Data Entry Login Sign into TeletrackOnline by visiting teletrackonline.com: Each employee that will access the system will be assigned their own Username and Password. Enter the Username and Password assigned by CoreLogic Teletrack to access the service. After you have entered your Username and Password, click Login. You have a maximum of three attempts to enter your password. If you fail to enter the appropriate Password for your Username on the third attempt, you will be locked out of the system. After the second attempt, we recommend that you click Forgot Password. Change Password The first time that you log on, you will be asked to change your password and select a Challenge Question. The challenge question allows you to reset your password should you forget it. Password challenge questions include: Who was your childhood hero? What is the middle name of your youngest child? You will select a challenge question and provide the appropriate answer. Passwords typically expire every forty-five days and you will need to update your password regularly. After you have entered your new password, click Submit. Main Menu From the Main Menu, you will select the action you would like to perform: Inquire on a consumer Report a Loan Report a Charge-off Report a Recovery You can navigate to these screens at anytime by clicking one of the links located on the left-side toolbar. The change password and logout options will be displayed on every screen. Proprietary and confidential. This material may not be reproduced in any form without express written permission. 2

Click Inquiry on either the left-side menu bar or in the main menu section of the web page. An Inquiry passes consumer information and the financial agreement to the system to match against information within the databases in order to provide you with appropriate risk assessment tools to assist you in determining whether you wish to execute the agreement, adjust the terms or modify the amount of the financial agreement. Inquiry Teletrack provides you with the ability to input consumer information and retrieve credit performance, fraud prevention and related consumer information on a consumer pursuant to completing a financial agreement. Teletrack recommends that you inquire on every person who completes an application. By securing risk assessment information before you do business with an applicant, you are able to customize lending to meet the consumer s needs while maintaining your risk tolerance. In addition, Teletrack helps you identify applicants that present fraudulent information. Businesses who access Teletrack data only for first time applicants, often later discover that a consumer who met the terms of the original agreement fails to complete the terms of future agreements. Once you have entered the appropriate information in the following screen, Teletrack will search its databases and provide you with relevant information to help you in your decision. You will be asked to enter the following information related to the consumer: SSN - Begin by entering the nine digits of the SSN. Enter only the numbers. The system will automatically fill in dashes at the appropriate points in the field. When you move to the next field, the system will display the SSN as a masked entry. If you move the cursor back into this field, the system will clear the field. Both of these steps are done for over-the-shoulder security to protect both you and your customer. DOB - Enter the consumer s Date of Birth (DOB) using the format Month, Day, Year. Enter the month and day as a 2-digit number. The year of birth must be entered as a 4-digit number. Although this is shown as an optional field, some services require DOB and this information should be entered whenever it is available. First Name - This field requires a minimum of two characters. Neither special characters nor spaces are allowed and the system will not accept strings of repetitive characters. If the consumer has two first names, such as Mary Ann, place the second name in the Middle Name field. Middle Name - This field may be a single initial or the entire name. Use only alphabetic characters with no special characters or spaces. Proprietary and confidential. This material may not be reproduced in any form without express written permission. 3

Loan Reporting After review of the consumer s credit report, you are given the opportunity to immediately issue a loan. This may be delayed if your processes require, but, when possible, it is best to immediately report the loan information to Teletrack. At the bottom of the credit report, you will be asked if you would like to: Report Loan for Applicant? If you select Yes, the system will automatically fill in the SSN and the Transaction Code before forwarding you to the Loan Reporting screen. If you select No, you will be forwarded to the Main Menu. Teletrack Report Teletrack has been gathering information since 1989 from tens of thousands of retailers, businesses and financial institutions across the country. As a result, Teletrack s databases contain unique consumer information that isn t available from other sources. Every new business is required to submit to us all charge-off, skip and deficiency balance account information from the past seven years, or for the lifetime of the business if the business has been operating for less than seven years. TeletrackOnline is a quick and easy means of reporting charge-offs, skips and recoveries in real-time. This is the fastest method available for incorporating your data into the Teletrack database. Several convenient methods are available through which you can report your charge-offs, skips, recoveries and deficiency balance account information. Teletrack offers businesses an efficient method for receiving and viewing consumer information. While some of these services are optional, the Teletrack Report can provide you with a variety of applicant information, including: Business and Applicant Information Activated Services Credit Score SocialGuard Previous Inquiries Open Charge-Offs Paid Charge-Offs Skip Guard Consumer Disputes Proprietary and confidential. This material may not be reproduced in any form without express written permission. 10

Business and Applicant Information This section of the report gives you the ability to confirm your identification number, business name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number and fax number. Teletrack also reports back the applicant name and SSN, which you entered. If the applicant s SSN is valid, Teletrack will report the year and state of issue. Please note that Corelogic Teletrack is no longer able to provide the state nor date of issuance of SSN s that were issued after June 2011. Activated Teletrack Services Services are marked with a Y if Teletrack has located data on the consumer, or marked with an N if no data was found. If the service is not activated, it will be marked NS, which indicates that you do not subscribe to this service. If there is any consumer information available, the data will appear in the designated areas. If you do not subscribe to the services, the section will appear on the report, but will not include any information. Credit Score The credit score section of the report will display a consumer s credit score based on Teletrack s scorecard. Businesses must be subscribed to the scoring service to receive a score. If you are not subscribed, the credit score portion will still appear in the report, but will not contain a score. Social Guard SocialGuard informs you if an applicant is attempting to use a fraudulent SSN on an application. An All Clear status will be returned if no problems were associated with the SSN. Adverse information in the Social Guard section of the report is the result of several consumer scenarios: 1. The SSN used in this report has been reported as belonging to a deceased person. 2. The SSN has been issued by the Social Security administration in the last 5 years. Please note that Corelogic Teletrack is no longer able to provide the state nor date of issuance of SSN s that were issued after June 2011. In each case, further investigation is suggested. Proprietary and confidential. This material may not be reproduced in any form without express written permission. 11

Previous Inquiries The previous inquiries section shows the six most recent inquiries submitted by other businesses on the applicant, as well as the date and state of each inquiring business. At your request, Teletrack can display up to 15 inquiries. Open Charge-Offs The open charge-off(s) section informs you if another subscriber has reported the applicant as a chargeoff. You will receive the business name, last known address, date of the charge-off, item charged-off, agreement date, dollar amount or value of the charged-off item and date reported. Paid Charge-Offs Teletrack s paid charge-off(s) section informs you if an applicant paid a previously reported charge-off. You will receive the business name, last known address, date of the chargeoff, item charged-off, agreement date, dollar amount or value of the charged-off item and date reported paid. This service is available to all subscribers, but must be activated at your request. SkipGuard SkipGuard informs you when a consumer has obtained similar loans or services from two or more businesses over a specified time period. If Teletrack s investigation of the information reveals potentially high-risk behavior, all the businesses involved are notified with a detailed SkipGuard report. The consumer s current address and phone number are provided, which may enable a recovery. The SkipGuard service is unique in the industry and has effectively placed businesses in an information sharing position, which helps protect all of them from professional skips. Consumer Disputes When a consumer contacts Teletrack and, upon completion of a consumer dispute and reinvestigation, the consumer chooses to submit a statement of dispute for their file, details will appear in the consumer disputes section of the report. Proprietary and confidential. This material may not be reproduced in any form without express written permission. 12

Standalone Reports Bankruptcy Records Working as an add-on to your standard Teletrack service, our bankruptcy information provides you with a powerful tool for assessing a consumer s current status during the approval process. The OFAC Activity Report quickly and easily identifies inquiries performed on a consumer whose name closely matches an entry on the OFAC SDN list. This function is performed within a matter of seconds and will not slow down your transaction approval process. If a match occurs, Teletrack will send the details of the inquiry back to your system. If no match was found, a message reading All Clear will be returned on the report. Teletrack checks the SDN list daily to help ensure that recent changes to the list are available. To learn more about OFAC compliance requirements or to review the most recent OFAC SDN list, visit the Office of Foreign Assets Control online at http://www.treas.gov/offi ces/enforcement/ofac/. Error Indicators and Help Functions If there are errors in validation in a field, the system will show the error to the right of the field and a message will display at the top of the screen. These messages will be shown in red. These field edits indicate that you have failed to include a required field or entered invalid data in one of the fields. They are performed before sending the request to Teletrack. When functioning on a screen, the system utilizes a built-in help function that identifies the information to be filled into a given field. An example of this is shown below. The alternate text is invoked by moving the cursor over a field. Proprietary and confidential.
