2017 Assessment Increase The board & management has evaluated current assessments, budget, savings and expenses and has determined that an assessment increase is required Impact Factors: Average 1%-3% yearly increase in water and maintenance costs Savings & contingency emergency funding impacts 2000-2006 $360/yr. Developer set assessment at $360/yr. Board vote decrease -$100 in 2006 2007-2017 $250/yr. 2017- $275/yr. Vote: 10% Increase in 2017 ($250 to $275 per year)

July 4 th Celebration (June 24 th @ 4Pm) Reminder that on June 24th the City of Allen will host their Allen USA Celebration and Allen s massive fireworks show!! Featuring Emerald City Band performing at the main stage Woodland Park Reminders The HOA and the community can not block cars from parking in public streets The HOA encourages homes to be social and invite neighbors, friends and family to their homes prior to the event to guarantee parking.
