CONTEST RULES Roz & Mocha s Awesome Christmas Contest Rogers Broadcasting Limited 1. Contest Period & Contest Sponsor. The Roz & Mocha s Awesome Christmas Contest (the Contest ) is brought to you by KiSS 92.5, a division of Rogers Broadcasting Limited ( Rogers or KiSS 92.5 ). The contest period (the Contest Period ) starts at 7:00am on December 16, 2013 and continues until 7:59am on Friday, December 20, 2013. All times are Eastern. 2. How to Enter. No purchase necessary. To enter, listen to KiSS 92.5 between 7am and 8am each day during the Contest Period. Call KiSS 92.5 when prompted by the Roz & Mocha Show, and provide the following information: a) Which one (1) friend or family member (each, a Nominee ) you would like to nominate to win a prize; b) Why you would like to nominate that Friend; c) Where you reside; and d) Your contact particulars. Each phone call providing KiSS 92.5 with the above information is hereafter referred to as an entry. LIMIT: Only one (1) entry per person. Any attempt or suspected attempt to enter more than once per person, and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, illicit means, or any other entry methods not authorized by these Contest rules shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries. Entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, contain false information, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions these rules will be judged void. All entries become the property of Rogers upon receipt and none will be returned. By entering the Contest, each entrant confirms that he or she: owns all intellectual property rights in the entry, including copyright in the audio portion of the entry; grants Rogers a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to reproduce and to distribute the entry, in whole or in part and in any form or format, including on-air on KiSS 92.5; and waives all moral rights in respect of the entry; and releases Rogers from any claims arising from the distribution of the entry, whether over the air or otherwise, and whether in any other form or medium now or hereafter created. Rogers reserves the right to refuse any entry in its sole discretion. Each entrant further confirms that he or she understands and consents to his or her entry being read on the air, and understands and agrees that entries that are played on the air may not be eligible to win a prize and may not qualify to win a prize. 3. Eligibility. Entrants and Nominees must meet the following eligibility criteria in order to participate in this Contest: a) Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry;

Prizes. Nominees are eligible to win one (1) of five (5) prizes, consisting of the following: The Gaming Prize: $1,000 CDN (one thousand dollars) to be issued by cheque in the name of the winning Nominee, and one (1) Xbox One courtesy of The Shopping Channel, a division of Rogers ( TSC ). The Muskoka Prize: One (1) 2-night weekend stay at Taboo Muskoka Resort, Golf & Spa. Package includes dinners & breakfasts and a $100 CDN voucher and valet parking. Travel to and from Muskoka not included. The Movie Prize: Two (2) passes to each KiSS 92.5 advance movie screening in the 2014 season (exact number of movies to be determined in sole discretion of KiSS 92.5); one (1) private screening for forty (40) people in the Warner Brothers screening room (date, time and movie to be determined in sole discretion of KiSS 92.5); and one (1) PlayStation 4 courtesy of TSC. The Trip Prize: One (1) 7-night trip for winning Nominee and a chosen guest to Grand Palladium Bavaro Suites Resort & Spa in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, courtesy of Transat Holidays and Tripcentral.ca. Trip includes 7-nights standard accommodation (one room, double occupancy), return economy-class airfare from Toronto Pearson Airport to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and all meals and beverages as outlined in hotel s all-inclusive package. Winning Nominee and guest must be available to travel May 8 15, 2014. No other dates will be accommodated. The Box Prize: Access to one (1) gondola box at the Air Canada Centre for twentyfive (25) people to attend a professional hockey game on Thursday, January 30, 2014, hosted by the Roz & Mocha Show. Prize includes food and drinks up to $1,500 CDN. Approx. retail value of each prize is $1,000 CDN. Actual value may vary. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received per Draw Date (as defined below).
The following conditions apply to ALL PRIZES: All prize details, including exact flight times, to be determined in sole discretion of Rogers. Some restrictions may apply. No financial compensation will be made or required if actual prize value is lower than the total value quoted in these rules. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not redeemable, refundable or exchangeable for cash, and not replaceable if lost or stolen, except in the sole discretion of Rogers. Rogers reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever the reason, of any advertised prize. The following conditions apply to the Trip Prize: Travel arrangements must be made through Rogers and/or its agent of choice and/or its carrier of choice. Individuals travelling on the Trip Prize, namely the winning Nominee and his or her guest (collectively, the Travellers ) must travel together on the same itinerary and are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (e.g. valid passport). Documentation that is reasonably necessary for Rogers to book the Trip Prize for the Travellers (e.g. Passport number) must be supplied to Rogers and/or its agent or representatives, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Trip Prize at the sole discretion of Rogers. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuers. Travellers must be available to travel between May 8 15, 2014. Exact travel dates to be determined by Rogers in its sole discretion, subject to availability. Nominee s unavailability to travel between May 8 15, 2014 shall amount to the forfeiture of the Trip Prize, and in such case the Trip Prize shall be awarded to another Nominee or cancelled, in Rogers sole discretion. Travellers are responsible for additional expenses not included in the Trip Prize as described herein, including, but not limited to, travel and health insurance, transportation costs, taxis, checked baggage fees, excess baggage fees, and recreational activities. Rogers is not responsible in the event either of the Travellers is denied the ability to fly out of or into any particular airport, whether due to airport restrictions or otherwise. Rogers will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, gift cards or certificates. All tickets issued in connection with the Trip Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles. The Trip Prize may not be transferred or assigned, and must be accepted as awarded, except as otherwise set forth in these rules. Only the listed Trip Prize will be awarded and no substitutions, cash equivalents or redemptions will be made, except that Rogers reserves the right to substitute the Trip Prize if necessary to a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised Trip Prize (or any component thereof) is not available. Once reservations are made, they cannot be changed. Other restrictions may apply. Travellers agree to maintain behaviour in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in the Contest or Trip Prize-related activity. Travellers understand and agree that Rogers has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove winning Nominee and/or guest from any activity at any time if such individuals are, at any point, uncooperative, disruptive, or may cause or do cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Rogers. 5. Draw. A random draw by a Rogers representative will be made on each of the following days (each, a Draw Date ), for the prize set forth next to each such Draw Date, from all eligible entries received on such Draw Date.

Only one entrant (and Nominee) will be selected per Draw Date. An attempt will be made to contact the selected entrant by telephone at the number provided at time of entry. A selected entrant and his/her Nominee will be disqualified, and the Nominee will be required to forfeit any claim on the Contest prize, if: the selected entrant cannot be reached within one (1) business day following the first attempt of contact; or the terms set forth in these Contest rules are not adhered to, including without limitation those requirements set forth in the Winner Confirmation section, below. 6. Decisions. Decisions and rulings of Rogers and/or its representative(s) are final and binding without appeal in all matters related to this Contest and the awarding of the prizes. 7. Winner Confirmation. In order that a selected Nominee be declared a winner, the selected entrant and selected Nominee must each: correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone during a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time; be in full compliance with these Contest rules; and sign and return a Release of Liability and Publicity Release form (the Release Form ) and any other documentation as may be required by Rogers in its sole discretion. In the case of the Trip Prize the selected Nominee must ensure that his or her chosen guest signs and returns a Release Form and any other documentation as may be required by Rogers in its sole discretion. Once the selected Nominee has informed Rogers of his or her choice of guest and such guest has submitted his or her Release Form, the selected Nominee s choice of guest may not be changed. 8. Disqualified Selected Nominee. If a selected Nominee does not fulfill the conditions set out in these rules, or declines or forfeits a prize, Rogers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel such prize, to select another entry/nominee, or to donate the prize to a charity of its choosing. 9. Release of liability / Consent to Publicity. By accepting a Contest prize, the winning Nominee: confirms compliance with the Contest rules; acknowledges that the Prize must be accepted as awarded, except as otherwise stated;
consents to the use of his/her name, city of residence, entry, voice, statements, photographs and/or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format carried out by Rogers and/or advertising agencies regarding the Contest or the awarded prize, without further notice or compensation; and releases Rogers, its affiliates (including, without limitation, parent, sister and subsidiary companies), advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of materials or services related to the Contest and all of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively the Releasees ) from and against all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the awarding and/or use of the prize, including, as set out below in the LIMITATION OF LIABILITY section. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The Releasees do not assume any responsibility and the winning Nominee releases the Releasees from any and all claims, actions, damages, demands and liabilities of whatever nature or kind arising out of or in connection with the entrant's or Nominee s participation or attempted participation in the Contest and any Contest prize, including, without limitation the administration of the Contest, the selection and confirmation of the winning Nominee, and the arranging, awarding and use of any Contest prize. 11. Privacy. Rogers is collecting personal data about entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Contest. Where an entrant provides Rogers with the personal information of a Nominee, such entrant represents and warrants to Rogers (understanding that Rogers is relying on such representation and warranty), that such entrant has the Nominee s permission and express consent to provide Rogers with that personal information in connection with this Contest. General. This Contest will be run in accordance with these Contest rules, which shall be subject to amendment by Rogers without notice or liability to you. Entrants and Nominees must comply with these Contest rules and will be deemed to have received and understood these rules by participating in this Contest. The terms of this Contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein. This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Except as expressly warranted herein, the prizes are provided "as is" without further warranty of any kind. Rogers reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Contest or to amend the Contest rules at any time and in any way, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, for example as a result of tampering or infection by computer virus, bug, corruption, security breach, or other cause beyond Rogers reasonable control, Rogers reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Contest and/or conduct a random draw from all previously received eligible entries. 13. Unsportsmanlike Conduct. Rogers reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify without notice any entrant that it finds to be: violating the Contest rules; tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Website; acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair
playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Rogers representatives. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, ROGERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION, AND TO BAN OR DISQUALIFY AN ENTRANT FROM THIS AND FUTURE CONTESTS.
