SELECTION CRITERIA The School District will review all proposals and select a minimum of three (3) companies to interview. Selection criteria will include but not be limited to the following criteria: Personnel dedicated to the project Current workload and ability to staff project Proposed work and staffing plan Communication Report accounting Teamwork Fee and expenses Bentley Community Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for reasons it deems to be in its best interest. DRAFT DESIGN CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE The attached Draft Design/Construction Schedule was developed to meet district priorities and create a draw schedule as included in the Bond Application. The schedule is subject to change after review by the Owner/Architect/CM team. II Experience 1. Provide a brief project description of 5 similar projects by your company. Include Owner reference, project costs and time frame of each project. III Project Personnel 1. Provide a project organization chart. Include a one-page resume for each project team member highlighting relevant experience. Indicate current project assignments and durations for each. 2. Will you contractually guarantee your proposed Project Manager and Site Project Superintendent for the entire duration of the project? IV Project Approach 1. After reviewing the bond application, preliminary project schedule and touring the district facilities, outline the process you will take to deliver the project work. Include a preliminary work and staffing plan highlighting personnel hours and duration of each project. 2. Briefly describe how you will help maximize the district s investment and keep the district projects on budget and on schedule. 3. Briefly describe your process for providing quality control. 4. Describe how you will manage work on occupied facilities. Describe your safety procedures. 5. Describe your reporting procedures including project accounting and board updates.
