PQ Condition 1: (1).Experience of having successfully completed CIVIL works with in the last (7)seven years, from the original Scheduled date of tender opening in Govt/quasi Govt./PSU/Public Limited Company for a minimum value as give below in their own name/in the name of any one of partners / his firm in case of partnership firm should be either of the following :(a)three completed works each costing not less than Rs.15,79,100.00(or) (b)two completed works each costing not less than Rs.19,73,900.00(or) (c)one completed work costing not less than Rs.31,58,100.00(2). Average Annual Financial turnover during the last 3 years ending 31st March of the previous financial year should be at least Rs.11,84,300.00 (3)Documentary evidence in the form of work completion certificate as required in 1(a) or 1(b) or 1(c) from the competent authority should also be enclosed along with the tender documents. PQ Condition 2: Pre Qualification Requirements (For Electrical Works): The bidder should possess a valid EB license issued by the Tamilnadu Electrical Licensing Board or any other license issued by the other state Government endorsed by Tamilnadu Electrical Licensing Board. A copy of the license in this regard shall be enclosed in the Part-I cover of the tender. OR If the bidder does not possess the electrical license as detailed above, they should engage any electrical contract agency who meet the requirement as in above for carrying out the electrical works involved in this tender. A joint undertaking executed in Rs. 80/- stamp paper valid throughout the contract period both by the bidder and the electrical license holder in this regard shall be enclosed in the part-i cover of the tender. The Quotation must be submitted in the prescribed schedule only and must accompany with necessary Earnest Money Deposit Receipt after remitting the same in N.L.C. Cash Counter (or) in any of the following forms. Demand Draft / Guarantee Bond from any Nationalised Scheduled banks. The work completion certificate from the competent authority should also be enclosed along with the tender documents. Pre-qualification documents in original have to be submitted for verification on demand failing which the offer is liable for rejection. The firms registered with NSIC are exempted from furnishing Bid Guarantee, Cost of tender Documents provided that such small scale units are registered under single point registration scheme of NSIC and are valid on the scheduled date of tender opening and the product range mentioned in the certificate is the same or similar to this tender requirements. The NSIC copies duly attested by any Notary Public (or) Gazetted Officers (or) Practicing Chartered Accountant with seal and date shall only be accepted. The firms registered with NSIC / MSME are exempted from furnishing Bid Guarantee (EMD)upto the Monetary Limit for which the Unit is registered with NSIC / MSME, provided that such small scale units are registered under single point registration scheme of NSIC / MSME and are valid on the scheduled date of tender opening and the product range mentioned in the certificate is the same or similar to our requirements.
