On-going charge Since 1 st July 2012 every UCITS fund has had to publish a Key Investor Information Document (KIID), including a % figure reflecting its total annual On-going Charge (OGC) The OGC is equivalent to what funds previously had to publish as a Total Expense Ratio (TER) in the Simplified Prospectus except that OGC differs from TER in the following aspects: i. OGC must exclude any Performance Fee & display that separately ii. OGC does not have to be an audited value as at the funds accounting year end iii. in cases that a material change is made, or expected, a funds published OGC may be ex-ante estimated rather than ex-post actual. iv. OGC potentially may have other minor technical differences in some countries e.g. the inclusion of transaction related depositary & custody fees in OGC).
Easy Access to KIID Documentation. You can now generate Multiple KIID documents from anywhere within the application. (up to a maximum of 15 per report) Research/Workspace/Model Portfolios 1. Select the funds you require 2. Go to the Action Menu and Select Reports> KIID
3. A PDF of all the relevant KIID Documents is generated Investment Planning You can select to append KIID documents to any report that you generate in the Investment Planning Section. Simply select the Include KIIDs option before generating a report

Save regularly used charts You can now choose to save any chart that you produce in the system and quickly access an up to date version of it through the Workspace section. On the chart screen click Save Give the chart a name The chart can be accessed via the Chart Templates section of the Workspace module
Double clicking on the Chart name will open the chart
Create Multiple Scenarios for a Plan Investment Planning > Plans > Forecast page You can create up to seven scenarios (or versions) of an Investment Plan. This will help you provide alternatives or comparisons to the primary scenario and alleviates the need to recreate a Plan from scratch if you need to adjust just one or two variables. With this feature, a new scenario is created on the Forecast page of the primary plan and a Scenario Name drop-down field has been added to the toolbar, allowing users to change the scenario being displayed. Two new report sections are available as well on the Reports page of the Investment Plan window: Detailed Comparison Scenarios, and Scenario Comparison Summary. To create a New Scenario: 1. Begin in the Forecast page 2. Click the New Scenario button on the toolbar 3. In the New Scenario window, name the New Scenario and click OK The new name appears in the Scenario Name field and all data you input will pertain to the scenario displayed in the Scenario Name field. Edit a Scenario in an Investment Plan 1. Select the Scenario to edit in the Scenario Name drop-down field 2. Input new or edited data
To edit the name of a Scenario: 1. Click the Manage Scenarios button on the toolbar 2. In the Saved Scenario field, select the Scenario 3. In the Rename field, enter the new name 4. Click OK To change the Primary Scenario: 1. Click the Manage Scenarios button on the toolbar 2. In the Saved Scenario field, select the Scenario 3. Check the box titled Set as Primary Scenario 4. Click OK Compare Scenarios in an Investment Plan A maximum of seven scenarios (or versions) of an Investment Plan can be created to provide alternatives or comparisons to the Primary Scenario. Two different comparison reports can be created, the Detailed Comparison and the Comparison Summary. These reports can be generated independently in the Forecast page or included in the final output report. To Compare Scenarios on the Forecast page: 1. Click the Compare Scenarios button on the toolbar 2. Select the individual Scenarios to compare or select Compare All 3. Click OK 4. The new Scenario Comparison window displays. In the View drop-down menu, select Table to view the Detailed Comparison report or select Illustration to view the Comparison Summary report. 5. To print the report, click Print Report To include Comparison reports in the final output report: 1. Begin in the Forecast page and click the Compare Scenarios button on the toolbar 2. Select the individual Scenarios to compare or select Compare All 3. Click OK. 4. The new Scenario Comparison window displays. Close out of the window as it will not affect the final output report 5. Continue to the Reports page to include either report in the output
