Project financial quality The project s financial quality is backed by low initial investment because of joint developement, moderate bookings, and absence of any bank line to fund construction. The developer plans to raise construction finance. Project sponsor quality Team Taurus was established in 2007 and has presence in Kolkata. The promoter, Mr. Amitabh Roy, had executed around 12 projects of around 50,000 sq ft before setting up Team Taurus.
