Website User Guide This guide is intended to assist you with the basic functionality of the Journey Retirement Plan Services website. If you require additional assistance, please contact our office at 1-855-949-9830. Log-In Page The website address is www.journeyrps.com. Click on the Access my Account button in the middle of the page to view the login screen. Your default login information for first-time users is as follows: User ID = Your Social Security Number (no dashes) Password = Last four digits of your Social Security Number Select Role = Participant Click Login Button Follow prompts to create a unique User ID and Password (Please note that created User IDs and passwords are case sensitive, and both must be at least 6 alpha-numeric characters long) 1

Dashboard Dashboard Page This is the first page you will see upon entering our website. This is a landing page where you can see a snapshot of your current investments. If this is the first time you ve logged in, you will be guided through the enrollment process before you see this page. By scrolling down, you can view more info. The areas on the Dashboard page are: Account Balance: This chart shows your current total assets, and which models they are invested in. It also provides a link to where you can Manage your Investments (explained on the next page.) My Portfolio: This table shows each model you are invested in, and can be expanded to see all funds utilized in each model. Clicking on an individual fund name will take you to the Morningstar website which provides more detailed information on the fund. Recent Activity: Here you can see any recent transaction that have posted to your account. To view older transactions, click View Transactions at the bottom. 2

Here you can update your personal information. Settings Bar Settings Bar In order to update personal information or beneficiaries after initial enrollment, you will need to open the settings bar by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner of your window next to your name. Click on the item you wish to update and then proceed to fill out the associated online form. There is also an option to change your account password. 3

Manage Tab Manage Tab This screen shows you the options that are listed on the Manage Tab. The Manage Tab should be considered an information tab, providing you with details about your investments, allocations, rate of return, contributions, etc. The following options are available on this tab: Your Balance This is merely another place to see your current balance, but also shows your current Vested Balance. Change Elections You can change your current elections and determine where your money will be invested upon initial deferral from your paycheck. THIS DOES NOT EFFECT PAST MONEY ALREADY INVESTED. This will be detailed more thoroughly on a following page. Move Money This is where you can move existing assets from one fund or model to another. THIS DOES NOT CHANGE YOUR ELECTIONS AND DOES NOT EFFECT FUTURE MONEY. This will be detailed more thoroughly on a following page. Rebalance Some plans offer participants access to rebalance their own accounts automatically. Check with Journey to see if your plan allows this. 4

Change Elections Change Elections Upon scrolling down, you will see a list of funds or models with a two columns next to them. The first column shows your current election as a percentage of 100. To change your elections, fill in the second column of the corresponding funds or models with your new election percentages. Make sure your total adds up to 100% and click Next. You will then be asked if you want your account to be automatically rebalanced to conform to the percentages you entered. Click Yes to rebalance your accounts existing invested funds to the same percentages as the new elections. THIS EFFECTS ALREADY INVESTED MONEY. Click No to only change your current elections and not rebalance your account. Click next. After a final review, click submit. 5

Move Money Transfer Money On this screen you have the ability to transfer money between available funds in your plan. Much like the Change Elections page, you will again see funds listed out with columns next to them- To transfer money between funds, find the fund you want to transfer out of and fill in the amount or percentage in the from column, then fill out the to column for the funds you want the money to be transferred into. Click next when you have the columns filled out. You will then be taken to a confirmation page. After verifying that the information is correct, click submit. If a transfer is requested before 4pm Eastern on a regular business day, it will be sent that day. 6

Transaction History Transactions Your most recent transactions are displayed on the Dashboard screen, but If you want a more comprehensive list of transactions posted to your account, you can use this page. Hover over Manage from the top menu, and then select Transaction History from the drop down menu to navigate to this page. Once on the transaction screen, calling up records is easy. Just enter the date range for which you wish to see transactions and click submit. 7

Retirement Calculator Retirement Calculator Located under the Plan tab, the Retirement Calculator is a tool for helping you estimate how much your retirement account will be at the time of retirement. Use the various boxes for both you and your spouse and fill in the required information and click calculate at the bottom. It s that easy! 8

Rate of Return Rate of Return Located under the Performance tab, the Rate of Return page shows you a table and a graph that detail the rate of return for your investments. You can sort to view by month, quarter, or year and by individual fund. 9

Investment Info Investment Info Located under the Performance tab, the Investment Info page shows you the current prices of fund in your plan, and provides more information on the various funds. To obtain detailed information on a fund, click on it s name and you will be redirected to it s page on the Morningstar website which provides very detailed information. 10

Loans and Withdrawals Loans and Withdrawals This screen gives you a few options for pulling money out of your account: Withdrawals Select the type of withdrawal you wish to request, and then click through to the next page and fill out the required information. Termination Distribution This is for participants who have left the employer associated with their plan and wish to withdraw their funds. Click through to the next page and fill out the required information. Loan Here participants can request a loan from their retirement plan. Select the type of loan desired and then click through to the next page to fill out the required information. 11

Forms and Reports Reports This screen allows you to review, save, and print your reports. Forms Plan forms such as Distribution Requests, Loan Applications or Salary Reduction Agreements may be posted here if your plan sponsor allows. E-Statements By selecting E-Statements from the drop down menu, you will be linked to the E-Statement site. 12
