NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Office of Ferry County Public Works 350 East Delaware # 8 Republic, WA 99166-9747 Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Ferry County, Washington at the office of the Board of County Commissioners at 290 East Tessie Ave. in Republic, Washington until 2:30 P.M. on May 22, 2012, after which time bids will be opened and publicly read for the improvement project described below: Bridge Creek 10 CRP#101 HMA Paving, Cement Treated Base, and Guardrail All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Bidder is solely responsible for the timely receipt of his/her bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the County. Maps, plans and specifications may be obtained from this office upon payment of the amount of $30.00, which is non-refundable. Informational copies of maps, plans and specifications are on file for inspection at the Ferry County Public Works Office in Republic, Washington. The following is applicable to federal aid projects.
