Brief History of Amlib Strong Ties with Liberia 1980s The late Dr Nathaniel Richardson is the Director of the first USGS surveys of Liberia 2000 Amlib founded by Dr Nathaniel Richardson. Primarily funded since inception by the RDV family based in Michigan, USA. Early 2000s Kokoya and Cestos prospects were discovered by Amlib. Mid 2007 A reportable resource was established at Kokoya. 2009 Management team restructuring and recapitalisation. 2010 Drilling commences at Kle Kle. 2011 Drilling commences at several Cestos targets. 2012 Exploration programmes across >15 prospects covering several minerals. Liquidity event planned for 2012. 3
Investment Highlights Liberia is one of few final frontiers in mineral exploration left in the world that is prospective for gold and diamonds. Amlib has 100% ownership of over 3,000 km 2 of ground under 25 year Mineral Development Agreements (MDAs) covering some of Liberia s most prospective ground for gold discovery. Gold - The Cestos MDA has the potential to be a brand new gold belt. Cestos MDA 1,870 km 2 and 85 strike km of the Cestos Shear Zone. Analogies to the Ashanti Gold Belt in Ghana with all the hallmarks of a major gold system with multi-million ounce potential. Kle Kle MDA Exploration drilling has outlined a coherent, shallow dipping mineralised body. Intercept highlights include 4m at 16.54 g/t, 4m at 4.73g/t, 5m at 3.09 g/t, 3m at 4.89 g/t, 11m at 2.15 g/t. Kokoya MDA Draft NI 41-101 compliant mineral resource estimate of 410,000oz at 2.60g/t. Satellite targets, down dip extension and regional prospects have the potential to materially increase ounces to the project. Iron - A new world class deposit: 43km strike length iron ore anomaly over 2km wide in places. Average grade 40% Fe from surface assays. 5km from existing iron ore rail infrastructure. 4

Section 1: Cestos Gold Project The Potential for a Brand New Gold Belt 8
Cestos MDA: Similarity to the Ashanti Gold Belt in Ghana The Ashanti Belt, Ghana Primary gold deposits in the Ashanti Belt are hosted in metasedimentary Birimian sequences, identical to the Cestos Shear Zone. The Cestos Shear Zone is: Southern corridor comprised of Birimian, metavolcanic and metasedimentary rocks Intruded by granodiorite, diorite and quartz-diorite granites Quartz veining and disseminated sulphide mineralisation dominant with arsenopyrite the dominant sulphide Pervasive artisanal gold activity Subjected to multiple deformation events giving rise to several phases of folding and faulting Cestos Shear Zone, Liberia Cestos has the potential to be a brand new gold belt. 9
Cestos MDA: Target Overview Major Birimian turbidite hosted gold belt nearly 30km long by 3km wide identified. Still open to the east for a further 40km+ Arsenic levels in the shear zone anomalies extremely high Mineralised quartz veins identified Work Programme Development of targets progressively northeast along the Birimian corridor building on the promising results over 30km from Jueh-Bokon to Numon South accessed to far. 3 prospects being drilled, 2 near drill ready, 5 at trenching stage and several more to access and develop 10
Cestos MDA: Numon South Prospect (Central Section of the Turbidite Gold Belt) Ridge Anomoly Mineralised zone 170+ m wide and 1km strike, open. Trench grades include 95m at 1.5 g/t On strike rock chips 3.55 & 1.86 g/t Au Birimian greywacke hosted shear zone. Recent Work Done: Drilling access established First phase drilling commenced Extension of several trenches Trenching of strike extension to the west Further mapping 11 Southern Anomoly 3km x 600m soils >100 ppb Au and initial in-situ trenching which returned 41m at 0.24 g/t Au. Laterite cover masks the remainder of the underlying structure to date. Drilling started.
Section 2: Kokoya Iron Ore Project A New World Class Iron Ore Deposit 12
An Emerging Iron Ore Province in West Africa Liberia is part of the West African Iron Ore province stretches from the Republic of Congo in the south through the Gulf of Guinea to Mauritania in the north. The region covers an area of ~4.5 million km 2, almost nine times the size of the Pilbara region in WA. The region hosts a number of large deposits with high grades and low impurities. Low processing costs mean the region is forecast to account for a significant proportion of a new wave of iron ore supply. At least fifteen iron ore projects are expected to be developed in West Africa over the next ten years. A lack of infrastructure remains a key impediment for these projects, but Kokoya does suffer from this issue being just 5km from of an existing iron ore hauling rail line. 13 Amlib Holdings Plc February 2012
World Class Resource Size Potential Airborne magnetic survey identified structures with a combined strike length in excess of 40km averaging 500m in width of the magnetite units alone. Width in central fold area in excess of 2km. Significant surface expression of anomalous ridge. Significant expansion potential from MDA extension granted in June 2011. MDA licence area with magnetite units highlighted 14
World Class Resource Grade Potential Excellent continuity of iron ore grade and width in the central areas. Average grades of 57% Fe 2 O 3 (40 % Fe) including highs of 83 % Fe 2 O 3 (58 % Fe) from surface sampling. Within 5km of an existing iron ore rail line. Buchanan iron ore loading terminal lies 140km along the rail line. 15
Consistent High Grade Continuity Central zone of the main ore body averaging 47% Fe over a 1km width. Values along strike also confirm excellent grade and continuity along the ore body. Initial work indicates DSO potential Central zone of the anomaly showing surface sampling Fe assay results 16
