskan, kredit anda akan dikurangkan sementara waktu pada jumlah tertentu yang menyamai Amaun Pembelian Produk, di mana kredit ini tidak boleh digunakan, namun ia akan dikembalikan secara beransur-ansur setiap bulan sebagai pembayaran untuk setiap amaun ansuran yang dijelaskan.

15. Bank akan mendebit Akaun Kad anda dengan amaun ansuran bulanan yang perlu dibayar pada setiap bulan bermula pada tarikh pembelian diluluskan berdasarkan tempoh seperti yang ditetapkan di dalam ruang Pilihan Pembayaran. 16. Di dalam kes di mana anda memilih untuk menjelaskan pembayaran minimum 5% berbanding amaun ansuran bulanan yang penuh, maka anda akan dikenakan caj kadar semasa faedah / yuran pengurusan ke atas mana-mana ansuran bulanan tertunggak. 17. Bank berhak atas budi bicara mutlaknya mengarahkan anda untuk menjelaskan amaun tertunggak secara penuh termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada ansuran bulanan dan caj tertunggak; di bawah PPM jika anda menangguhkan pembayaran untuk mana-mana amaun tertunggak; melanggar mana-mana terma dan syarat terkandung di sini; Perjanjian Kad; membatalkan penggunaan Kad atau Akaun Kad ditamatkan oleh pihak Bank atas apa jua alasan atau jika mustahil atau menyalahi undang-undang untuk pihak Bank bagi menyediakan atau terus memberikan kemudahan PPM kepad Pemegang Kad. Pembatalan dan Pindaan 18. Sekiranya pesanan dibuat melalui telefon atau faks, anda dibenarkan meminda pesanan (sekali sahaja) atau membuat pembatalan dalam sepuluh (10) hari tempoh bertenang. Namun, jika anda memilih untuk mengecualikan tempoh yang ditetapkan seperti yang dinyatakan dalam borang permohonan, maka anda tidak berhak untuk meminda atau membuat pembatalan pesanan. 19. Permohonan untuk pindaan atau pembatalan, sila hubungi Khidmat Pelanggan di +603 2178 8888. 20. Sekiranya anda menerima Produk rosak atau penghantaran yang tidak lengkap, sila hubungi Khidmat Pelanggan melaui email (sila gunakan fungsi `Contact Us dalam website) atau menghubungi +603 2178 8888 dalam masa 2 hari bekerja. Pihak Bank boleh menyifatkan penghantaran sebagai berjaya dan betul selepas tempoh ini berakhir. 21. Pihak Bank berhak untuk menguatkuasakan syarat-syarat berikut: Produk ini hanya boleh ditukar atau dipulangkan setelah mendapat kelulusan daripada Pembekal kami. Semua atau mana-mana kos semula penghantaran/ pengendalian yang ditanggung apabila pulang Produk bukan rosak akan ditanggung oleh Pemegang Kad. Polisi pemulangan tidak terpakai kepada Produk yang telah dinyatakan sebagai Tiada Penukaran dan Tidak Boleh Dipulangkan. Di dalam kes di mana anda gagal untuk menerima Produk yang telah dihantar dalam masa 30 hari dari tarikh kelulusan dan/atau surat pemakluman atas apa jua alasan, maka pesanan anda akan dianggap dikeluarkan atau dibatalkan dan bayaran balik akan diberikan kepada anda. Pihak Bank berhak untuk mendebit Akaun Kad anda bagi tujuan caj penuh penghantaran Produk. Dalam kes pembayaran balik, sila benarkan sehingga 45 hari (dari tarikh pembatalan diluluskan) untuk pembayaran balik kredit. Jumlah bayaran balik kredit akan setara dengan harga produk dan CBP yang dikenakan. Tiada bayaran balik akan dibuat untuk kos penghantaran.

Penghantaran 22. Urusan penghantaran akan diproses selepas 10 hari tempoh bertenang yang bermula pada tarikh pesanan dibuat (pesanan dibuat melalui telefon atau faks). Jika anda ingin mempercepatkan penghantaran, anda perlu memberi kebenaran untuk mengecualikan tempoh penangguhan ini dengan menandakan (/) pada kotak penanda pada Borang Permohonan atau dengan memaklumkan kepada pembekal sewaktu membuat pesanan telefon. 23. Pembekal akan membuat penghantaran Produk ke alamat yang diberikan dalam tempoh 2 hingga 4 minggu dari tarikh kelulusan pesanan. Penghantaran tidak akan dilakukan ke alamat Peti Surat atau alamat di luar Malaysia. 24. Penghantaran Produk termasuk penghantaran pintu-ke-pintu sahaja dan tidak termasuk perkhidmatan pemasangan (kecuali dinyatakan). 25. Pihak Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab atau menanggung liabiliti jika Produk tidak dapat dihantar dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan atas alasan secara langsung atau tidak langsung seperti (tetapi tidak terhad kepada) maklumat peribadi yang tidak tepat atau tidak lengkap, apa jua bencana alam, mogok, rusuhan, kekacauan, kemalangan, kerosakan pengangkutan atau apa jua sebab yang di luar kawalan. 26. Semua Produk perlu dibuka dan diperiksa apabila diterima. Pihak Bank tidak boleh menerima apa-apa liabiliti bagi ganti rugi setelah penghantaran diterima. Perkhidmatan Selepas Jualan dan Waranti 27. Semua atau mana-mana jaminan dan/ atau terma dan syarat yang berkaitan dengan Produk adalah di antara anda dan Pembekal. Pihak Bank tidak akan menanggung sebarang jaminan dan tidak boleh dipertanggungjawabkan secara langsung atau tidak langsung untuk apa jua kerugian, pampasan, kerosakan sama ada secara kontrak, kesalahan yang mana pihak yang terjejas boleh menuntut ganti rugi (tort) atau sebaliknya terhadap mana-mana harta benda, kecederaan kepada individu atau individu-individu, perbelanjaan atau kos berhubung penyertaan Pemegang Kad di dalam program ini atau akibat daripada penggunaan Produk dan/ atau pelanggaran tugas syarat, tindakan, pengabaian atau kewajipan Pembekal. Had Liabiliti 28. Pihak Bank tidak akan dipertanggungjawabkan ke atas apa jua kecederaan, kerugian, kerosakan, perbelanjaan, kos atau apa jua liabiliti yang berpunca atau timbul akibat apa jua tindakan atau pengabaian Pembekal yang ditanggung atau dialami termasuk tetapi tidak prejudis kepada hal yang disebutkan di atas, atau mana-mana liabiliti yang berpunca daripada mana-mana kecacatan atau kekurangan produk atau barangan. 29. Jika terdapat mana-mana peruntukan di dalam Perjanjian ini yang dianggap menyalahi atau tidak sah di bawah undang-undang pada masa hadapan atau peraturan-peraturan yang berkuatkuasa dan tertakluk sewaktu berlangsungnya Perjanjian ini, maka peruntukan tersebut akan dianggap terasing sepenuhnya dan tidak menjadi sebahagian daripada Perjanjian, manakala peruntukan yang selebihnya akan berkuatkuasa sepenuhnya dan tidak akan terkesan daripada peruntukan yang menyalahi undangundang atau tidak sah yang dipisahkan daripada Perjanjian ini. 30. Pemegang Kad telah membaca dan memahami semua terma dan syarat. Pihak Bank berhak untuk menukar, meminda, menambah, mengeluarkan, menahan dan/atau

mengubah suai mana-mana atau semua terma dan syarat yang terkandung di sini dari masa ke semasa atau membezakan atau menamatkan Program ini, secara sepenuhnya atau sebahagian dengan memberi notis sekurang-kurangnya 21 hari kalendar terlebih dahulu kepada Pemegang Kad sebelum terma dan syarat baru berkuatkuasa.
