How you can bank with us You might not always be near a branch, so it s nice to know that wherever you are, you can still do nearly all of your everyday banking with our range of non-branch banking options. Internet Banking Access your account 24 hours a day 7 days a week to check your balance, transfer funds or schedule loan repayments easily, quickly and safely. We use 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to provide the best protection for your password, account details and any other information exchanged with Internet Banking. Phone Banking Great for simple tasks like checking your account balances or transferring funds between accounts, and is as simple as calling 138 001. Mobile Banking Do your banking when you re out and about or on the go. Use it to check your balance, transfer funds or find your nearest ATM. Bank@Post TM You can use Bank@Post to make simple banking transactions, including making a deposit, at over 4,500 Australia Post outlets via Bank@Post. Just look for the Bank@Post symbol. Fees may apply for withdrawals made through Bank@Post. Bank@Post TM and its device mark are trademarks (registered or otherwise) of the Australian Postal Corporation. 4

rediatm Network A MyState Visa Debit or redicard PLUS card lets you make transactions at any rediatm without incurring other bank direct charge fees. You can withdraw money, check your balance and transfer funds between linked accounts. You ll find rediatms at all MyState branches, along with many other places around the country. Access more than 3,000 rediatms around Australia without incurring a direct charge fee The rediatm network includes all NAB and BOQ ATMs To find your nearest rediatm visit mystate.com.au or rediatm.com.au You can also use your card at any other ATM that displays the Visa logo around Australia or around the world. However, please note that these withdrawals may receive a direct charge fee, which is charged by the ATM owner. Service Centre Our Service Centre staff are able to do all of the things our branch staff can do, except for cash-based transactions that require you to actually be present at a branch. Simply call our Service Centre on 138 001. Our Service Centre can help you with: Everyday account enquiries: transaction, loan and term deposit accounts Taking out insurance Applying for any product or service including new accounts, cards, or cheque books Changing your address Cancelling or placing a stop payment on cheques Activating your MyState Visa Debit or redicard PLUS cards Of course, if you d like to do something that isn t covered on this list, just give the Service Centre a quick call on 138 001.
