Environment and security 27

Security At Sacyr, we strive to improve the occupational health and well-being of our workers and collaborators. We have therefore developed and set up a Health and Safety Management System compliant with international standard OHSAS 18001 and certified by an internationally renowned external organization. This system effectively ensures the proper and timely management of occupational risks and the implementation of safety and risk prevention measures, along with proper training for our workers. Meanwhile, Sacyr continues to roll out initiatives to improve the health of all our employees. We carry out R&D+i projects certified by the Spanish Innovation CertificationAgency (Agencia de Certificación en Innovación Española) as we seek to improve working conditions and employee health and safety. 28
