Michael Fratantoni Chief Economist, Senior Vice President, Research and Industry Technology Mortgage Bankers Association Michael Fratantoni is MBA's Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research and Industry Technology. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing MBA's industry surveys, benchmarking studies, economic and mortgage originations forecasts, industry technology efforts, and policy development research for both single-family and commercial/multifamily markets. Additionally, Fratantoni is president and member of the Board of Directors of the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO). He previously served as MBA's Vice President for Single-family Research. Fratantoni has had nearly twenty years of industry experience including risk management and senior economist positions at Washington Mutual and Fannie Mae. In these roles, he was responsible for assessing macroeconomic, regional, housing, and mortgage market trends, and providing technical expertise regarding credit pricing and mortgage policy issues. Fratantoni received a Ph.D. in economics from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in economics from The College of William and Mary. He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Washington, and Johns Hopkins, George Washington, and Georgetown Universities and has published papers on housing and mortgage topics in leading economics and real estate finance Mr. Guth is responsible for developing, growing, and managing new business opportunities with a variety of customer segments, including our Community-lending customers, specialized execution options, and relevant trade association relationships. In addition, he is responsible for collaborating with our Investment & Capital Markets team, and driving the sales team s support of Freddie Mac s affordable lending efforts. Mr. Guth has been with Freddie Mac for nearly 20 years. During this time, he has held a variety of leadership roles, most recently in the Securitization organization focused on security performance, single-security development efforts, and MBS investor relations. Prior to that work, he was a member of Freddie Mac s Investment and Capital Markets team, focused on debt and derivatives capital markets. Mr. Guth began his career in structured finance at Fannie Mae and the former Prudential Home Mortgage. Ms. Kinney administers Ginnie Mae's $1.5 trillion Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) and Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduit (REMIC) programs. She is also responsible for managing Ginnie Mae s daily operations, including all MBS operations, counterparty relationships, contracting, budget and legislative initiatives, and overall risk management of the organization. Additionally, Ms. Kinney maintains liaisons with key officials and executives of housing and securities industries, the investment community, members of Congress, and other departments and agencies of the federal government. Mary Kinney Executive Vice President Ginnie Mae Named one of 2014's most Influential Women in Housing by Housing Wire, Ms. Kinney has extensive experience in the MBS business, housing finance, affordable housing, and commercial real estate investment, including 21 years at Fannie Mae. She has also managed end-to-end activities for private-label MBS at Citicorp and the Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation. Additionally, Ms. Kinney has managed loan origination and servicing functions in the primary servicing mortgage market. Prior to her arrival at Ginnie Mae, Ms. Kinney was the Vice President of Enterprise Data Warehouse Operations at Fannie Mae, where she designed, developed and managed technology infrastructure to support MBS data collection and analysis. During her tenure at Fannie Mae, Ms. Kinney also served as the Director/Vice President of the National Housing Impact Division. In that role, she led long-range strategic planning and day-to-day activities for enterprise-wide compliance with congressionally mandated affordable housing goals and corporate affordable lending commitments. Ms. Kinney also directed loan administration teams for Citicorp's commercial real estate portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic region. Ms. Kinney earned a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York.

Regina M. Lowrie is a recognized national leader and authority in the mortgage and lending industry having found and managed multiple successful banking/lending organizations. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Regina s background includes senior management positions in sales, operations, acquisitions and investments, enterprise risk management, regulatory oversight, policies and procedures. Regina has run profitable mortgage banking operations in OCC federally-regulated and independent mortgage banking environments. And, has worked closely with boards in various positions. Currently, Regina is Founder, President and CEO of RML Advisors, headquartered in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. RML Advisors charter is to serve the financial services industry as an advisor and consultant; providing a broad range of services to assist clients in developing a blueprint for success in a volatile market with numerous regulatory challenges. RML Advisors also specializes in helping mortgage banking clients analyze various enterprise risks including compliance risks associated with service providers. Regina M. Gary Manfredi is Bayview Loan Servicing s Senior Vice President leading the correspondent and wholesale mortgage loan origination platform. Mr. Manfredi oversees all client relationship activities including Business Development and Customer Marketing and Support. He directs all corporate-wide support for external relationships and is responsible for establishing a strategy to enable a more customer-centric approach. Prior to joining Bayview in 2014, Mr. Manfredi was Managing Director of Sterne Agee Group s TPO mortgage platform. Prior to that, Mr. Manfredi was Vice President of Customer Management at Fannie Mae where he managed high-priority customers account teams in the Central United States. Mr. Manfredi previously spent five years as an integral part of Morgan Stanley s residential mortgage conduit. Gary Manfredi Senior Vice President Bayview Loan Servicing Mr. Manfredi has a bachelor of arts in Economics from Rollins College. Beth Millstein is a Director of Business Development at Fannie Mae where her team is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and sponsoring new customer relationships. Fannie Mae s business development team manages a large and diverse customer base of new, small and growing lenders. Millstein has also managed Fannie Mae s national affinity and trade association business relationships for the past 12 years. Millstein has been with Fannie Mae for over 20 years and has held a variety of roles. She has managed sales teams responsible for hundreds of lender relationships, helped develop business strategy, and was responsible for employee business training. Millstein came to Fannie Mae with more than a decade of experience in mortgage banking, having worked for a variety of lenders in the mid-atlantic region. She holds a bachelor of arts in music and philosophy from Wellesley College and has completed post-graduate work in Human Resources. Beth Millstein Director Business Development Fannie Mae Mr. Olson is the former Deputy Assistant Director of the Office of Regulations at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) where he oversaw numerous Dodd-Frank Act rulemakings, including the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) rule, the Ability-to-Repay/Qualified Mortgage rule, the Mortgage Servicing rules, and the CFPB s amendments to the Loan Originator Compensation rule. Before joining the CFPB, he played a leading role in the drafting of the rules implementing the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure (CARD) Act at the Federal Reserve Board. Prior to that, Mr. Olson served as an enforcement attorney in the Federal Trade Commission s Division of Financial Practices, where he investigated financial service providers for unfair and deceptive practices (UDAPs) and other violations of consumer financial protection laws. A recognized authority in the field of consumer financial protection regulation and frequent speaker at industry conferences, Mr. Olson s practice focuses on advising clients on compliance with mortgage and credit card regulations and responding to government inquiries. Benjamin K. Olson Partner BuckleySandler LLP Mr. Olson received his B.A., cum laude, from Tulane University and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center. He clerked for the Honorable Emilio M. Garza on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Rasori has over a decade of experience in capital markets operations serving lenders in the residential mortgage banking industry. At MCT, he manages the company s day-to-day operations and a team of over 20 traders and analysts that provide hands on support and coaching to clients. Mr. Rasori is a proven industry leader and innovator of major risk management, conservative hedging and expert advisory services that help lenders take their businesses to newfound heights of profitability. Philip Rasori Chief Operating Officer Mortgage Capital Trading Mr. Rasori s areas of expertise include complex financial modeling, computational dynamics, linear programming for operational optimization, and the development and management of a proven process for successfully transitioning lenders from best efforts to mandatory loan sales. He pioneered MCT s mortgage pipeline hedging algorithms, which form the foundation of the company s highly regarded HALO (Hedging And Loan sales Optimization) Program. Mr. Rasori is the principal architect and developer of the 2014 Mortgage Technology Release of the Year award winning software system, MCTlive. MCTlive is the industry s newest, most cutting-edge capital markets platform, MCTlive. Mr. Rasori also developed several key metrics that have become standard industry parlance, including beta pull-through factors. Notably, he has consulted with GSE agencies and the US Government on hedging best practices for community banks. R. Colgate Selden is a counsel in Alston & Bird s Financial Services & Products Group. His national practice focuses on guiding clients through the full array of federal and state origination, servicing, debt collection, and secondary market issues they may face. Prior to joining Alston & Bird LLP, Colgate was a founding member of the U.S. Treasury s CFPB Implementation Team charged with standing up the CFPB and later became a senior counsel in the CFPB s Office of Regulations. While at the CFPB, he developed and drafted LO Comp, TILA-RESPA integrated disclosure, ATR/QM, HEOPA, HELOC and AMTPA policy and rules. Colgate also led the teams that provided CFPB interpretations to industry and other stakeholders for TILA Mortgage and the FDCPA. Additionally, he was a senior advisor on the RESPA and Privacy policy teams. Before entering government service Colgate was in private practice where he counseled a wide variety of financial services clients and related outsource and settlement service providers with respect to federal and state regulatory and licensing requirements, regulatory due diligence assessments and examination responses. Seth joined Phoenix in April of 2013 after more than ten years with SunTrust Mortgage managing their mortgage servicing rights portfolio valuation process as well as their periodic MSR transaction activity. Seth s primary duties at Phoenix include managing bulk and flow MSR transactions, advising on analytic and valuation strategies, and participating in strategic business development activities as the MSR market continues to evolve. Seth has a total of over 18 years of mortgage banking and servicing valuation experience at a variety of firms including Sun- Trust Mortgage, Bank of America Mortgage, United Financial / Matrix Financial and KPMG LLP.
