Zrii offers 16 Ways to get paid Unlock as many bonuses as you can! QUALIFYING FOR BONUSES WHEN YOU ENROLL in Zrii as an Independent Executive (), you must purchase one of three enrollment packs: the Executive Enrollment Kit*, the Executive Z Pack (EZP), or the Premier Executive Z Pack(PEZP). The pack that you enroll with will determine which bonuses you are eligible to earn. For example: if your initial purchase was an Executive Enrollment Kit (valued at 100 PQV), you can unlock additional bonuses as you continue to purchase Zrii products for personal consumption. Once you ve accumulated a total of 500 PQV, you ll unlock the benefits of the EZP, and once you ve accumulated a total of 1,000 PQV, you ll unlock the benefits of the PEZP! DID YOU KNOW? In order to enjoy the benefits of being a Zrii Independent Executive, you must pay a yearly membership fee of 9.95. This fee will be deducted from your commissions once each year on the anniversary of your enrollment date. Z-CABULARY INDEPENDENT EXECUTIVE (): Someone who enrolls in Zrii with a Starter kit and a 9.95 annual fee and is eligible to purchase product and earn commissions. s can enroll other s and customers to qualify them to earn commissions and bonuses. PERSONAL QUALIFYING VOLUME (PQV): The Qualifying Volume that comes from an Independent Executive s personal purchases. The PQV is equal to the cost of the product in US Dollars(not including taxes, shipping or handling) *This basic enrollment kit does not include a selection of products. Earn income simply by referring people to your favorite Zrii products! CUSTOMER BONUS EARN A CUSTOMER BONUS OF 0% on all orders placed by an Active Customer based on CQV*. The Customer Bonus is calculated and paid out weekly. EXAMPLE: CUSTOMER BONUS Mary personally enrolls Joe as a customer with a 4-pack of AMALAKI and a bag of ACHVE (a 00 CQV value). Mary would receive a 0% Customer Bonus ( 40) on this order. When Joe places another order the following month for the same two products (a 00 CQV value), Mary will earn another 0% Customer Bonus ( 40). Mary earns 40 Mary 00 CQV Enroller Joe Z-CABULARY ACTIVE CUSTOMER: A personally enrolled customer who has placed an order within the last 4 weeks. Unlike Independent Executives, Active Customers do not pay an annual membership fee nor do they qualify to earn commissions. However, Active Customers can participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program. (See page 8) DID YOU KNOW? Up to 100% of CQV goes into your pay leg each week to help you qualify for rank advancement. This can help you achieve higher ranks much more quickly. CUSTOMER QUALIFYING VOLUME (CQV): CQV is equal to the dollar amount of the cost of the product (not including taxes, shipping or handling). CQV can be used to help you obtain active status and advance in rank. (See page ) CUSTOMER COMMISSIONABLE VOLUME (CCV): 50% of the commissionable volume from your personally enrolled customer orders flows to your up line. *The Customer Bonus is currently being paid on CQV for a limited time only. After the promotional period is over, the bonus will be paid on CCV. 6

Earn up to 0% from your customer sales with the Customer Bonus and Customer Performance Bonus CUSTOMER PERFORMANCE BONUS ZRII REWARDS YOU for every 5,000 in personally enrolled CQV you bring in during each monthly qualification period! There is no cap to this bonus (meaning you can earn 1,000 for having 10,000 in personally enrolled CQV; 1,500 for having 15,000 in personally enrolled CQV; and so on). This Customer Performance Bonus is calculated and paid out at the end of each 4-week monthly qualification period. EXAMPLE: CUSTOMER PERFORMANCE BONUS Mary has 5,000 in personally enrolled CQV during the monthly qualification period. She earns a 500 Customer Performance Bonus. Mary earns 500 Volume from the monthly Mary 5,000 qualification period CQV Enroller DID YOU KNOW? Both Customers and Independent Executives pay the same price for Zrii s world-class products. Z-CABULARY MONTHLY QUALIFICATION PERIOD: Monthly qualification periods are four weeks long and are used to calculate payouts for many Zrii bonuses. To find a full annual calendar of the weekly and monthly qualification periods, visit your MyZriiPro back office. All dollar figures in this document reflect U.S. Dollars. Zrii rewards your product loyalty! LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM ZRII REWARDS YOU for your ongoing loyalty to Zrii products! Earn Loyalty Reward Dollars (LRDs) on every EZ Order that you personally place. LRDs are equal to 10% of the QV for each EZ Order, and can be earned both by Independent Executives and by Customers. LRDs may be redeemed on Spot Orders only (not EZ Orders). Purchases made with LRDs do not carry CV or QV. You may use your LRDs to pay for part of a spot order. LRDs are calculated at the end of every 4-week period, and may be banked for up to 4 months, after which they expire. In order to accumulate LRDs, you must be on EZ order. If you miss an EZ Order during a 4-week pay period, your LRDs will flush. EXAMPLE: LOYALTY REWARD PROGRAM Mary makes a 00 QV EZ order, and banks 0 in LRDs. 00 QV EZ ORDER = 0 Loyalty Reward Dollars Z-CABULARY LOYALTY REWARD DOLLARS (LRD): Earn LRDs on every EZ Order you personally place. LRDs are equivalent to 10% of the QV of the EZ Order. They may be banked for 4 months and redeemed on spot orders. DID YOU KNOW? EZ Orders are run every four weeks. EZ Orders that were placed in Week 1 will run again in Week 5. EZ Orders that were placed in Week will run again in Week 6, and so on. EZ ORDER: Through Zrii s EZ Order program, Zrii product is automatically delivered to you every 4 weeks no hassle necessary! SPOT ORDER: A one-time order. You may place a spot order through your MyZriiPro back office or by calling Zrii Executive Support. All dollar figures in this document reflect U.S. Dollars. Make sure you re active to take advantage of all the perks in the Zrii Prosperity Plan! ACTIVE STATUS TO QUALIFY TO EARN COMMISSIONS and bonuses as an Independent Executive under the Zrii Prosperity Plan, you must maintain Active Status every 4 weeks. THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO QUALIFY FOR ACTIVE STATUS. The first is to maintain a minimum amount of personally enrolled CQV every 4 weeks. The second is to purchase a product for personal consumption. There are two forms of active status: Z50 and Z100. If you are a -Star or lower, you must maintain an active status of Z50. You can do this by making sure you have at least 50 CQV every 4 weeks, or by purchasing at least 50 QV in product for personal consumption. If you are a 4-Star or higher, you must maintain an active status of Z100 to earn bonuses and commissions. You can do this by making sure you have at least 500 CQV every 4 weeks, or by purchasing at least 100 QV in product for personal consumption. EXAMPLE: ACTIVE STATUS -Star AND BELOW Z50 500 CQV or 50 QV OR 4-Star AND ABOVE Z100 1,000 CQV or 100 QV DID YOU KNOW? When you use your CQV to qualify for Active Status, the unused balance still goes toward rank advancement! For example, if you have 50 CQV and use it to qualify for Z100 Active Status, the remaining 00 CQV will be used for rank advancement! Z-CABULARY Z50 ACTIVE STATUS: Is achieved by having at least 50 in personally enrolled CQV every 4 weeks, or by making a 50 QV purchase of product every 4 weeks for personal consumption. Z100 ACTIVE STATUS: Is achieved by having at least 500 in personally enrolled CQV every 4 weeks, or by making a 100 QV purchase of product every 4 weeks for personal consumption. QUALIFYING VOLUME (QV): QV is equal to the dollar amount of the cost of the product (not including taxes, shipping or handling). QV can be used to help you obtain active status and advance in rank. (see page ) 9

Make the money you deserve... fast. FAST T BONUS A 0% FAST T BONUS is paid on initial orders placed by new, personally enrolled Independent Executives (s). 50% of the CV on these orders go into EXAMPLE: FAST T BONUS YOU Enroller 500 CV New YOU EARN 0% 100 FAST T BONUS EXAMPLE: BINARY TREE In this example, 50 CV (50%) of the volume goes into the Binary Tree. Double the amount of money you can make with your Zrii business! DOUBLE FAST T BONUS FROM THE MOMENT YOU PURCHASE a Premier Executive Z Pack (PEZP), or accumulate a total of 1,000 PQV, you initiate a 1 week period during which you will be eligible to earn the Double Fast Start Bonus of 40% on all initial orders of new Independent Executives that you enroll. This huge bonus is paid out over the new s first months and encourages retention throughout your team to create greater residual income. The newly enrolled must maintain Z100 Active Status in order for you to receive the second and third month payouts. EXAMPLE: DOUBLE FAST T BONUS YOU Enroller 1,000 CV New Executive YOU EARN 40% 400 DOUBLE FAST T BONUS Month 1 Double Fast Start Bonus Commission 00 100 100 New Executive Purchase 1,000 100 100 EXAMPLE: ZRII WEEKS When you enroll in Zrii, your first Zrii Week officially begins on the following Monday. If you enroll on the 8th, your first week begins on the rd. However, the period between your enrollment date and the following Monday counts toward your 1 week Double Fast Start Bonus period. In this example, your first 4 weeks as a Zrii would run from the 8th to the 0th. When you enroll in Zrii with a PEZP, you can maximize your earning potential as an Independent Executive. 11

There is no limit to the amount of Star or Star Maker Bonuses you can earn! & MAKER BONUSES PURCHASE AN EXECUTIVE Z-PACK (EZP) OR PREMR EXECUTIVE Z-PACK (PEZP) to unlock the Star and Star Maker Bonuses. Become a Star and earn a bonus of up to 50 by personally enrolling an Independent Executive who purchases an Executive Z Pack on your left sales team and your right sales team. When you help those two personally enrolled s become Stars, you become a Star Maker and earn up to an additional 100 bonus. There is no limit to the number of Star or Star Maker Bonuses that you can receive. The amount of your Star Bonus and Star Maker Bonus depends on whether your EZ order is Z50 or Z100. Earn a 00 cash bonus toward a tablet within your first months at Zrii! TABLET BONUS GET ADDITIONAL REWARDS as you lead your team to success. Earn a 00 cash bonus when you qualify for the Tablet Bonus! TO QUALIFY: > Purchase an Executive Z-Pack (EZP) or Premier Executive Z-Pack (PEZP) in your first 4 full weeks. > Earn the rank of -Star (or higher) once within your first full 8 weeks, and achieve that rank (or higher) again exactly 4 weeks later.* > Maintain at least Z50 Active Status for your first full 8 weeks. Your Tablet Bonus will be paid out with commissions during the next commissions cycle. EXAMPLE: - ORGANIZATION - You hit -Star (or higher) during your rd week as a Zrii Independent Executive. You must earn -Star (or higher) again during your 7th week. - You hit -Star (or higher) during your 8th week as a Zrii Independent Executive. You must earn -Star (or higher) again during your 1th week. -Star Left TEAM Volume Right TEAM Volume *based on 500 packs,500 *,500 * DID YOU KNOW? All Zrii Products earn dollar for dollar QV! That means you qualify and rank advance based on what people spend. *Your second qualification period can not contain volume from the first period in which you earned -Star. 1

Work hard and you can unlock 1,000 in bonuses in less than a month! FOUR WEEKS TO 4- TO ADD EVEN MORE INCENTIVE for new Independent Executives, Zrii offers an incredible 1,000 bonus for s who rank advance to 4-Star quickly!. Simply build a 4-Star* organization in your first full 4 weeks and then achieve the rank of 4-Star again during a second qualification period within a calendar year and you earn this whopping 1,000 bonus! Your 1,000 Four Weeks To 4-Star Bonus is paid out with commissions in the next commission cycle. EXAMPLE: FOUR WEEK TO 4- BONUS You hit 4-Star within your first 4 weeks as a Zrii Independent Executive, and hit 4-Star again within a calendar year. 4-Star 1,000 FOUR WEEKS TO 4- Left TEAM Volume 6,000 * Right TEAM Volume *based on 500 packs 6,000 * DID YOU KNOW? You can achieve 4-Star more quickly by producing more volume. Taking advantage of the Double Fast Start Bonus immediately by enrolling with a PEZP is a great way to accelerate your volume during your first 4 weeks in the business. Cash bonuses are paid out at 50% of the Benz Bonus value listed in the table. Z-CABULARY ZRII BENZ CLUB: A prestigious reward given to 4-Stars and up: hundreds or even thousands of dollars each month toward a Zrii-branded Mercedes Benz! To receive your Benz Bonus you must purchase an Executive Z-Pack (EZP) or Premier Executive Z-Pack (PEZP). The bonus is only paid on models years old or newer. You must reach and maintain a 4-Star rank (or higher) for consecutive months to initially qualify. The bonus is paid out every 4 weeks at the level of your current paid-as rank. 15

Team commissions provide a true residual income! TEAM COMMISSIONS UPON JOINING ZRII AS AN, you are given a position in your enroller s sales team. You are at the top of your new organization. From there your personal sales team is organized into a structure that has two sides or legs referred to as the Left Team (or Leg) and Right Team (or Leg). For simplicity, all of your business is under these two teams. This powerful, two-team structure allows for cooperative team building and is designed to encourage growth by providing significant financial rewards. Best of all, you get paid through unlimited depth within your organization. Team Commissions are paid at the end of every single week. EXAMPLE: TEAM COMMISSION In this example you have 7,500 CV in your right leg and 10,000 CV in your left leg. Banked volume is a benefit to help protect future payout. When you earn Team Commissions, your pay leg CV is subtracted from your power leg CV. The leftover volume remaining on your power leg is carried forward or banked to be used in future periods. This ensures that you always earn the maximum payout possible as long as you remain qualified to continue banking your volume.
