Weyakum meaning with you in Arabic, is a non-profit social enterprise with a mission to equip Emiratis (UAE Nationals) with the skills necessary to succeed in realizing their educational and professional aspirations. How We Do It? We explore and identify the interests and aspirations of Emiratis at the university level all the way through to young professionals. Whether it is helping them set up their social enterprise, join the United Nations or pursue a degree at a top notch academic institution, we offer our full support! Why We Do It? Our vision is to contribute to the UAE s efforts of creating a more diversified and competitive Emirati work force to fuel its transition to an innovative, knowledge-based and sustainable economy.

Weyakum s Impact We worked with several Emiratis on their graduate school applications Yousef Al Eghfeli, Columbia University We had the pleasure of working with Yousef Al Eghfeli on his Masters in Public Administration application to the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, New York. And here he is, standing proud and about to begin his 2015 academic year! Today Yousef is back in Abu Dhabi, pursuing his career aspirations. Noura Al Kaabi, University College London We had the pleasure of working with Noura Al Kaabi on her masters applications. In 2016 she was accepted to the MSc in Economic and Policy of Energy and Environment Programme at University College London. Today Noura has graduated and is excited to start her dream job!

Today, Kalimati Speech and Communications Center is the first of its kind to serve children with hearing disabilities in the UAE. We helped set up ENABLE as a self-sustaining social enterprise, graduating it from its original CSR programme. We introduced Enable to Jumeirah at Etihad Towers and now you can find Enable products which have been created by special Emirati stars, at the hotel! In 2015+, Weyakum (with YOU), together we managed to more than double the numbers! F 89% M 11% 100 Emiratis were interested in applying 28 fit the criteria and applied 13 were convoked for the written exam

Promoting Tolerance The idea of this project was to promote tolerance in communities by showcasing how people from over 200 nationalities live in harmony in the UAE regardless of race, religion or ethnicity.
