Sponsor may substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if an advertised prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason. All prizes will be awarded provided they are claimed properly in accordance with these Official Rules. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a prize, if any, will not be awarded. The prizes consist only of the items described above. If a potential prizewinner cannot accept his/her prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries in the applicable drawing pool. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
