How to use the "Quick Sell" Function in ZNetPlus Program KTZMICO has designed and developed Quick Sell Function to meet your needs. If you would like to sell securities (Stock, Warrant, DW) in your portfolio more than an order at the same time, Quick Sell Function will help you to sell faster than normal order function. You have to select the stock(s) that you would like to sell and the system will place the selling orders which specify ML price (Market to Limit Order) not including odd lot shares. Quick Sell Procedure 1. Go to "Portfolio" menu and click at "Quick Sell" button on the right hand side as the picture below: **Remark: Quick Sell Function is available on ZNet Plus via the computer only. 2. The screen will show your portfolio details in your trading account. 3. You have to mark at checkboxes in front of the stocks that you would like to sell. You can choose more than one stock for sell and the system will sell your onhand stock which specify ML price. Except for odd lot shares, the system will define next 2 spreads price lower from the last price of the main board. 4. Please input the PIN ID to confirm the selling order and click Sell. ( If you would like to save Pin ID, please mark at checkbox Save PIN )
5. The system will pop-up Confirm screen in order to ask clients to recheck the selling orders and click OK to confirm to place the selling orders to the market.
6. When you confirmed to sell stock via Quick Sell Function, you can check the order status at the Order Entry tap or the Order Function in ZNet Plus program. Terms and conditions of placing sell order (Quick Sell) 1. Quick Sell Function allows placing sell orders during open session only. 2. You are able to place selling not exceed 50 orders per time. 3. The system will place the selling orders which specify ML price (Market to Limit Order) only and the orders will be matched immediately. Except the orders of selling odd lot shares that the system will separate the odd lot order from the main order and the odd lot price will define next 2 spreads price lower than the last price of the main board. 4. The company does not guarantee that your selling orders via Quick Sell Function will be all executed. 5. According to the regulation of the SET, the buying or selling order must not exceed 10 million shares per transaction. Hence, the order that has quantity more than 10 million shares, the system will automatically place selling order not exceed 10 million shares and the remaining shares will still stay in your portfolio. If you would like to sell the remaining shares, please submit new Quick Sell order again.
6. Each selling order must not exceed 500 million Baht per transaction. If the value is exceeded 500 million Baht, the system will not submit that order. If you would like to place selling order via Quick Sell Function, please follow the instructions below: Must send selling orders not exceed 500 million Baht. If you would like to sell securities more than 500 million Baht, you have to place the selling order via the normal trading function only. Remark ML (Market to Limit Order) : - A market-to-limit order is submitted as a market order for executed at the best market price only. - Unmatched quantity (if any) will be converted to a limit order at price equal to the last executed price. - Market-to-limit order is allowed during opening session only. For example: To place an order by Market to limit order (ML) If you would like to sell 1,000,000 shares of RS stock via Quick Sell Function, the system will automatically place the selling orders of all your onhand stocks at ML price. From the above details, the system will place the selling order as following: Side Stock Volume Price Status Matched Vol. Unmatched Vol. Sell RS 1,000,000 ML O 621,200 378,800 Explanations Refer to table above, your selling order (RS) will be matched immediately 621,200 shares at 11.70 baht. The remaining 378,800 shares will be in the queue at 11.70 baht until the market closed at the end of the day.
