In the instance of, the committee is charged to build a plan that takes out to 9-. he 9- year is the target year because this when ouglas acrthur moves to a temporary building while their school is being worked on. ven though 9- is the final target year, the table above reflects that most of the school facility changes will occur with the -9 school year.
