ACCOMMODATIONS a) Apartments - The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business of renting or leasing four (4) or more housing units is: b) Bed & Breakfast/Rooming House (maximum 5 rooms) - $ 30.00 c) Campground d) Hotel - $250.00 e) Mobile Home Park - $ 75.00 f) Motel 2. AUTOMOBILE/VEHICLE SALES, RENTAL AND SERVICE The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business of sales, rental and service of new and/or used automobiles, snowmobiles, motorcycles and boats, trucks or recreation vehicles is: 3. BAKERY The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business of a bakery is: 4. CARNIVAL/CIRCUS The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business of a carnival or circus is: a) Carnival/Circus /day b) If any Carnival/Circus is sponsored by any local charitable organization in a manner satisfactory to the Council, there shall be no fee applicable, provided that the sponsor and/or operator secure an exemption permit from the License Inspector. c) A condition of license for carnival shall be that the person taking out the license shall provide proof of Public Liability Insurance of at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) to the License Inspector. 6. CARTAGE The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business of carting, which includes but is not limited to; delivery, express, freight, and moving van services is:

CONTRACTOR The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business of constructing, repairing or demolishing a building, structure or thing, or offering the service of an associated building, construction or engineering sub-trade is as follows: a) General Contractor - which includes any person who enters into a contract to construct, repair or demolish a building, structure or thing, wherein more than one sub-trade is required to assist the general contractor, whether or not the work is carried out for himself or for others - $400.00 Note: The General Contractor at the time of taking out a business license and/or from time to time, shall submit a list of all sub-contractors complete with names and addresses to the Municipality. The General Contractor must advise all sub-contractors that they must purchase a business license from the Municipality. b) General Contractor (Owner of Commercial Premise) - which includes any person who chooses to act as his own general contractor for work conducted on his own existing commercial premise(s) shall submit a list of all sub-contractors complete with names and addresses to the Municipality and advise all sub-contractors that they must purchase a business license from the Municipality. c) General Contractor (House Builder) - which includes any person who chooses to act as a general contractor for house renovations, or house construction, not exceeding four houses per year d) Subcontractor (Tradesman) - which includes any person who acts as a tradesman for the construction, repairing or demolishing of a building, structure or thing Subcontractor (Tradesman) includes but is not limited to the following trades: - brick, concrete, stone or masonry - building, carpentry, cabinet-making, framing, siding, forming - demolition - drywall, gyproc, plaster, stucco - excavating, earthmoving - electrical - flooring and carpeting - glazing, installation of windows and doors - heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and sheet metal - insulating, roofing - installation of mechanical equipment - landscaping - ornamental metal work - painting and decorating - plumbing - paving - equipment or machine operator - structural metal fabricating and installing - welding 8. EQUIPMENT SALES, RENTALS AND SERVICE 2 The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business for sales and service of industrial, farm equipment and light commercial equipment is as follows: 9. The fee payable from every person carrying on a principal business where pre-finished materials are used to make a product or thing, including but not limited to tire retread plant, woodworking shop, sign shop, garment factories, wire cable works, sheet metal shop, welding shop, machine shop, steel fabricating shop and fibreglass fabricating shop is: 10. FINANCIAL AND BROKERAGE COMPANIES The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business of a bank, trust company, credit union, finance and loan company, or brokerage company is: - $400.00 11. FOOD SERVICE The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business for the preparation and sale of foods including but not limited to a restaurant, accessory restaurant, caterer, tea room and mobile food concession is as follows: 12. FUEL SALES AND SERVICE The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business of a fuel bar, service station or bulk fuel agent/dealer is: Fuel bars and service stations may provide a car wash, towing and repairs to vehicles without an additional license, and a restaurant and convenience goods for retail sale without an additional license. 13. FUNERAL SERVICE/UNDERTAKER The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business of a funeral service or undertaker is: 14. GAMES ROOMS $50.00 The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business of owning, leasing or operating a games room is: 15. HOME OCCUPATION $30.00 The fee payable from every person carrying on a home occupation business of making or producing a product or thing as a handicraft or art form, including but not limited to makers of ceramics, macramé, puppets, custom jewellery, glasswork products, gift baskets, freelance photographers, writers, artists, teachers of music, singing and dancing, aerobic/fitness instructors, chimney sweeps, piano tuners, dressmakers, watch repairers, house cleaners, nannies, small-scale day care, recreation/sport trainers, animal boarding kennels, sale of agricultural products grown on the premises, fire wood sales, Christmas tree sales and knife/saw sharpeners is as follows:

REPAIR SHOP The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business of a repair shop for automobiles, light trucks (under 12,000 kg G.V.W.), snowmobiles, motorcycles, recreation vehicles and boats, including but not limited to auto body shop, radiator shop, tire store, brake shop, muffler shop and mechanical repair shop is: 29. RETAIL SALES The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business of retail sales of goods or food products from permanent commercial premises is: 30. SALE FROM MOBILE VEHICLE The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business of selling goods and food products from a vehicle parked on a site at a location permitted under the Municipality Zoning By-law, as amended from time to time, is: 31. Home party sales includes, but is not limited to, persons selling cosmetics, home beautifiers, household cleaning products, educational products, clothing and toys which may be sold only by home party, in homes other than the salesperson's home. 32. SCRAP METALS/AUTO WRECKER The fee payable from every person carrying on the principal business of retail sales of scrap metals and automobile wrecker is: 33.
