Executive ummary The enior Exit urvey is given to graduating seniors to determine satisfaction with services provided by the University based on student perception and experience. urvey data is available from 2008 to, and will be disaggregated by year. Note: The complete survey questionnaire is included for reference. Methodology The survey forms were developed using the Class Climate program and the results aggregated by the Testing and Quality Assurance Department Director. The survey this year was administered online. Note: The results reported can only be considered the opinions of the survey participants. They cannot be generalized to represent the entire client population as a whole. Objectives The objective of the survey is to identify areas which need improvement along with areas of best practices which could be continued and further developed. The survey results are used by the University to track the levels of customer service in various departments and allow for necessary adjustments.
