Client Reporting Market leading reporting tools for new customers and existing clients. We ve enhanced our reporting tools to make it even easier to communicate with clients. New Pre-sales Reporting for new customers we have enhanced our pre-sales reporting functionality to enable you to create bespoke, compliant, product specific reports for your customers. Incorporating risk profiling, fund solutions, regulatory requirements and even application forms the new Pre-sales Report will enhance your recommendation process. Enhanced Reporting for existing clients we ve added real time pension projections to our unique online dashboard and printed report. New Fund Charts Fund charts bring fund performance to life so we ve included fund performance charts into all our customer reports. These show performance at individual fund level and at overall portfolio level (for the pre-sale report). 02
Manage the transition from customer to client Zurich has a range of customer facing planning tools to help you simplify complex financial problems and ensure one-off transactional customers become long-term clients. Risk Profiler and Capacity for Loss Prisma s 9-question tool places a customer s risk profile score into a 1-7 risk scale. Uniquely it will also help identify the customer s capacity for loss an essential part of the risk conversation. Fund and Portfolio Builder Use Prisma s fund tool to identify investment solutions that match the customer s attitude to risk. Demonstrate to the customer how their chosen funds have performed over previous time periods. New Reporting Tool Find the right balance between identifying needs, promoting solutions and regulatory requirements. The new Prisma Presales Report finds the right balance between all the elements covering needs, product, risk, investment and regulatory requirements. The report will complement your existing suitability reports. Personalise your pre-sales report You can add in your company s logo and regulatory line. These will be saved for all future reports that you generate. If you wish to add your company s logo it should be in.jpeg format. Select the pension or investment product your customer is interested in and input the premium amount a regular or lump sum. Input your customer s address and personal details these will be used in the cover letter that accompanies the report. 03
Risk at the centre of the report You can quickly select your customer s 1-7 risk profile from the dropdown list or you can open the Risk Profile tool to generate a new score. Pathway or bespoke portfolio The system will automatically default to the Pathway Fund that matches the customer Risk Profile score. But of course you can simply open the Portfolio Builder tool to create a bespoke solution from the full range of available funds. Build your report You can decide what goes into the final report simply select the required sections. Outline the report in your Cover Letter either type directly into the free text box or import all the text from Word. You are not restricted in the amount of text you wish to import just remember to check the formatting after you import. The final step is to generate your PDF report and save a copy to your client s file. 04

With Prisma, your clients can access all their Zurich policies from one single location and see an overall picture of their total holdings. This is available in real time and online through our unique Client Dashboard. More and more Financial Brokers are making use of the existing customer reporting tool this is a very simple way of keeping your customers informed and educated with regard to their Zurich holdings. 07
We ve upgraded the Dashboard with the inclusion of projected values for pension policies. These are based on the client s current contributions and you can also see the difference that increasing in the regular premium, paying an additional single premium, or increasing the retirement age will make to the projected values. The projection tool instantly shows the total projected value of all the client s policies, making the process of analysing a client s retirement planning much more efficient for you. Platform Investment Solutions When you choose to invest with Zurich through the Prisma Platform you get access to a wide range of investment funds and solutions. Pathway Multi-asset Funds Pathway funds target long-term growth, with asset mixes that can deliver volatility and returns appropriate to your client s chosen risk profile. Pathway allows for a client s risk profile (as calculated using our Risk Profiler) to be matched to one of our risk targeted multi-asset funds. Pathway has five funds which are designed to match the ESMA* risk ratings 2 through to 6.
