In addition a coach will be booked for one trip every day of your tour. This could be for games, training or touristy things. Taxis are cheap and the train system very effective as an alternative.

Meals: Daily buffet breakfast and two buffet dinners are included in your cost. Lunch and other dinner are not. Fantastic food courts are plentiful in Singapore and you can get great lunches and dinner for less than $30 / day (if you plan to eat in western style restaurants you might want to budget for $50 / day to be on the safe side) Touristy Things: Your group will have personal preferences regarding this however, popular things are Sentosa Island, Universal Studios, Night Safari, Singapore Zoo and popular with the kids are large sportswear building. Cost Per Player Parent: Cost per Person (indication only) based on minimum 16 Players and 2 Officials per Team + Full Service Air Line is $2150. Rates based on Hotel Royal Queens, and 30 Bencoolen Hotel Grand Pacific (fromm $1195) Peninsular Excelsior (from $1265) Rates based on suggested accommodation at todays rates. Price subject to change if suppliers cost change and other factors. (eg: currency fluctuations etc). We have not taken into account family circumstances (ie: Triple or Family Room). Nothing has been booked or being held at the moment and particular hotel will depend on availability at time of booking. Please Note: This is a place and stay tournament which means you must take the package to participate (No Variations) Only those on the package will be able to use the transport The playing venue is isolated so it is difficult to get taxis to and from Parents: Obviously it makes thing much easier if parents are part of the package as they can be included in all the transport etc. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS Laundry: Laundry can be an expensive addition for touring teams. We have calculated for the washing of the Kits after each game. Weather: Obviously it is going to be hot and humid on your tour. Some people can be affected greatly by this however, I am sure you have the staff with you that will ensure hydration (lots of it) and monitor the players. You are travelling to tropical destinations therefore some of your games may be affected by rain and lightning. Please understand if there are any amendments to your games that these decisions have been taken to ensure the safety of your players. Kind Regards Administration

AGREEMENT LETTER OF COMMITMENT Fenech Football Academy, Agreement Letter of Commitment and Holiday Information sets out the responsibilities that Fenech Football Academy has to you and your responsibilities to us when a contract is made. Once we have accepted and confirmed your booking, a contract exists between yourself and Fenech Football Academy under which we accept responsibility to provide all services as described. 1.0 You Pay a Deposit The initial deposit is stipulated in the tour information. Please see outlined below the amount and date to be paid. The initial deposit is non-refundable. Upon payment of the deposit you are required to sign and submit the Conditions of Travel Agreement. 2.0 Changes to Price This tour has been budgeted on the international exchange rate from AUD to SIN @ 0.00. Any variations in exchange rate at the time of payment may incur additional charges. 3.0 Payment Schedule Fenech Football Academy has arranged a payment system. Players and parents need to adhere to the schedule. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in cancellation of your position. Dependant on the time prior to departure the player will only receive a refund based on the refund policy set out below. The code sets out appropriate behaviour and expectations while on the tour. In the case that the code does not cover a situation that may arise during the tour, the Head of Delegation will have the final decision on establishing any behaviour expectations by players, staff and touring parents. Any discipline matters will be dealt with by the Head of Delegation in a transparent manner.
