What are the fees associated with my card? For a complete list of fees associated with your card, please refer to the Pricing and Fees table. 4. Can I have an account that has a billing address outside of the Canada? No, not at this time. 5. What is an Account Maintenance fee? Your account may be subject to a monthly Account Maintenance Fee if it is inactive. An inactive account is defined as an account that meets all three of the following criteria: (1) Your account has been open for at least six months; (2) you have not added funds or received a payment; and (3) you have not made a transaction that resulted in journal activity with the account in a 90-day period. Please refer to the Pricing and Fees table for more details. 6. How is my card different than a credit card? A credit card gives you a line of credit, which you have to pay back. Conversely, this card is a debit card that is preloaded with your money. You can spend or withdraw the funds as you see fit, but you can t spend more than your current available card balance. Your card does not require a credit check and will not affect your credit history. 7. Will I receive a separate billing statement for my card? All transactions that you make with your card are available online. When you want to view your transaction activity, simply log in to your account on the website (www.prepaid.citi.com/unicityca). If you are not able to access your statement online, please contact Citi Prepaid Customer Service at 1-800 774-6995 to find out if other statement options are available for your card. Managing Your Card 1. How do I activate my card? You do not need to activate your card; it is ready to use when you receive it in the mail. If you would like to activate ATM functionality, please call the number on the sticker on your card to set your PIN 2. How do I view my card activity online? Register at the site by providing a username and password. 3. Click on the My Account icon at the top of your screen. Your card activity will be listed for your review. 3. What should I do if my card is lost or stolen? 13 P age

Call Citi Prepaid Customer Service at 877 855 7201 immediately to report a lost or stolen card, and to order a replacement card. If you report the lost or stolen card in a timely manner, you may not be responsible for any unauthorized charges per the Terms and Conditions. 4. How do I change my address? If you have moved, or there s an error with your card billing address, please update your information in your Account Profile on the Citi prepaid website, www.prepaid.citi.com/unicityca. (The address is also found on the back of your card.) If you need assistance updating your account information, please contact Citi Prepaid Customer Service at 800 774-6995. Also note that updating your address with Citi Prepaid does not automatically update your address with Unicity. Please call Unicity Customer Service at 1-800-999-6222 to update your address as well. 5. Does my card ever expire? Yes. You can find the expiration date on the front of your card. If your card is about to expire, you will be reissued a new card on the 15 th of the month your card is set to expire. * Please note that you must meet certain criteria in order to obtain a new card. Shopping With Your Card 1. Can I use my card to purchase goods and services? You can use your card to purchase goods and services at any merchant that accepts MasterCard. To complete a transaction, select Credit as your payment option to indicate you will sign to authorize your transaction. If the funds are available in your account, the purchase will be approved. 2. How do I use my card at self-swipe merchant locations? At certain merchant locations (example: grocery stores), the merchant may require that you swipe your card yourself. On these occasions, make sure that you choose Credit as the payment option. Even though your card is a signaturebased debit card, the processing network requires you to select Credit. 3. Why does my card not work when I try to pay at the pump? To protect cardholders, we have disabled all cards at self-service pay-at-the-pump gas stations. Please note that while you can t pay at the pump, you can still use your card at these locations by asking the attendant to process your card. 4. How do I shop online using my card? Shopping online is easy. Just follow these simple steps: (1) Select the items you want to buy. (2) Proceed to check out. (3) Select MasterCard as your payment option. (4) Enter your 16-digit card number, the 3-digit Security Code (the last three digits printed in the signature panel on the back of your card), and your expiration date. (5) Enter the billing address that is associated with your card. 5. When shopping online, can I split a payment between my card and a credit card? You may split payments if the specific online merchant permits it. Please note, however, that most online stores only accept one credit or debit/check card for payment. And since your card is processed like a MasterCard transaction, you likely won t be able to enter more than one card type to complete the transaction. 6. Can I spend more than my available balance? No. You will not be able to spend more than your available balance. The merchant will decline your transaction. 7. What if the amount of my purchase is more than my available balance? In this case, your purchase will be declined. 14 P age

8. Why did my balance only decrease by $1 after I made a purchase at a merchant? Often, online merchants do not immediately charge customers for the full amount of the purchase. Many will authorize (temporarily deduct) $1 from your balance for verification purposes. This is a routine practice that affects all standard credit and debit card users. In most cases, merchants who operate in this manner will debit your balance for the full amount of the purchase and return the authorized $1 to your balance. The merchant may take up to 30 days to return these funds to your account. 9. What if a transaction is not approved by an online store? In the unlikely event that your transaction is declined by an online store, please make sure that you have done the following: Verified that the merchant accepts signature-based debit cards Chosen credit card as the payment method Selected MasterCard Correctly entered your 16-digit card number Correctly entered your 3-digit Security Code (if required) Correctly entered your expiration date Correctly entered your name (as it appears on your card) Correctly entered your billing address (same address on file for your account) Not generated a purchase amount that is greater than your available balance If these tips do not resolve your issue, please contact Citi Prepaid Customer Service at 800-774-6995 by using the number printed on the back of your card. Withdrawing Money 1. Which ATMs can I use to access my funds? Please note that there will be a service fee for a withdrawal. There is an ATM withdrawal fee of $1.75 per domestic transaction and $3.75 for each international transaction. Additional fees may apply at non-citibank ATMs. This fee, along with any other fees assessed by the ATM machine associated with your ATM transaction, is automatically deducted from your balance. To find the nearest Citibank ATM, visit www.prepaid.citi.com/unicityca and click Access $. For a complete list of fees associated with your card, please refer to the Disclosures and Fees table below. 2. How much money can I withdraw from my card at an ATM on a daily basis? You can withdraw up to $400 per day. If your daily cash requirements are greater than these limits, contact Citi Prepaid Customer Service Team, 800-774-6995, for adjustments. Please note, however, that certain ATMs have machineimposed limits that may not allow you to withdraw the maximum daily amount. 3. How do I check my available balance? You can check your available balance online or calling Citi Prepaid Customer Service at 800 774-6995. 4. What buttons do I push to withdraw cash at an ATM?
