MANAGING WIRE TRANSFER BENEFICIARIES You can add new beneficiaries, delete or edit existing beneficiaries, as well as search for a specific beneficiary. Adding a beneficiary can be done in one of two ways manually adding a beneficiary or importing a list of beneficiaries. To manually add a wire transfer beneficiary: Click Domestic /International Wire Transfers. Click Add Beneficiary. Provide the payee s name and contact information and the following details: Category The category (if applicable) to which this beneficiary belongs. Funding Account The account from which the domestic wire transfer is to be made. Usual Amount The amount to be paid to the beneficiary. In the Beneficiary Bank Information section, provide the beneficiary bank account number, bank name, and ABA routing number. If the beneficiary s financial institution cannot accept wires and uses another financial institution to process incoming wires on their behalf, then provide the relevant details in the Intermediary Information section. For International Wire in the Bank Information section, specify the recipient s bank details including the Beneficiary International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and SWIFT Code of the beneficiary s bank. Most international transfers are executed through SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication), which facilitates the transfer of financial messages. Each financial institution has its own SWIFT code. 2
EDITING A WIRE TRANSFER BENEFICIARY S DETAIL Click the Name of the domestic wire transfer beneficiary to edit. Update the details for the domestic wire transfer beneficiary as required, and click Save. PERFORMING A WIRE TRANSFER After creating or importing new beneficiaries, you can proceed to initiating domestic wire transfers. To perform a wire transfer: Click the Domestic/International Wire Transfer tab. Select the Company and Funding Account from which the domestic transfer is to be made. Select the Beneficiary for whom the domestic transfer is intended. The beneficiary s details are auto-filled. If Beneficiaries have not been set up enter the Beneficiary Name, Address, City, State and ZIP Code, Beneficiary Account Number, Bank Name, and ABA Routing Number. Ensure the details are correct and click Submit. At the confirmation screen, verify that the information is correct, click Send OTP. Enter the OTP and click Confirm. 3
SENDING MULTIPLE WIRE TRANSFERS Business Online enables you to send multiple wire transfers in a batch. To send multiple wire transfers: Click Multi Wires. The Domestic Multi Wires screen is displayed, and enables you to select multiple domestic/international wire transfer recipients. Select the check boxes of the domestic wire transfers you wish to perform and click Submit. At the confirmation screen, verify that the information is correct, click Send OTP. Enter the OTP and click Confirm. 4
VIEWING TRANSACTIONS HISTORY Business Online enables you to view a history of the previous wires you have made. To view transactions history: Click Domestic/International Wire Transfer. Click Transaction History. Provide any relevant search criteria: Date - Select specific date or range. Amt Min/Max - Enter specific amount or range. Transactions - Select Status (Pending/Failed) and Debits - Domestic Wires. Users - Check all or select specific users. Accounts - Check all or select specific account. Click Apply. The Transaction History screen updates to show the relevant transactions based on your selection criteria. You can print the list of transactions by clicking Print Transactions. To export the transaction to a file, select Export to CSV. 5
VIEWING PENDING WIRE TRANSFERS After you have performed wire transfers, you can view your pending transactions. To view pending wire transfers: Click Pending Transactions. 6
IMPORTING A LIST OF WIRE TRANSFER BENEFICIARIES If you have a large list of wire transfer payees, you can batch import that list into the database. Click Import Wire Beneficiaries. Specify the following import parameters: Import Type Select whether a file is to be uploaded or contents of a file will be pasted. File The location of the file to be imported. Category The category to which the beneficiaries in the list belong. Payee Import Mode - The import mode determines how the data is to be imported into the payroll database. Amend The entries in the import file are added to the payroll database as long as those entries are not duplicates. Append The entries in the import file are added to the database without checking for duplication. Replace Replaces a current category of database recipients with the recipients found in the import file. Specify the load settings, and click Import File. Click Confirm to process the import file. The imported beneficiaries are listed in the Manage Beneficiaries section. DELETING A WIRE TRANSFER BENEFICIARY Select the check box of the domestic wire transfer beneficiary, and click Delete. Click Delete to confirm the removal of the domestic wire transfer beneficiary. 7
