How Can I Obtain Medications? Prescriptions drugs may be obtained at any participating US pharmacy. You must present your permanent (plastic) Cigna Global Health Benefits (CGHB) identification card at the time of purchase. Medication without a prescription from a physician will be at the member s expense. CGHB allows prescriptions to be filled up to 12 months at one time and can be filled prior to assignment. It is important to let the pharmacy in the US know this and that they can call Customer Service for verification. Remind the pharmacy to call CGHB not Cigna Domestic s phone number Internationally, you may have to pay up front, then be reimbursed by filling out a claim form. 13
