Bank of America BA Master Credit Card II Trust Static Pool Home http://ccabs.bankofamerica.com/abs/staticpool/static_pool.html BA Master Credit Card Trust II Static Pool Information The tables identified above present delinquency, charge-off, yield and payment rate performance for credit card receivables included in the Master Trust II Portfolio for periods beginning on and after January 1, 2006. In each case, the information is organized by calendar year of account origination (each, a vintage origination year ) and, as to each year of performance presented (each, a vintage performance year ), is presented for accounts originated in such vintage origination year.¹ As to data presented for any vintage performance year (or portion thereof) for any vintage origination year, we refer to such data as a vintage segment. As to any vintage segment, information is presented for the accounts originated in the related vintage origination year that were included in the Master Trust II Portfolio during the period covered by the related vintage performance year (or portion thereof). For example, for the vintage segment relating to YTD 2011 vintage performance for the 2006 vintage origination year, the information presented relates to the performance during the completed portion of the 2011 calendar year of accounts that were originated in 2006 and that were included in the Master Trust II portfolio during that portion of the 2011 calendar year. Accounts may be opened in any month during a calendar year. As a result, except for accounts opened at the beginning of a year, Year 1 information will be based on accounts with less than a full twelve months of activity. For example, for an account that was opened in September of any given year, only three months of activity related to that account is included in the Year 1 information. Year-to-Date ( YTD ) information, by its very nature, is also based on less than a full twelve months of account activity. As of June 30, 2011, $61.2 billion of outstanding receivables representing approximately 84.50% of the total outstanding receivables in the Master Trust II Portfolio at such date related to accounts that were originated prior to 2006 and, therefore, are not included in the Master Trust II Portfolio tables. There can be no assurance that the performance of receivables in the future will be similar to the historical experience set forth in the tables identified above. ¹Information relating to the credit card receivables included in the Master Trust II Portfolio was not organized or stored within our computer systems by vintage origination year for periods prior to January 1, 2006 and cannot be obtained without unreasonable Since January 1, 2006, FIA Card Services has stored information relating to delinquency, charge-off, yield and payment rate performance for the credit card receivables included in the Master Trust II Portfolio by vintage origination year and, beginning with the calendar quarter ended March 31, 2006, this information is presented and will be updated on a quarterly basis. FIA Card Services anticipates that this information will ultimately be presented for the five most recent vintage origination years. As a result, the full array of static pool information relating to the Master Trust II Portfolio will not be available until 2011.

Bank of America BA Master Credit Card Trust II Static Pool http://ccabs.bankofamerica.com/abs/staticpool/charge_off.html Year 1 Year 2 Year 3 Year 4 Year 5 YTD 2011 2009 Originations 2.41% 8.04% 7.90% 2008 Originations 2.90% 8.99% 15.58% 11.03% 2007 Originations 2.62% 10.04% 18.22% 16.87% 11.82% 2006 Originations 0.65% 6.03% 11.52% 17.54% 15.39% 10.84% Gross charge-off percentage for any Vintage Segment is calculated by dividing the total credit losses (charge-offs) for such Vintage Segment by the average credit card outstanding receivables for such Vintage Segment. Total credit losses (charge-offs) for any Vintage Segment consist of total principal charge-offs before recoveries¹ and also include charge-offs of finance charge and fee receivables during such Vintage Segment. By way of comparison, total charge-offs as generally reported, including with respect to the Master Trust II Portfolio and FIA Card Services reported performance more generally, do not include finance charge and fee receivables. Uncollected finance charges and fees are generally treated as revenue reductions, not credit losses. As a result, for any designated period, total credit losses (charge-offs) as presented above will be higher as compared with total charge-offs with respect to the Master Trust II Portfolio and FIA Card Services reported performance more generally. Average credit card outstanding receivables is the average of the monthly outstanding receivables for such Vintage Segment for the given. Historical data for charge-offs with respect to the Master Trust II Portfolio in the prospectus relating to an offering of BA Credit Card Trust securities (i) unlike the calculation of total credit losses (charge-offs) above, does not include chargeoffs of finance charges or fees and (ii) is calculated using the average daily principal receivables outstanding instead of the average credit card outstanding receivables as defined above. As a result, there are limitations to any comparison of the historical data presented in the prospectus and the static pool data presented in the table above. ¹Total credit losses (charge-offs) do not include the amount of any reductions in principal receivables outstanding due to fraud, returned goods, customer disputes or other miscellaneous adjustments.

Average monthly account payments is the average of the aggregate monthly account payments for such Vintage Segment for the given. Average beginning monthly account balances is the average of the aggregate account balances at the beginning of each month for such Vintage Segment for the given. Payment rates shown in the table are based on amounts which are deemed payments of total receivables with respect to the accounts. Cardholders are generally required to make a monthly minimum payment at least equal to (i) interest and late fees assessed that month plus 1% of the current principal balance or (ii) $15, whichever is greater. We cannot assure you that the cardholder monthly payment rates in the future will be similar to the historical experience set forth above. In addition, the amount of collections of receivables may vary from month to month due to seasonal variations, general economic conditions and payment habits of individual cardholders. Historical data for the average of the monthly payment rate percentages with respect to the Master Trust II Portfolio in the prospectus relating to an offering of BA Credit Card Trust securities is calculated using the total beginning monthly account principal balances for the related month instead of the total beginning monthly account balances as described above. As a result, there are limitations to any comparison of the historical data presented in the prospectus and the static pool data presented in the table above.

Delinquent receivables for any Vintage Segment are the total amount of receivables which are 30 or more days past due as of the end of such Vintage Segment. Total credit card outstanding receivables for any Vintage Segment is all amounts due from cardholders, as posted to their accounts as of the end of such Vintage Segment.

Bank of America BA Master Credit Card Trust II Static Pool Billed Finance Charge & Fee Yield Per... http://ccabs.bankofamerica.com/abs/staticpool/yield.html Year 1 Year 2 Year 3 Year 4 Year 5 YTD 2011 2009 Originations 6.61% 10.07% 11.30% 2008 Originations 8.30% 12.23% 14.30% 13.15% 2007 Originations 10.48% 14.97% 17.71% 16.08% 14.60% 2006 Originations 6.90% 14.15% 17.03% 16.51% 14.74% 13.69% Billed finance charge and fee yield percentage for any Vintage Segment is calculated by dividing the total amount of billed finance charges and fees for such Vintage Segment by the average credit card outstanding receivables for such Vintage Segment. Total amount of billed finance charges and fees for any Vintage Segment is the periodic finance charges and other credit card fees posted to cardholders' accounts during such Vintage Segment. Average credit card outstanding receivables is the average of the monthly outstanding receivables for such Vintage Segment for the given. When calculating the billed finance charge & fee yield percentages for each Vintage Segment prior to the 2010 Vintage Segments, a particular fee type that was charged to the accounts during those prior Vintage Segments was inadvertently excluded from the calculations of total amount of billed finance charges and fees for each of those prior Vintage Segments. The inadvertent exclusion of those billed fees resulted in an understatement of billed finance charge & fee yield percentages for each of those prior Vintage Segments. Beginning with the 2010 Vintage Segments, those fees have been properly included in the total amount of billed finance charges and fees used to calculate the billed finance charge & fee yield percentages for each of the 2010 Vintage Segments and for subsequent Vintage Segments. For comparison purposes, if those fees had been excluded from the total amount of billed finance charges and fees for the 2010 Vintage Segments and subsequent Vintage Segments, as was the case with each of the prior Vintage Segments, the resulting billed finance charge & fee yield percentages for the 2010 Vintage Segments and subsequent Vintage Segments would have been lower by an amount between 42 and 64 basis points, or by 3.0 to 5.8 percent of the stated yield. Historical data for revenue experience with respect to the Master Trust II Portfolio in the prospectus relating to an offering of BA Credit Card Trust securities (i) unlike the calculation of total amount of billed finance charges and fees above which is based on the related amounts posted to accounts, is calculated based on the related amounts collected on the accounts, (ii) unlike the static pool data presented in the table above, includes recoveries and interchange, and (iii) is calculated using the average daily principal receivables outstanding instead of average credit card outstanding receivables as defined above. As a result, there are limitations to any comparison of the historical data presented in the prospectus and the static pool data presented in the table above.
