Credit ad other checks If you apply for a credit / loa product we will perform a credit search, where we check details of your credit history with certai credit referece agecies, who will keep a record of that search (icludig details about your applicatio with us, whether or ot it is successful). For a short period of time this ca affect your ability to get credit elsewhere. If the results idicate that the credit product that you are seekig would ot be suitable, your applicatio may be declied ad we will tell you. If your applicatio is accepted we may file details about you ad how you maage your accout at credit referece agecies. If you are applyig for credit with aother perso (such as with a spouse or busiess parter), a fiacial lik betwee the two of you will be created at the credit referece agecy. We ll check your details with fraud prevetio ad credit referece agecies to check your idetity ad applicatio details, prevet ad ivestigate crime, trace ad recover debt, check isurace claims ad for aalysis ad testig. Usig your persoal iformatio Whe you apply to ope a accout with us, Satader UK plc, we will eed to keep certai iformatio about you ad the busiess (if you are a busiess customer). We may use all the iformatio you give to us or we hold o you to ru the accout(s) or service(s) ad for admiistratio purposes. This icludes iformatio about how you ru your accouts with us, a group compay or a associated compay ad will iclude details of moey you pay ito ad take out of your accouts. We may also use your iformatio to help us develop ad improve our products ad services. We will keep iformatio about you after your accout(s) is/are closed or your policy has eded. Sharig your persoal iformatio We may share your iformatio as explaied i this statemet with the group of compaies to which we belog (the Satader group) ad our associated compaies ad with people who are actig o our behalf. You ca chage your prefereces at ay time. Uless you have said otherwise, by cotiuig with the applicatio, you agree to us cotactig you usig ay of the methods metioed above. Checkig your idetity ad fraud checks Before we ca ope your accout(s), or set up your policy, i order to prevet or detect fraud we will check ad share the iformatio provided i the applicatio or at ay stage with fraud prevetio agecies, ad may make searches at credit referece agecies who will supply us with iformatio about your idetity. Scorig methods may be used to check your idetity. A record of this process will be kept that may be used to help other compaies to check your idetity. If false or iaccurate iformatio is provided ad fraud idetified, details will be passed to fraud prevetio agecies. Law eforcemet agecies, such as the police, may search ad use this iformatio. We ad other orgaisatios may search ad use the records held by credit referece ad fraud prevetio agecies to prevet ad ivestigate crime, fraud ad moey lauderig ad for example: to check details o applicatios for credit ad credit related or other facilities to verify your idetity if you or your fiacial associate applies for other facilities to udertake statistical aalysis ad system testig *Calls may be recorded or moitored. to maage credit ad credit related accouts or facilities to recover debt ad trace your whereabouts to check details o proposals ad claims for all types of isurace to check details of job applicats ad employees We may also search ad use our iteral records for these purposes. We ad other orgaisatios may search ad use from other coutries the iformatio recorded at fraud prevetio agecies. Credit referece agecies You uderstad that whe we assess your applicatio ad to maage your accout, icludig ay future icrease i your overdraft or credit ad card limit (this does ot apply to the Basic Curret Accout ad those uder 18), we will use the iformatio (icludig exteral credit referece data ad iformatio about the coduct of ay of your accouts) for credit assessmet, which may iclude credit scorig. This may ivolve the use of automated processes ad the makig of automated decisios. If you apply for a credit card we will also do this to determie the iterest rate payable ad the way iterest o the accout is charged or calculated. If you are a busiess customer please refer to the Use of your persoal ad busiess iformatio versio of this leaflet. We may make ay equiries relatig to you ad the busiess (if you are a busiess customer) that we cosider ecessary (for example, from aother fiacial istitutio) ad search the files of credit referece agecies, at your home ad the busiess (if you are a busiess customer) which will keep a record of each search. The credit referece agecies will supply both public (icludig the electoral register) ad shared credit ad fraud prevetio iformatio. This could affect your ability to get credit elsewhere withi a short period of time. If you are a busiess customer ad you are a director, we will seek cofirmatio from credit referece agecies that the residetial address that you provide is the same as that show o the restricted register of director s usual address at Compaies House. Details about this applicatio (whether or ot it goes ahead) will be recorded at the credit referece agecy. If you are a busiess customer this icludes iformatio o the busiess ad proprietors, ad credit referece agecies may create a record of the ame ad address of your busiess ad its proprietors if there is ot oe already. A fiacial lik betwee joit applicats or betwee you ad ay amed parter, spouse or busiess parter/idividual (if you are a busiess customer) will be created at the credit referece agecy. This will lik your fiacial records, icludig previous ad subsequet ames, where each will be take ito accout i all future applicatios by either or both of you. If you already have a fiacial associatio we will assess your applicatio o this basis. This situatio will cotiue util oe of you successfully files for a disassociatio at the credit referece agecy. Very occasioally, if we have isufficiet iformatio about you ad you apply for a credit card, we may use the iformatio about other members of your family. We will also pass details about you, the busiess if you are a busiess customer, ad how you maage your accout (if your applicatio is successful) to credit referece agecies. You uderstad that this will iclude if you fail to make agreed paymets ito your accout (eve if you stay withi the agreed credit limit or Arraged Overdraft limit, if applicable) ad that this iformatio may affect your ability to get credit. Cards o your accout If there are cards o this accout, this accout is liked to a card o aother curret accout or as a result of a trasfer to aother accout you receive a card, you uderstad that we may give iformatio o trasactios you have made usig the cards o this accout to ay paymet system uder which we issue the cards (for example Visa or Mastercard). They may trasfer the iformatio to aother coutry to deal with trasactios, to sort out disputes ad for statistical purposes. Access to your iformatio You uderstad you have the right to see certai records we hold about you if you pay a fee ad you ca get a iformatio sheet tellig you about your rights, from your brach. 03

Credit Cards TermsadCoditios Importat chages for all Satader credit cards Please ote that there will be some chages to all Credit Card Terms ad Coditios from 13 Jauary 2018. This is to reflect chages to the law ad regulatio, improvemets i the service we offer you, ad to make the terms clearer for you. Credit limit icreases 04 From August 2018 we ll be givig you greater cotrol over how you receive offers of credit limit icreases. You may be able to choose to have credit limit icreases applied automatically or oly if you tell us you wat them to apply. We will always tell you before we icrease your credit limit (with at least 30 days otice). Credit limit icreases ad decreases ca also be otified to you via the documet store i Olie Bakig. Usig your card o a mobile device The defiitio of Card has bee chaged so it icludes where your card details have bee loaded oto a mobile device. We ve also ameded the terms o how your card is used to authorise paymets, to make it clear that you ca make paymets from a mobile device e.g. your phoe o which your card details have bee loaded. Balace Trasfers We ve clarified that Balace Trasfers are allowed to persoal curret accouts or savigs accouts you hold with us or aother bak, ad that they ca t be used to pay off amouts you owe o ay other card issued by a Satader Group compay. We ll cotact you with further details if this is available to you. Balace Trasfers made o a busiess day before the cut-off time will reach the receivig leder o or before the ext busiess day. If you make the request after this or o a o-busiess day, it will be received o the busiess day after that. If you istruct us to make a Balace Trasfer whe you ope your accout, we ll treat the istructio as havig bee made o either: (i) the date your applicatio is accepted (for applicatios made via brach or telephoe); or (ii) the date your card is activated (for applicatios made olie or mobile). We ve also set out your rights if a Balace Trasfer goes wrog. - Where it is our mistake, we ll restore your accout to the state it would have bee had the paymet ot bee made. You ca also ask us to cotact the receivig bak ad ask them to credit the Balace Trasfer as if it had bee received o the correct date. - Where you ve give us icorrect details, we ll use reasoable steps to recover the amout ad are etitled to charge you a reasoable sum for doig this. Third party providers You ll be able to give permissio to certai third party providers (TPPs), authorised by the FCA or other Europea regulators, who you may choose to allow to access your accout iformatio ad make Balace Trasfers from your accout. You ca istruct a TPP to tell us to make a Balace Trasfer o your behalf ad we will treat ay istructio from a TPP as if it was from you. You ca t stop a Balace Trasfer oce you have authorised a TPP to make it. You should check with ay TPP you allow to access your accout that they are authorised to carry out the services they are offerig. You ca istruct a TPP to obtai ad hold data about your accout. Oce a TPP has your authorisatio ad obtaied your data, they will be resposible for the security of this data. We may refuse to give access to a TPP, for example, if we believe there is a risk of fraud. Statemets We ve clarified that where you use Olie Bakig, we may make your statemets available to you via the documet store uless you have told us you would prefer them by post. You ll receive a email from us whe your statemet is ready to view. This wo t affect ay existig choices you ve made o how you receive your statemets. Your iformatio Our terms will be updated to reflect that you give coset to us usig your data to provide paymet services to you. You ca withdraw this coset, but if you do, we ll stop providig paymet services to you ad may still use your data where we have lawful grouds to do so. Certai terms relatig to the use of your data have bee deleted as these are already covered i the Data Protectio Statemet. We ve clarified that i order to detect fraud, we may use iformatio (e.g. locatio data) we hold about devices you use, such as mobiles or tablets. We ve clarified that we ca share your data with ay ew provider of your isurace beefits if you have PPI o your accout. Chages to your agreemet We ve clarified whe ad how we ca make chages to the Credit Card Agreemet Terms ad Coditios (icludig iterest ad fees). We ca make chages to: (i) take accout of a actual, or reasoably expected, chage i the iterest rates we have to pay for example as a result of a chage to the Bak of Eglad Base Rate; (ii) reflect a actual, or reasoably expected, chage i our uderlyig costs or i law or regulatio or to our way of doig busiess, icludig the itroductio of ew techology; or (iii) reflect ay other actual or reasoably expected chage that affects us if it is reasoable for us to pass the impact of the chage o to you. Ay chage we make wo t be more tha is reasoably proportioate to the impact of the uderlyig chage o us. We wo t make chages to cover the same cost twice. As your credit card has o fixed ed date ad you ca ed the agreemet at ay time, we may also chage fees ad charges (icludig removig or addig fees or charges) ad other terms at ay time. Chages to your agreemet ca be otified to you by either post, email, your statemet, or via the documet store i Olie Bakig.

Allocatio of paymets We ve made it clear that if you wat to pay off a recet trasactio, you must first pay off the balace o your statemet. Because paymets are applied first agaist trasactios already show o your statemet, if you wat to pay off a recet trasactio (for example a Cash Trasactio) you would first eed to pay off the statemeted balace. Limitig your use of the accout We ve clarified that uless doig so would compromise our reasoable security measures or otherwise be ulawful, we ll tell you about our reasos for ot carryig out a trasactio. We ve also clarified that we wo t charge you for givig this explaatio. Refuds We ve clarified that ay refud will be treated as a paymet towards your accout balace. This meas it may ot pay off the specific trasactio to which it related. Security We ve added a clause that you must comply with ay security procedures we tell you about. Accout alerts If you ve provided us with your mobile phoe umber or email address, we ll register you for our free accout alerts service so that we ca sed you messages to otify you of certai activity o your accout. We ll use the most recet cotact details we hold for you. Where the messages are ot a regulatory requiremet we ll give you the optio to opt-out. Copies of your agreemet We ve added a clause that states you ca request a copy of your agreemet at ay time while it is active. Cash limit We ve simplified the clause o our ability to set limits o cash trasactios as cash limits are covered elsewhere i the agreemet. Other chages As well as updatig your terms there are two other chages that we d like to make you aware of: A ew SMS ad/or email alert will be automatically set to you whe you get close to your credit limit. If you re a Olie Bakig customer we ll be updatig your Olie Bakig Terms ad Coditios to make them clearer for you. There are o chages to how you maage your accout olie ad updated Terms ad Coditios will be available from 13 November 2017. You ca log o to Olie Bakig to see a copy. Rig-fecig: chages to the structure of the Satader Group We wat to make you aware of some chages to the structure of the Satader Group. The largest UK bakig groups, icludig Satader UK, have to comply with ew requiremets to rig-fece their retail activities (like curret accouts, savigs accouts ad paymets). This meas that we will be separatig our more complex wholesale bakig activity from our retail bakig activity by 1 Jauary 2019. You do ot eed to take ay actio. Your accout will ot be affected by these chages ad your accout details will stay the same. Credit Cards TermsadCoditios Agreemet Terms ad Coditios The followig coditios form part of your Credit Agreemet ad should be read i cojuctio with that documet. 12 Defiitios I these terms ad coditios, some words have particular meaigs as set out below: Accout meas the accout opeed by us i your ame that records the amout you owe us uder this agreemet. Balace Trasfer meas a debit from your Accout of a amout you owe aother leder i the Uited Kigdom or a debit from your Accout to a persoal accout held by you with aother fiacial istitutio i the Uited Kigdom. Card meas ay card issued by us for use i coectio with the Accout. Cash Limit meas the maximum amout you may borrow o the Accout (if ay) from time to time for Cash Trasactios. Cash Trasactio meas ay cash loa we make to you obtaied by use of the Card or Card umber, icludig a) the purchase of travellers cheques or foreig currecy b) cash from a cash machie displayig a paymet scheme logo or obtaied over the couter at a bak or cash provider c) ay paymet made by use of a moey order, electroic moey trasfer, direct debit, stadig order or similar d) ay use made for gamblig icludig iteret gamblig ad purchase of lottery tickets or e) similar facilities we may provide i coectio with the use of the Accout. Credit Limit meas the maximum amout you may borrow o the Accout at ay oe time, icludig the Cash Limit, if ay. Default Fees meas the fees set out i Coditio 8.1. No-Sterlig Trasactio Fee meas the fee set out i Coditio 8.2 which is applied to trasactios made i a currecy other tha sterlig. Paymet Scheme Exchage Rate meas the exchage rate set by Mastercard or Visa (depedig o the paymet scheme logo displayed o your Card) ad which is prevailig at the date ad time your Trasactio is processed. Persoal Security Details meas various registratio umbers or codes that allow you to operate the Accout ad ay other Satader Group accouts i your ame remotely. PIN meas ay persoal idetificatio umber to be used with the Card. Promotioal Period meas the period we tell you before you make a Special Trasactio durig which preferetial terms will apply. Purchase meas a purchase of goods or services usig the Card or Card umber or where the amout of the purchase is debited directly to the Accout, for example, paymet protectio isurace premiums. Recurrig Trasactio meas a agreemet betwee you ad a supplier that allows the supplier to ask us to make paymets to them from your Card Accout o a regular basis. Satader Group meas Baco Satader, S.A., its subsidiaries, both direct ad idirect, icludig Satader UK plc. Special Trasactio meas ay Trasactio o preferetial terms for a Promotioal Period that we may make available from time to time. Trasactio meas a Balace Trasfer, Cash Trasactio, Purchase, ad ay other trasactio made by you or a additioal cardholder o the Accout. We, us or our meas Satader UK plc ad ay perso we may trasfer our rights or duties to uder this agreemet. You, your meas the perso who siged this agreemet. 13 Your Accout 13.1 Use of Card a) We will put o the Accout all Trasactios, Special Trasactios ad all other amouts you have to pay to us i coectio with the Accout. b) If you have authorised a Recurrig Trasactio, the supplier may cotiue to take paymets from your Accout util you tell them or us to cacel it. You may withdraw your authorisatio at ay time up to the ed of the busiess day (Moday to Friday other tha Eglish bak holidays) before the Recurrig Trasactio is due to be paid. We will use our best efforts to stop these trasactios from beig charged to your Accout. As Recurrig Trasactios are iitiated by the supplier, you may wish to cotact the supplier as well to stop the Recurrig Trasactio beig iitiated. If the Recurrig Trasactio is take from your Accout after you have withdraw your authorisatio we will refud the trasactio amout together with ay related charges or iterest. c) You may ot use the Card or the Accout for ay illegal purpose. d) Cards belog to us ad you must immediately retur them to us or destroy them if we ask you to. We may ask others to retai them for us. e) For operatioal reasos we ca recall or replace Cards at ay time ad may chage the Card ad/or Accout umbers at ay time. We may provide a Card usig a differet paymet scheme as a replacemet Card as log as we reasoably thik you will get the same or a better service with that Card. We may issue at our discretio a Card with a cotactless fuctio which ca be used at suppliers who accept cotactless Mastercard or Visa credit card paymets. If your Card has a cotactless fuctio, this will have a maximum Trasactio limit which we will tell you about whe you receive your Card or you ca cotact us o 0800 9 123 123* for more iformatio. f) You must ot hold duplicate Accouts with us. 13.2 Credit Limit ad Cash Limit a) The amout that you owe us for Cash Trasactios at ay oe time caot be more tha 50% of the Credit Limit. We may chage your Cash Limit from time to time ad will otify you of ay chages by post, email or i your statemet. b) You must ot go over your Credit Limit or your Cash Limit at ay time. If you do so, you must pay us the excess immediately. To decide whether you have goe over your Credit Limit or Cash Limit we ca take ito accout the 06

amout of ay Trasactio we have authorised eve if it has ot yet bee charged to the Accout. c) I exceptioal circumstaces, we may allow you to exceed your Credit Limit as a service to you. Eve if we allow this, you will still have to pay the Over Limit Fee detailed i Coditio 8.1. d) If we decide to icrease your Credit Limit, we will tell you at least 30 days before we do so. You may tell us at ay time that you wat your credit limit to be reduced (subject to a miimum credit limit which we will tell you upo request) ad you may reject ay credit limit icrease that we may offer you before it takes effect i accordace with Coditio 2. 13.3 Special Trasactios a) We may offer you Special Trasactios from time to time. b) You caot make Balace Trasfers from ay other accout you hold with a Satader Group compay to your Accout. We will let you kow of ay other restrictios that apply before you make a Balace Trasfer. If you make a Balace Trasfer, you should cotiue to make ay paymets due to the other leder both before ad after the Balace Trasfer has bee made. We may put limits o the amout of Balace Trasfers or oly allow them up to a proportio of your Credit Limit. We will tell you about these limits before you make a Balace Trasfer. Whe you request a Balace Trasfer or exted a Balace Trasfer, we will tell you the maximum time it will take to carry out the Balace Trasfer. Details of our Balace Trasfer Fees are set out i Coditio 8.2. After a Balace Trasfer has bee added to your Accout you caot cacel it ad ay fee we charge for makig the Balace Trasfer caot be refuded to you. 14 Additioal Cards 14.1 You may ask us to issue a additioal Card to up to three people you omiate as log as they are eligible for oe. 14.2 You are resposible for use of all Cards issued o your Accout, icludig the coduct of ay additioal cardholder that makes you break this agreemet. You must esure that each additioal cardholder uses the Card accordig to the terms ad coditios of this agreemet. 14.3 We will ot give additioal cardholders iformatio about your Accout, except i respect of their ow trasactios. This does ot affect your resposibility set out i 14.2 above. 14.4 You ca ask us to cacel a additioal Card at ay time but you will remai resposible for it util it is retured to us or is securely destroyed. 15 Our right to limit your use of the Accout 15.1 We may cacel or susped your right to use your Card or Accout at ay time where we reasoably believe this is ecessary because of reasos relatig to: a) the security of your Card or Accout; b) suspected or actual uauthorised or fraudulet use of the Card or the Accout; or c) a sigificatly icreased risk that you will ot repay us. 15.2 We will tell you that we are cacellig or suspedig your right to use the Card or Accout ad give you our reaso for doig this. Where we are uable to cotact you to tell you of this we shall stop use of the Card or Accout ad let you kow immediately after. Where your use of the Card or Accout is ulawful we may cacel or susped your right of use without tellig you first. The agreemet will cotiue if we cacel or susped your right to use the Card or Accout ad we will ot be liable for ay loss or damage you or a additioal cardholder may suffer as a result of the cacellatio or suspesio. 15.3 We may refuse to carry out a Trasactio if: a) there is a threat to the security of your Card or Accout; b) you have exceeded or would exceed your Credit Limit or Cash Limit (except i circumstaces i Coditio 13.2 c)); c) you tell us that your Card has bee lost or stole; d) we are required to do so for ay legal, regulatory or fraud prevetio purposes; e) you have give us a iaccurate or uclear paymet istructio; f) the Trasactio appears uusual compared to your ormal spedig patter; or g) we suspect fraud or that carryig out a Trasactio may result i icreased credit risk. You ca cotact us to fid out why we have refused to carry out a Trasactio. Where we refuse to carry out a Trasactio we will otify you of this ad give you reasos for such refusal ad tell you the steps required to complete the Trasactio. We are etitled to charge you a reasoable sum for otifyig you of ay explaatio we give. 15.4 We may declie to issue you with a replacemet Card where: a) you have repeatedly broke your agreemet with us; or b) your Accout is dormat; or c) we reasoably cosider that there is a sigificatly icreased risk you will ot be able to repay us. 16 Charges 16.1 Details of fees charged i relatio to all Trasactios are detailed i Coditio 8. 16.2 If you use your Card (or Card umber) to withdraw cash from ay cash machie or for aother type of Cash Trasactio, we will charge you the Cash Trasactios fee set out i Coditio 8.2. We may set limits o the amout of each Cash Trasactio ad will tell you if we do. 16.3 All Trasactios i currecies other tha sterlig will be coverted ito sterlig o the day they are added to your Accout at the Paymet Scheme Exchage Rate (at the date ad time the Trasactio is processed) together with the No- Sterlig Trasactio Fee. The Paymet Scheme Exchage Rate used may differ from the rate whe the Trasactio was made as exchage rates vary o a daily basis. The Paymet Scheme Exchage Rate used whe such Trasactios are made ad the amout of the Trasactios i sterlig followig applicatio of the exchage rate will be set out i your statemet. Your statemet will give you guidace o whe to make paymets by differet methods so that they reach us ad ca be added to your Accout o time. We will treat ay paymet you make (or part of it) as payig off ay arrears o the Accout first before treatig it as the miimum mothly paymet due o the Accout. 07

Credit Cards TermsadCoditios 17.2 We may at ay time waive the whole or part of ay iterest i respect of ay amout charged to the Accout, if we thik it appropriate to do so, based o how you use the Accout. 17.3 As we process paymets automatically we may accept partial paymets marked paymet i full or other similar laguage without losig our right to claim full paymet. 17.4 You authorise us to take paymets due to us uder this agreemet from curret or savigs accouts you have with ay Satader Group compay if you do ot pay them o time yourself. We will give you advace otice ad will ot take paymet if we cosider that the fuds i the relevat accout will be required to pay stadig orders or direct debits pedig at the time we ited to take paymet. 17.5 You should ot make paymets that place the Accout i credit. If you do, we may still restrict the use of the Card ad the Accout to the amout of your Credit Limit ad we ca retur ay credit balace to you. 17.6 You may pay the Accout balace i whole or i part at ay time. You ca call us o 0800 9 123 123* to fid out your Accout balace ad you ca make paymets usig ay of the methods set out i your statemet. 18 Disputed trasactios ad refuds 18.1 Where you dispute a Trasactio, we will ask you to provide iformatio which is reasoably ecessary to allow us to carry out our ivestigatio. We will tell you what iformatio we require ad the timeframe i which we eed you to provide it to us whe you cotact us. If, followig our ivestigatio, we fid that you have ot authorised the Trasactio, we will refud the amout of the Trasactio ad restore the Accout to the state it would have bee i had the Trasactio ot take place. If we refud the amout of the Trasactio before we ivestigate your claim, we reserve the right to redebit your Accout should our ivestigatios show that the disputed Trasactio was correctly authorised by you. 18.2 If you dispute ay pre-authorised Trasactio, you must tell us about this as soo as possible. If the dispute relates to the amout of ay Trasactio where the amout of the Trasactio exceeds the amout that you reasoably expected (other tha as a result of exchage rate fluctuatios) you must tell us withi eight weeks from the date o which the Trasactio was put o your Accout as you are etitled to a full refud. The right to a refud does ot apply where you have give coset to the Trasactio to be made ad iformatio about the Trasactio was provided at least four weeks before the date o which paymet is due. 18.3 You caot use a claim agaist a supplier as a reaso for ot makig paymets to us uless you have a legal right to do so. 18.4 Where a shop or other perso you have paid usig your Card gives you a refud, your Accout will be re-credited whe we receive a acceptable refud voucher. 19 Your statemet 19.1 We will sed you a statemet each moth that there is activity or a balace o the Accout. The statemet will show your paymets ad all Trasactios ad other amouts added to your Accout sice the last statemet. 19.2 You must make the miimum paymet each moth eve if you do ot receive a statemet for ay reaso. I these cases you must cotact us to fid out the miimum paymet due that moth. If you do ot receive a statemet, you will still have to pay ay iterest o the balace of your Accout. 19.3 You must tell us as soo as possible if you thik the statemet is wrog or if you do ot receive a statemet. 19.4 Statemets will iitially be set to the most recet postal address we have for you. We may be able to provide statemets olie. You agree that, if this facility is available o your Accout, we may make your statemets available i a pritable ad/or dowloadable format via the secure customer area. 20 Remote access ad security 20.1 If you have bee provided with Persoal Security Details, you will be able to use them to operate your Accout, ad ay other Satader Group accouts you may have, usig the iteret, telephoe ad other chaels, which may be available for your Satader Group accouts from time to time. 20.2 Wheever you use the Iteret, telephoe or other chaels to access your Satader Group accouts, the use of your Persoal Security Details authorises us to provide the service you requested. 20.3 We may withdraw ay or all of your Persoal Security Details if we believe that this is ecessary for security reasos or to prevet misuse of remote access services or of your Accout. 20.4 You ad each additioal cardholder must: a) make sure that each Card is siged as soo as you receive it; b) keep your Persoal Security Details ad Card safe ad ot let ayoe else kow them or use them; c) make sure you kow your Persoal Security Details, PIN ad other security iformatio ad keep them secret at all times, icludig destroyig the otificatio we sed you; ad d) take care whe storig or disposig of iformatio about your Accout. 20.5 If your Card is lost or stole or you thik that it or the Persoal Security Details or Card umber may be misused, or that someoe may kow your Persoal Security Details or PIN, you must tell us as soo as possible by telephoig 0800 9 123 123* or writig to Credit Card Customer Service, Satader UK plc, PO Box 983, Bradford BD1 9FE. Ifweask, you must write to us withi seve days. 20.6 You must give us all the iformatio you have about the loss, theft or misuse of the Card, Card umber, Persoal Security Details or the PIN, ad ay other iformatio we ask for to help us. We may give the police ay iformatio we thik will be useful. 20.7 You will ot have to pay for ay uauthorised use of your Card or PIN after you have told us that it is lost or stole or you thik that it may be misused by someoe other tha you or a additioal cardholder, uless you or a additioal cardholder have acted frauduletly or were resposible for the misuse, for example by allowig someoe else to have the Card. You may have to pay us up to 0 for uauthorised use before you let us kow that your Card or PIN is lost, stole or liable to misuse. 20.8 You must ot damage or deface ay Card or iterfere with ay chip i a Card at ay time except those Cards that have to be cacelled, withdraw or have expired, which must be destroyed by cuttig them ito several pieces. 20.9 Our fraud detectio systems highlight suspicious spedig patters. We may call you if suspicious Trasactios appear o your Accout. These calls may iclude computer geerated speech. If you do ot wat us to call you this way, please phoe us o 0800 169 3344*. 08

21 Chages to this agreemet 21.1 We may chage (icludig removig or addig) fees ad charges for ay of the reasos set out i Coditio 21.2. The chages may also be persoal to you ad based o a umber of factors, such as credit risk (which may iclude use of exteral credit referece data), the way you use your Accout ad whether you break the terms of this agreemet. 21.2 We may also chage (icludig removig or addig) ay other terms of this agreemet where the chage is: a) to reflect a chage i bakig practice or legal or regulatory requiremets or recommedatios, icludig the adoptio of a volutary code of practice; b) to provide for the itroductio of ew or improved systems, methods of operatio, services or facilities or the further developmet of existig oes; c) to make them clearer or more favourable to you; d) to esure that our busiess is ru prudetly; e) to reflect chages i our costs of providig this service to you; f) to rectify ay geuie mistake; g) ecessary for the itroductio of ew features or services which may be of beefit to you or for the developmet of existig services; or h) to reflect chages to the Satader Group structure. 21.3 We will give you at least 30 days otice before we make a chage uder Coditio 21.1 or 21.2 uless it is to your advatage, i which case we may make the alteratio immediately ad tell you about it withi 30 days. If a chage is to your disadvatage you ca write to us withi 60 days to close your Accout. If you do, the chage will apply util the agreemet eds other tha if you have expressly otified us that you wish to opt out of a iterest rate icrease. 21.4 We will let you kow about ay chages by post, email or i your statemet. 22 Edig the agreemet 22.1 You may ed this agreemet at ay time by writig to our Customer Service Departmet at the address i Coditio 20.5 or callig us o 0800 9 123 123* ad payig the full amout you owe us. Uless there are exceptioal circumstaces we will give you two moths writte otice if we decide to ed this agreemet. You must cotiue to pay iterest o all amouts you owe us eve after the Accout is termiated or closed. 22.2 We may demad repaymet of the full amout you owe us (icludig ay Special Trasactios) if: a) we fid out that our decisio to led to you was based o iaccurate, misleadig or icomplete iformatio; or b) you break this agreemet regularly or seriously, die, become bakrupt or make a volutary arragemet with other people you owe moey to; or c) you have broke the terms of aother agreemet you have with us ad as a result we have give you otice edig that agreemet ad we have reasoable grouds for thikig that you may ot be able to cotiue makig paymets uder this agreemet. Before makig ay demad we will provide you with ay otices required by law. 22.3 We may close your Accout (by providig two moths writte otice), cacel or susped your right to use your Accout or reduce your Credit Limit if it has bee dormat, meaig there have bee o Trasactios or a zero balace for a period of six moths or more. Before we close, cacel or susped your right to use your Accout, we will cotact you to determie whether you ited to make ay further Trasactios o your Card. 22.4 Oce otice has bee give, Cards, Card umbers ad PINs must ot be used ad you must destroy them or, if we ask you to, retur all Cards havig cut them ito several pieces ad cacel ay istructios or authorities you have give others to charge your Accout. You must cotiue to make all paymets due uder this agreemet, which will cotiue util you have repaid all amouts owed to us, icludig amouts added to the Accout after the otice to ed the agreemet. 23 Geeral 23.1 For commercial reasos, we (or aother Satader Group compay) may decide to chage the isurers that provide your isurace beefits. If that happes, we (or they) will write to you ot less tha 30 days before your curret isurace expires with details of the ew isurer ad ay chages to the terms ad coditios of your cover. You authorise us (ad other Satader Group compaies) to trasfer your persoal iformatio to ay ew isurer to eable that isurer to provide your cover. You also coset to the ew isurer providig isurace cover to you. This coset will esure that there is o break i your isurace cover ad does ot affect your right to cacel your credit agreemet. You may cacel this authority ad coset at ay time but if you do so, your isurace policy will termiate if we decide to chage the isurer. 23.2 You must have a UK residetial address. You must tell us if you chage your address or cotact details or if you or a additioal cardholder chage ame. 23.3 We may trasfer to ay other perso or busiess ay or all of our rights uder this agreemet at ay time ad our duties (icludig, without limitatio, our duty to led to you). If the arragemets for servicig your Accout do ot chage as a result of this assigmet, we may do this without otice, but we will tell you if ad whe the arragemets do chage. I other cases we will give you otice as soo as reasoably possible. Your rights uder this agreemet ad your legal rights (icludig uder the Cosumer Credit Act 1974) will ot be affected. 23.4 This agreemet is govered by the law of Eglad ad Wales (uless the address from which you made your applicatio was i Scotlad whe Scots law shall apply) which will also gover the relatioship betwee us ad you before the coclusio of this agreemet. The courts of Eglad ad Wales have o-exclusive jurisdictio for ay related disputes. We will oly commuicate with you i Eglish. 23.5 If we do ot strictly apply our rights uder this agreemet at ay time, this will ot prevet us from doig so later. 23.6 There may be other taxes or costs, which are ot paid through us or charged by us, that you have to pay i coectio with this agreemet. 23.7 We will ot be liable if we are preveted from doig aythig we have said we will do uder this agreemet because of aythig that we caot reasoably cotrol, icludig ay machie failig to work, ay perso, compay or supplier refusig to accept ay Card ad idustrial disputes. 24 Complaits ad how we are regulated 24.1 If you have a complait, please cotact our dedicated complaits departmet o 0800 171 2171*.
