ROTTERDAM Richard Schenk Rotterdam Marine Claims Handler Richard joined Navigators in 2014 after two and a half years as a Marine Claims Handler in the Rotterdam office of a Lloyd s Syndicate insurer. Richard commenced his career within the insurance industry as a cargo claims adjuster for the Lloyd s agent in Rotterdam in 1989. In that role, Richard dealt with a wide variety of cargo claims for the major Marine Insurance Companies worldwide. In September 1997, his job extended to handle the recovery against liable third parties. In 2002 he took on Hull & Machinery cases, mainly for the German market. During his 25 years in the insurance industry, Richard has gained extensive experience in dealing with a broad spectrum of marine claims, including cargo, hull and liability.
